目的 探讨信息化时间追踪管理模式对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)救治速度的影响。方法 选择2016年8月至2018年6月在海军军医大学(第二军医大学)长海医院脑血管病中心接受静脉溶栓和(或)血管内治疗的AIS患者475例,分为时间追踪组(n=291)和非时间追踪组(n=184)。对比两组患者发病至入院时间(ODT)、入院至影像学检查时间(DIT)、影像学检查至静脉溶栓时间(INT)、发病至静脉溶栓时间(ONT)、影像学检查至股动脉穿刺时间(IPT)、发病至股动脉穿刺时间(OPT)、入院至静脉溶栓时间(DNT)和入院至股动脉穿刺时间(DPT)。采用Spearman相关性分析研究启动时间追踪与未启动时间追踪患者的ODT与DNT、ODT与DPT相关性。结果 在静脉溶栓患者中,时间追踪组DNT短于非时间追踪组且差异有统计学意义[27(23,36)min vs 33(23,43)min,Z=2.123,P<0.05];未启动时间追踪患者的ODT与DNT呈负相关(r=-0.293,P=0.001),启动时间追踪患者的ODT与DNT无相关性(r=-0.034,P=0.723)。在血管内治疗患者中,时间追踪组ODT、OPT均长于非时间追踪组[246(113,431)min vs 166(82,299)min,342(211,519)min vs 277(142,406)min],DIT短于非时间追踪组[18(14,23)min vs 26(16,34)min)],差异均有统计学意义(Z=2.667、2.182、4.077,P均<0.05);未启动时间追踪患者的ODT与DPT呈负相关(r=-0.234,P=0.024),启动时间追踪患者的ODT与DPT无明显相关性(r=-0.056,P=0.424)。结论 信息化时间追踪管理模式可以提高急性缺血性脑卒中救治速度,消除ODT对DNT、DPT的影响。  相似文献

目的 探讨PDCA循环法在优化急性缺血性脑卒中患者院内流程中的实践情况及其对患者到院至用药时间(DNT)的影响。方法 选取2018年6月—2019年12月北京大学第三医院接受静脉溶栓治疗的167例急性缺血性脑卒中患者。其中2018年6月—2019年4月的65例PDCA循环法管理前阶段患者作为对照组;2019年5月—2019年12月的102例PDCA循环法管理后阶段患者作为实验组。分析两组患者DNT及临床各环节用时,针对存在的问题采用PDCA循环法进行管理。结果 两组患者性别比例、年龄比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。实验组NIHSS评分较对照组低,发病至来诊时间较对照组高(P <0.05)。实验组各环节用时及DNT较对照组低(P <0.05)。对照组DNT≤ 60 min患者15例(23.1%),实验组DNT≤ 60 min患者76例(74.5%)。实验组有64例患者(62.7%)静脉溶栓后NIHSS评分下降≥ 4分或NIHSS评分为0分,较对照组21例(32.3%)明显上升。结论 PDCA循环法可有效改进静脉溶栓院内诊疗流程,显著缩短临床各环节用时。  相似文献

目的 探索影响急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者阿替普酶静脉溶栓后早期疗效与长期预后的因素。方法 选取2017年1月至2020年2月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院神经内科住院的AIS患者49例,均在发病4.5 h内行阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,收集患者一般资料及相关血清学指标,早期疗效按溶栓后第14天的神经改善率分为有效组(≥ 18%)35例及无效组[<18%或美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分增加]14例,长期预后按出院后第90天临床结局改良RANKIN量表(又称mRS量表)评分分为预后良好组(mRS评分≤ 2分)26例及预后不良组(mRS评分>2分)23例。采用单因素分析、多因素logistic回归分析影响患者早期疗效与长期预后的独立危险因素。结果 单因素分析结果显示,患者年龄、入院NIHSS评分、溶栓时间窗、房颤史、脂蛋白(a)水平、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平是早期疗效的影响因素(P<0.05);入院NIHSS评分、脂蛋白(a)水平、房颤史、D-二聚体水平、早期疗效是长期预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析提示,入院NIHSS评分高值(OR=1.035,95% CI:1.013~1.153)、溶栓时间窗>3 h (OR=6.447,95% CI:1.740~50.120)、FIB水平越高(OR=3.852,95% CI:2.717~17.537)是早期疗效无效的独立危险因素(P<0.05);入院NIHSS评分高值(OR=1.163,95% CI:1.012~1.336)、脂蛋白(a)水平越高(OR=1.008,95% CI:1.001~1.015)是长期预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 FIB、脂蛋白(a)分别是溶栓早期疗效与长期预后的血清标志物,这2项指标结合入院NIHSS评分供临床医师参考,可对静脉溶栓后AIS患者的病情及转归进行预判。  相似文献

