| 摘 要： | 为了实现汽车钢圈螺母座的刚度虚拟仿真分析,首先基于三维CAD软件建立汽车钢圈的实体模型.然后用有限元软件进行仿真分析.并在分析过程中采用了双线性材料、复制支撑面,设置接触对和耦合、施加载荷步等来描述真实工况,仿真结果表明与实验结果吻合较好且非常实用.

| Abstract: | For the nut bed virtual analysis of automotive wheel,Firstly,the model of wheel is constructed based on CAD;Then the simulation analysis is carried through by FEM,and during the analysis,double line material,supporting areas,contact Pair,coupling and load step are used to describe the actual test;Lastly,it is showed that the result is agreed with the test and the method is very practical. |
