利用Pro/E的叉车前灯振动抑制研究

摘    要:针对某实际振动问题,提出一种计算机仿真与实际测试相结合的方法。采用Pro/E的三维建模功能建立车灯的实体模型,然后通过集成方式调用其结构分析模块Pro/MECHANICA进行有限元分析,得出其固有频率,之后进行敏感度分析,找出对模态影响较大的结构参数,最后确定优化目标反向求解结构参数。实际测试证明,减振效果显著,并已投入实际生产中,可以推广用于类似工程问题中。

Abstract:A method combining computer simulation and real test to solve a real vibration problem is investigated.The modal analysis was carried on by Pro/MECHANICA(FEM)through the light model constructed in Pro/E.The structural parameters which influence the natural frequency were found by sensitivity analysis and optimized.Experiments show the damping effect is significant,and this way can be promoted to similar projects.