目的 探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑卒中(AIS)的临床疗效。方法 选取安徽省庐江县人民医院2017年1月至2019年11月收治的55例AIS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(27例)与对照组(28例)。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,研究组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗。采用广义估计方程(GEE)比较两组患者治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和改良后的Rankin量表(mRS)的得分差异。结果 治疗前,两组患者NIHSS得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者治疗第24小时与第7天的平均NIHSS得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗第24小时与第7天的平均mRS得分均低于对照组,且治疗第7天的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同治疗方案和时间对NIHSS得分无交互作用(P=0.189),但对mRS得分有交互作用(P=0.033)。GEE模型显示,与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗第24小时与第7天的NIHSS得分平均降低3.071(95%置信区间:-5.280~-0.862;P=0.006),mRS得分平均降低1.190(95%置信区间:-1.953~-0.428;P=0.002)。结论 阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合使用丁苯酞能有效改善AIS患者神经功能缺损症状,提高临床疗效。  相似文献

目的 分析急性心源性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗预后的影响因素。方法 选择2013年9月至2017年9月在海军军医大学(第二军医大学)长海医院脑血管病中心接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的急性心源性缺血性脑卒中患者91例。以静脉溶栓后3个月改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分作为预后评价指标,mRS评分≤2分的患者纳入预后良好组(54例),3~6分者纳入预后不良组(37例)。分析两组患者的年龄、性别、既往史、基线美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、基线格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、溶栓前Alberta脑卒中早期计算机断层扫描评分(ASPECTS)等指标,并采用多因素logistic回归分析急性心源性缺血性脑卒中患者阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗预后的影响因素。结果 静脉溶栓后3个月预后良好率为59.3%(54/91),预后良好组和预后不良组患者的年龄[(66.57±13.46)岁vs(75.95±6.06)岁]、卵圆孔未闭患者比例[11.1%(6/54)vs 0.0%(0/37)]、基线NIHSS评分[7.5(3.5,13.0)分vs 18.0(13.0,22.0)分]、基线GCS评分[14.5(12.0,15.0)分vs 10.0(8.0,14.0)分]、溶栓前ASPECTS[10.0(9.0,10.0)分vs 9.0(8.0,10.0)分]、症状性颅内出血(SICH)发生率[1.9%(1/54)vs 32.4%(12/37)]差异均有统计学意义(t=3.964,χ2=4.401,Z=5.235,Z=4.079,Z=2.519,χ2=16.768;P均<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析表明年龄[比值比(OR)=3.236,95%置信区间(CI):1.077~9.709,P=0.036]、基线NIHSS评分(OR=2.874,95% CI:1.074~6.329,P=0.034)、SICH(OR=9.346,95% CI:1.017~83.333,P=0.048)是急性心源性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗患者预后不良的独立预测因素。结论 年龄、脑卒中严重程度和SICH是影响急性心源性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者预后不良的独立预测因素。阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心源性缺血性脑卒中患者的年龄越大、脑卒中严重程度越重或发生SICH,预后越差。  相似文献

