为了实现汽车钢圈螺母座的刚度虚拟仿真分析,首先基于三维CAD软件建立汽车钢圈的实体模型.然后用有限元软件进行仿真分析.并在分析过程中采用了双线性材料、复制支撑面,设置接触对和耦合、施加载荷步等来描述真实工况,仿真结果表明与实验结果吻合较好且非常实用. 相似文献

针对某雷达夹具,首先系统地介绍了LMS试验模态测试方法,得到了该结构的固有频率与振型,进一步使用有限元方法计算了结构的自由模态.在此基础上,研究了仿真模态结果与试验模态结果的差异,给出了相关性分析的预处理方法,进而得到了试验模态与仿真模态的相关性结果,验证了仿真模型的有效性,为进一步的频谱分析,减少样机试验奠定基础. 相似文献

车轮是铁路客车上重要的声辐射部件。客车运行时,轮轨表面粗糙度使车轮产生振动及辐射噪声。利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立车轮的有限元模型,并计算0~10000 Hz内车轮的固有模态及振型。在车轮名义接触点施加单位力,采用模态叠加法,对车轮的频率响应函数进行分析。将车轮的频率响应作为边界条件,利用直接边界元法对其进行声辐射特性分析。 相似文献

A stochastic model based on Poisson impact series is developed from a random pulse train model. Using the discrete form of the expectation function, first- and second-order time correlation functions are generated. Then, the force and power spectral density functions are generated by the Fourier transform of the first- and second-order correlation functions, respectively. Experimental force and power spectra are compared with those from the developed model and an existing model using single, multiple and ensemble averaged impact samples. Overlapping and consistent matching occur in most of the regions in these comparisons. The effects of noise and pulse shape deviation are discussed. It is shown theoretically and experimentally that the signal-to-noise ratio increases with the impaction rate. Using ensemble averages of a 100 samples, the impact magnitude and its arrival time is validated to be Gaussian and Uniformly distributed. The signal-to-error ratio increases with the number of ensemble averages. The established model is utilised to carry out modal tests of a space truss. Comparing modal parameters, such as mode shapes, natural frequencies, and damping ratios, consistent matching is observed with those obtained from the random noise test. 相似文献

Bolted joints often have a significant effect on the dynamical behavior of assembled mechanical structures. An accurate model of an assembled structure depends on correctly determining and identifying the dynamic parameters of bolted joints. This paper presents an alternative method for identifying these dynamic parameters using structure??s natural frequency and damping. A novel experiment is designed with a test piece consisting of only bolted joints, with the governing equations of the test piece established using the analytical method. The relationships between the equivalent dynamic parameters of the bolted joints and the natural frequencies and damping ratios of the test piece are determined for both the normal and tangential directions. The parameter identification problem for bolted joints is thus transformed into a test of the natural frequency and the damping ratio of the test piece. In order to check the accuracy of the proposed identification method, the test piece and bolted joints are modeled using the finite element method (FEM) and the dynamic properties of the test piece are analyzed. The maximum error between the natural frequencies of the FEM result and the experimental values in the normal and tangential models are 4.73% and 0.34%, respectively. The result indicates that the proposed method is valid for the dynamic parameter identification of bolted joints. 相似文献

针对加工过程中机夹式球头铣刀振动控制和铣削稳定性优化等问题,基于通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了机夹式球头铣刀的有限元模型,对其模态特性进行有限元分析,给出了前6阶固有频率和振型;同时采用锤击激振法对球头铣刀进行了模态试验,应用模态参数识别的新技术PolyMAX方法对试验结果进行了处理,获得了模态参数识别稳态图,拾取了可能的模态频率,并将所得试验结果与有限元模态分析结果作了比较,计算了仿真值与试验值之间的误差,分析了出现误差的主要原因。研究结果表明,有限元模态分析结果与模态试验结果相吻合,模态频率误差在13%以内,较好地反映了结构的物理特性,同时验证了有限元模型的合理性,分析结果为球头铣刀振动控制和铣削稳定性研究提供了依据。 相似文献

