针对汽车钢圈动态弯曲疲劳问题,以某型号汽车钢圈为例,运用ANSYS软件建立了该钢圈的有限元模型,模仿其动态弯曲疲劳测试试验,对钢圈的疲劳强度进行了仿真分析。通过钢圈应力分布情况的仿真试验,确定了钢圈上最易导致疲劳裂纹产生的危险点,然后用ANSYS FE-safe对钢圈寿命进行预测,并与试验数据进行对比。分析计算结果表明,汽车钢圈疲劳强度的有限元仿真分析是有效可行的,是钢圈前期设计开发的重要手段。 相似文献

传动效率是评价棘轮补偿器性能的一个重要参数,实时监测传动效率的变化可以用于评价棘轮补偿器的性能。为了分析传动效率的变化规律,以目前高速铁路广泛使用的棘轮补偿器为原型,利用ANSYS建立了棘轮补偿器的刚柔耦合仿真模型,运用该模型进行了棘轮补偿器的静动态仿真;理论分析得到了补偿绳的张力分布,和静态仿真的结果进行对比,两者相差很小,验证了仿真模型的正确性;仿真分析了动态荷载作用下棘轮补偿器传动效率的变化规律,和理论分析得到的规律进行对比,两者较为符合;分析卡滞程度不同时传递效率的变化,卡滞越严重传递效率的变化率越小;提出了一种棘轮补偿器传动效率的在线监测方法,在津秦客运专线上进行了现场测试,通过分析采集得到的数据,对棘轮补偿器性能的进行了评估。 相似文献

To verify the effectiveness and correctness of free modal analysis results from a Spiral bevel gear (SBG) wheel by using Finite element method (FEM), an experimental platform was constructed through the free-hanging support of the SBG wheel. The experiment used the hammer knock percussion for excitation and a three-directional acceleration sensor as signal acquisition equipment and utilized the LMS modal analysis module. The geometric model of the SBG wheel was constructed using an eight-node octagon instead of the SBG wheel outer contour. The experiment then extracted the modal parameters of the wheel using the PolyMAX method and obtained the first- and second-order natural frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes of the SBG wheel at 0-7 kHz during the experimental modal test. The results of the experimental test were compared with those of the FEM free modal analysis. The first- and second-order natural frequency error rates by FEM were 0.25 % and 0.45 %, respectively. The experimental modal test result verified the rationality of the model by FEM, thus showing that the result of modal analysis by FEM is reliable and providing a basis for the dynamic characteristic analysis of SBG. 相似文献

针对车轮动态弯曲疲劳试验建立了两种轿车车轮的静态线性有限元模型,它们可以有效地用来确定车轮结构的危险点,即结构中计算应力(von Mises应力)比较大的点。结构危险点的计算应力反映该处的应力集中程度。对车轮结构上计算应力较大的测点进行实验应力分析,验证有限元分析结果。对结构危险点的应力状态进行分析,有助于预测车轮疲劳裂纹的发生方向和引起疲劳损伤的主要应力循环,在所研究的车轮结构中也就是沿着车轮径向的正应力变程。分析还表明,在动态弯曲疲劳试验中,车轮结构各点所承受的可能是非对称应力循环。 相似文献

To examine the environmental characteristics of the microgravity force and the weathered layer on an asteroid surface, a symmetric wheel brush asteroid sampler is proposed for the collection of particles on the asteroid surface. To study the influence of the wheel brush rotation speed on the sampling efficiency and the driving torque required for the wheel brush, the contact dynamics model between particles and sampling wheel brushes is established and a simulation and experimental verification of the sampling process are conducted. The parameter calibration of the sampled particles is studied first, and the calibrated particle parameters are used in the numerical simulation of the sampling process. The sampling results and the particle stream curves are obtained for the working conditions of different rotation speeds, and the effects of different parameter settings on the sampling efficiency are analyzed. In addition, a set of rotating symmetrical sampling wheel brush devices is built for the ground test, and the dynamic torque sensor is used to test the torque change of the wheel brush during the sampling process. The relationship between the speed of the wheel brush and the driving torque of the wheel brush motor is determined by comparing the simulation results with the test results. Results indicate that when the rotating speed of the wheel brush is faster, the sampling efficiency is higher, and the driving torque required for the sampling wheel brush is greater. Moreover, a numerical simulation analysis of the sampling process of the wheel brush sampler in a microgravity environment is conducted to determine the optimal speed condition, and the brushing test of the wheel brush sampler in the microgravity environment is verified with the drop tower method. This research proposes the structural optimization design and motor selection of a wheel brush asteroid sampler, which provides important reference value and engineering significance. 相似文献

针对轮毂单元静强度计算及试验验证问题,根据第三代非驱动轮毂轴承单元的受力情况,提供了一种用CAE仿真分析方法以外的简便数值分析计算方法,即在车辆受到侧向1.2 g的临界侧向加速度下,将轮毂轴承单元受到的外部径向力和轴向力,通过轮毂轴承单元内部受力分析,转化为轴承内部双列滚道的两个载荷中心的径向力和轴向力;并将轮毂轴承单元法兰盘内侧受力轴颈简化等效为实心悬臂梁的处理方法,来计算法兰盘轴颈静强度;并用侧向静强度试验方法,通过构建适当的试验方案,来验证轮毂轴承单元法兰盘静强度,为设计优化提供简便的分析验证方法。研究结果表明,该简化模型计算结果能够与侧向静强度试验结果保持一致,为笔者利用简化计算方法来简便快速地定量选取轴径和轴颈r角大小提供了可能;该方法计算简便有效,结果可靠。 相似文献