目的 探讨急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗后血压集束化管理方案对患者预后的影响。方法 收集2015年10月1日至2018年3月31日于我院脑血管病中心接受单纯静脉溶栓治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者286例,将其中静脉溶栓治疗后接受血压集束化管理的患者归为集束化组,未接受血压集束化管理者归为对照组。比较两组患者基线资料、入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、溶栓前血压、溶栓后症状性颅内出血发生率和在院死亡率,以及溶栓后90 d改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分。采用多因素logistic回归分析研究血压集束化管理、NIHSS评分、发病至静脉溶栓时间、血压等对患者预后的影响。结果 286例患者中集束化组161例、对照组125例,两组年龄、性别、高血压病、糖尿病、心房颤动、入院时NIHSS评分和溶栓前血压差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。集束化组患者静脉溶栓治疗后症状性颅内出血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义[2.48%(4/161) vs 8.00%(10/125),χ2=4.598,P=0.032];在院死亡率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义[3.73%(6/161)vs 3.20%(4/125),χ2=0.058,P=0.810];90 d预后良好率(mRS评分为0~2分)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[62.11%(100/161)vs 49.60%(62/125),χ2=4.485,P=0.034]。集束化组患者收缩压连续变异和舒张压连续变异均小于对照组[(13.37±4.92)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)vs(18.42±3.87)mmHg,t=2.437,P=0.025;(11.23±4.02)mmHg vs(15.48±5.16)mmHg,t=1.842,P=0.046]。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,接受集束化管理[比值比(OR)=0.798,P=0.002]、舒张压连续变异≤15 mmHg(OR=0.816,P=0.018)为急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗患者预后良好的独立预测因素。结论 应用血压集束化管理有助于改善静脉溶栓急性缺血性脑卒中患者的血压变异,降低症状性颅内出血的发生率,并改善预后。  相似文献

目的:探讨血清白介素(interleukin,IL)-9 水平在急性脑梗死早期神经功能恶化(early neurological deterioration, END)患者血清中的变化并评估其对END的预测价值。方法:收集106例脑梗死患者,根据是否发生END,将患者分为END组 42例,非END组64例,收集患者的一般资料,并记录入院时美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分,检测血清生化指标、基线期血清IL-9、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)和IL-6水平。相关性的评估采用Pearson或Spearman相关性分析,采用Logistic回归分析脑梗死患者发生END的影响因素,并绘制受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评估血清IL-9水平在脑梗死后发生END中的预测价值。结果:END组糖尿病比例、颈动脉狭窄>50%比例、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、脑梗死体积和入院时NIHSS评分均高于非END组(P < 0.05)。END组血清 IL-9水平明显高于非END组(P < 0.01)。脑梗死患者血清IL-9水平与入院时NIHSS评分呈正相关(r=0.535,P < 0.01)。 Logistic回归显示血清IL-9水平、颈动脉狭窄 > 50%、脑梗死体积和入院时NIHSS评分为END发生的危险因素(P < 0.01)。血清 IL-9 水平预测 END 发生的 ROC 曲线下面积为 0.815。血清 IL-9 水平与血清 CRP 水平(r=0.648,P < 0.01)和 IL-6 水平 (r=0.765,P < 0.01)均呈正相关。结论:血清IL-9水平在脑梗死END患者中明显升高,对END的发生具有良好的预测作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨单纯静脉溶栓或桥接治疗大动脉闭塞急性轻型缺血性脑卒中(MIS)的有效性和安全性。方法 连续纳入2013年9月至2018年6月由脑卒中绿色通道收入我院的静脉溶栓时间窗(≤4.5 h)内的急性大动脉闭塞MIS患者73例,其中静脉溶栓组55例、桥接治疗组18例。静脉溶栓组患者使用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)进行静脉溶栓治疗,桥接治疗组为患者在静脉溶栓后在取栓时间窗内完成血管再通治疗。所有患者均在入院时行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,治疗后90 d行改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分(0~2分为预后良好,3~6分为预后不良)。结果 两组患者入院时年龄、性别、既往病史、吸烟史、无症状梗死灶患者比例、术前NIHSS评分、格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分、Alberta脑卒中早期计算机断层扫描评分以及入院至静脉溶栓时间、发病至静脉溶栓时间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组患者治疗后7 d、90 d预后良好率、症状性颅内出血发生率、死亡率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),但静脉溶栓组患者全身并发症的发生率低于桥接治疗组,差异有统计学意义[23.6%(13/55)vs 44.4%(8/18);χ2=2.434,P=0.019]。结论 单纯静脉溶栓与桥接治疗大动脉闭塞急性MIS的临床疗效和安全性相似;尽管桥接治疗患者的全身并发症发生率高于单纯行静脉溶栓治疗患者,但二者远期疗效均较好。[关键字] 轻型缺血性脑卒中;大动脉闭塞;静脉溶栓;桥接治疗[中图分类号] R 743.3  相似文献