利用有限元法对超低速转台内框架进行了模态分析 ,并对有限元结果进行了试验验证 ,进而分析了结构设计合理性 ,较好解决了精密转台不宜进行常规模态试验的问题。在简述了转台内框架结构基础上 ,首先对有限元模态分析中模型建立方法进行了描述。分析了角接触球轴承支承刚度的求解方法 ,并提出在有限元中用合成刚度模拟实际轴承的支撑作用 ;描述了内框架有限元建模相关问题的处理方法 ;其次 ,给出了有限元分析结果 ,并在不破坏机械结构精度的前提下 ,利用模态试验对有限元分析结果进行了验证 ;最后 ,利用有限元结果分析了机械结构设计的合理性。本文通过对内框架模态分析研究证明了结构设计是合理性。 相似文献

运用三维造型软件Pro/E建立YT5815P型车架的三维实体模型,将其导入ANSYS后,采用板壳单元离散车架,建立车架有限元模型。基于车架有限元模型的基础上,应用有限元法对其进行静动态特性分析,动态特性分析包括模态分析、谐响应分析及瞬态动力学分析。通过静力分析,获得了车架在弯曲工况和扭转工况下的应力及变形分布情况;模态分析采用试验与计算机仿真相结合的方法,获得了车架自由状态下的固有频率、振型特征,同时,车架有限元模型得到试验模型的验证;对车架进行谐响应分析以及瞬态动力学分析有助于提高系统的稳定性及乘坐舒适性。最后,综合分析结果,对车架结构提出了一些改进建议。 相似文献

弯曲疲劳寿命是汽车车轮重要的性能指标,目前其预测方法仍局限于传统的名义应力法或局部应力应变法,没有考虑微观组织和铸造缺陷对疲劳寿命的影响,预测铝合金车轮在低应力水平下的高周疲劳寿命时与实际情况存在相当差距。基于小裂纹扩展理论,建立低压铸造铝合金A356-T6车轮的以二次枝晶臂间距、针孔尺寸为参数的疲劳寿命预测模型。实现铸造模拟、有限元分析与疲劳分析的集成,初步建立起综合铸造过程、铸造缺陷以及相关下游制造工艺对车轮力学性能影响的平台。以某型车轮为例,采用该方法预测其弯曲疲劳寿命,试验验证预测结果比Simth-Waston-Topper方法更为准确。 相似文献

A correlation method of high frequency behaviors of a very flexible beam undergoing large displacement is presented. The suggested
method based on the experimental modal analysis leads to more accurate correlation results because it directly uses the modal
parameters of each mode achieved from experiment. First, the modal testing and the parameter identification method are suggested
for flexible multibody dynamics. Due to the flexibility of a very thin beam, traditional testing methods such as impact hammer
or contact type accelerometer are not working well. The suggested measurement with high speed camera, even though the test
beam is very flexible, is working well. Using measurements with a high speed camera, modal properties until the 5th mode are
measured. And After measuring each damping ratio until the 5th mode, a generic damping model is constructed using inverse
modal transformation technique. It’s very interesting that the modal transformation technique can be also applied even in
the ANCF simulation which uses the global displacement and finite slope as the nodal coordinates. The results of experiment
and simulation are compared until the 5th mode frequency, respectively, by using ANCF forced vibration analysis. Through comparison
between numerical simulation and experiment, this study showed that the proposed generic damping matrix, modal testing and
parameter identification method is very proper in flexible multibody dynamic problems undergoing large deformation. 相似文献

针对气压砂轮光整加工过程中的振动问题,对气压砂轮抛光工具进行了振动稳动性研究;通过确定抛光工具结合面的等效动力特性参数,建立结合面的动力学模型,进行了有限元模态分析,得出了气压砂轮抛光工具在不同工况下的固有频率,发现抛光工具的主要振动部件为保持架和连接板;在有限元模态分析基础上搭建了模态测试平台,进行了实验模态验证;对比有限元分析结果和实验验证结果,分析了误差产生的原因;根据有限元分析和实验测试结果,对振动部件连接板进行了局部增强,优化了抛光工具结构;研究结果表明优化后的抛光工具能有效提高其振动稳定性,满足光整加工需求。 相似文献