目的 探究大动脉粥样硬化与心源性栓塞急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)梗死特征的差异。方法 回顾性纳入2016年10月至2018年6月于我院急诊入院治疗,且入院后、治疗前均行多模态计算机断层扫描(CT)检查的AIS患者99例,其中大动脉粥样硬化46例,心源性栓塞53例。比较两组患者的入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、梗死核心区和缺血半暗带体积及二者差值以及后循环血管闭塞率、颅内大动脉闭塞率。结果 大动脉粥样硬化组AIS患者入院时NIHSS评分低于心源性栓塞组[9.5(2.0,16.0)分vs 15.0(6.0,24.0)分,Z=2.31,P<0.001],GCS评分高于心源性栓塞组[(13.52±2.69)分vs(11.60±3.31)分,t=1.04,P=0.002]。心源性栓塞组梗死核心区和缺血半暗带体积分别为1(0,22)mL和64(30,126)mL,均大于大动脉粥样硬化组[分别为0(0,1)mL和10(0,70)mL;Z=3.85、3.43,P均<0.001];但心源性栓塞组和大动脉粥样硬化组缺血半暗带与梗死核心区体积的差值差异无统计学意义[46(4,103)mL vs 10(0,64)mL,Z=1.92,P>0.05]。大动脉粥样硬化组颅内大动脉闭塞率和后循环血管闭塞率分别为30.43%(14/46)和36.96%(17/46),与心源性栓塞组[分别为50.94%(27/53)和9.43%(5/53)]相比差异均有统计学意义(χ2=11.82、6.77,P均<0.001)。结论 大动脉粥样硬化与心源性栓塞AIS患者的临床症状、脑组织改变及颅内大动脉改变不同,基于临床及多模态CT检查的病因学评估有助于精确评估AIS患者缺血状态。  相似文献

目的 探讨载体动脉堵塞穿支型小卒中脑梗死超早期静脉溶栓联合双重抗血小板聚集的临床疗效,并评价其安全性。方法 收集2014年1月至2019年9月NIHSS评分≤4分的急性脑梗死患者200例,分为观察组118例和对照组82例。观察组给予重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓后给予双重抗血小板药物治疗3周,之后长期阿司匹林维持;对照组给予静脉溶栓后阿司匹林长期治疗。比较两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(the national institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、显效率、总有效率、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)评分、改良Rankin量表(modified Rankin scale,mRS)评分、不良反应、并发症及卒中复发率等。结果 两组在治疗后24 h NIHSS评分差异不明显(P>0.05);但两组在治疗后72 h和1周,NIHSS评分均逐渐降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周观察组和对照组临床总有效率分别为81.4%和61.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组经过治疗后1周、2周,其BI评分均逐渐升高,观察组BI评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周及3个月,观察组mRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者发病3月内复发率低于对照组,分别为1.7%及6.1%(P<0.05)。结论 rt-PA静脉溶栓联合双重抗血小板聚集治疗可有效减轻载体动脉阻塞穿支型小卒中脑梗死患者的残疾程度及预后,无严重不良反应,安全性高,且二级预防效果更好,值得临床推广。  相似文献

Objective: To evaluatel the value of D-dimers in patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD). Methods: This study consisted of 16 patients with AAD and 27 non-AAD patients. Serum D-dimets were measured by Sta-Liatest D-DI immunoturbidimetric assay. Results: D-dimer level was higher (P < 0.001) in patients with AAD(7.91 ± 5.52 μg/ml) than that in non- AAD group(1.57±1.24 μg/ml). D-dimer was positive (>0.4 μg/ml) in all patients with AAD and in 10 control group patients (37%). Among patients with acute AAD, D-dimers tended to be higher in Stanford A than in Stanford B (8.67 ± 4.31 μg/ml vs. 3.24±1.27 μg/ml, P <0.01). D-dimer values tended to be higher in more extended disease(3.84 ± 1.65 μg/ml, 8.57 ± 3.58 μg/ml and 11.87 ± 5.69 μg/ml in thoracic aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta and iliacal arteries, respectively, P < 0.05 for both 8.57 ± 3.58 and 11.87 ± 5.69 vs. 3.84 ± 1.65 ). Including the control group into the analysis, we found a sensitivity of 100%, a negative predictive value of 100%, and a specificity of 66% and a positive predictive value of 64% for D-dimer in diagnosis of AAD in our patients with suspected AAD. Conclusion: D-dimer was elevated in patients with AAD. A negative D-dimer test result could be useful in excluding AAD.  相似文献

Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from portal veins to donated livers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal. Conclusion: This rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation can be established in common laboratory conditions with high success rate and meet the needs of renal transplantation experiment.  相似文献

Objective To observe blood pressure change with age in salt-sensitive teenagers whose salt sensitivity were determined by repeated testing.Methods Salt sensitivity was determined through intravenous infusion of normal saline combined with volume-depletion by oral diuretic furosemide in 55 teenagers. After five years, salt sensitivity was re-examined and subject blood pressure was followed up. Blood pressure changes in salt-sensitive teenagers were compared to that of non-salt sensitive teenagers over five years.Results After 5 years, the repetition rate of salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading is 92.7%. In teenagers with salt sensitivity on the baseline, both the systolic blood pressure increments and increment rates were much higher than non-salt sensitive teenagers (12.7±12.1 mmHg vs. 2.8±5.2 mmHg, P< 0.01; 12.2%± 12.0% vs. 2.5% ±4.4%, P< 0.001,respectively). There was a similar trend for diastolic blood pressure (8.4 ± 6.4 mmHg vs. 3.7 ± 6.4 mmHg, P = 0.052; 13.2% ±10.6 % vs. 6.8%± 10.1%, P = 0.053, respectively).Conclusions Salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading showed good reproducibility. Blood pressure increments with age were much higher in salt-sensitive teenagers than non-salt sensitive teenagers, especially in terms of systolic blood pressure.  相似文献

目的:评价使用安心颗粒对急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PPCI)术后生活质量的影响.方法:将160例接受PPCI的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者随机分为安心颗粒组(术前顿服安心颗粒8.8g,术后安心颗粒4.4 g/次,每日2次)和对照组(仅接受基础药物治疗).所有患者均服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀.分别在入院时、出院前1d、出院后180 d时,应用心肌梗死多维度量表(MIDAS)、中文版SF-36评价量表对患者生活质量评分.并观察术后30 d以内的出血并发症、血小板减少症发生情况.结果:入院时和出院前1d,两组患者的心肌梗死MIDAS、SF-36量表评分比较无差异(P>0.05);出院后180 d时,与对照组比较,安心颗粒组MIDAS、SF-36评分明显减低(P<0.05);组内与入院时比较,两组出院前1d、出院后180 d时,MIDAS、SF-36评分均降低(P<0.05).两组患者在随访期间均无大量出血、少量出血、重度和极重度血小板减少症发生,安心颗粒组有4例、对照组有7例发生不明显出血(P>0.05).两组发生轻度血小板减少症的患者数比较无差异(P>0.05).结论:PPCI使用安心颗粒,能改善急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的生活质量,且不增加出血风险.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the influences of urapidil and nicardipine on rabbit sinus function,atrio-ventricular node function and hemodynamics.Methods:Thirty-two Angora's rabbits were selected and randomly divided into four groups.U1 group:urapidil 0.25 mg/kg;U2 group:urapidil 0.5 mg/kg;N1 group:nicardipine 10 μg/kg;N2 group:nicardipine 20 μg/kg.All these medicine were administrated within 30 seconds.Measurements were taken before and after the administration of urapidil or nicardipine for the following data:mean blood pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),sino-atrial conduction time(SACT),maximal sinoatrial recovery time(SNRTmax)corrected sinus node recovery time(CSNRT),index of sinus node recovery time(SNRTI),Wenckebach A-V conduction frequency (WB),and P-R interval.Results:Significant MAP and HR changes were identified in all of the four groups before and after administration of both urapidil and nicardipine.No significant changes could be found in the rest of the parameters.Intergroup analysis showed that SACT and CSNRT of N1 and N2 groups were shorter than those of the U2 group(P<0.01);the MAP decreased(P<0.01)and the HR increased drastically(P<0.01).Conclusions:Neither urapidil(0.25 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg)nor nicardipine(10μg/kg,20μg/kg)has any significant influence on rabbit sinus function or rabbit atrio-ventricular node function.Nicardipine could be a better choice than urapidil for parafunctional sinus node patients.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the gene expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and osteoclast differentiation factor(ODF) in the bone tissue of patients with hip fracture due to osteoporosis. Methods:OPGmRNA and ODFmRNA in the bone tissue in 50 cases of osteoporosis sufferers(over 50 years old) with hip fracture(Observer Group) and 30 cases of hip facture sufferers with no osteoporosis(Control group) were analyzed with the Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR method. Results:The mRNA expressed of ODF, OPG were both high in the patients with hip fracture. In the control group, the expression of OPG mRNA was observed, while the expression of ODF mRNA was very slight. Conclusion:Aged patients contained all signals including OPG, ODF that are essential for inducing osteoclastogenesis and promoting bone resorption.  相似文献

Objective:To probe into the influence of changes of ovarian hormones on the pathogenesis of the specific sub-type premenstrual syndrome(PMS)and reveal partial microcosmic mechanisms of adverse flow of liver-qi.Methods:Estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels in serum were determined at different phases of menstrual cycle by radioimmunoassay.Results:In the group of PMS with adverse flow of liver-qi.the secretive peak value Of E2 and P at the follicular phase significantly decreased,and the secretive peak value at the luteal phase did not come into being.Conclusions:Low E2 and P secretive peak at the follicular phase and absence of secretive peak at the luteal phase is one of the microcosmic mechanisms of PMS with adverse flow of liver-qi.One of the pathophysiologic mechanisms of specific sub-type PMS is probably the continuous low level of E2and P.  相似文献

Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT3DE)is a new ultrasound technique that enables dynamic threedimensional visualization and quantification of the heart in real time. Investigation of feasibility and methodology of RT3DE in determining left ventricular (LV) and right ventricular (RV) volumes, RT3DE was performed in 35 normal adults using Philips SONOS 7500 system with a 2-4 MHz matrix array transducer. The 60°×60° "pyramid" volume database was obtained and analyzed on a TomTec echo workstation. Both LV and RV volumes were calculated with four 3DE methods (i.e. apical 2, 4, 8, and 16-plane) through manually tracing ventricular endocardial borders in end diastole and end systole. Stroke volumes were then calculated. LV volume was also measured by 2DE Simpson's rule using GE VIVID 7 ultrasound machine.  相似文献

Increasing maternal age is the only etiological factor unequivocally linked to Down's syndrome in humans. The occurrence rate of newborns with Down's syndrome is about 1/220 in women over 35 years old. However, the occurrence rate in embryos fertilized in vitro, of the elder woman is unclear. Using FISH we screened the number of chromosome 21 in preimplanted embryos of 5 elderly women (average age, 38.4 years) to study the feasibility and necessity of screening trisomy 21 in embryos in patients over 35 years old at the in vitro fertilization (IVF) center.  相似文献
