用绝对频率精度优于1.2MHz的CO_2激光边带光谱仪记录了SF_6分子v_3带Q支的多普勒受限吸收谱,光谱范围在CO_2激光10P(16)支线中心两侧,距支线中心8.0~12.4 GHz。用内插法以<6MHz的均方误差测量了百余条跃迁谱线的频率,并标识出Q_Z、Q_R、Q_X、Q_W、Q_A等亚支的谱线,量子数J从26到83。用最小二乘法拟合实验数据得到了v_3带的部分光谱常数。 相似文献

Er^3 -doped Al2O3 films were deposited on silicon substrates by reactive closed-field unbalanced magnetron sput-tering. The process parameters, such as target bias voltage, substrate bias voltage, O2 gas flows, sputtering gas pressure, were studied. The 1.53μm photoluminescence characteristics from Er^3 were measured. Yb3+:Er3+:Tm3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses are prepared.Their strong up-conversion photoluminescence spectra in a range from ultra-violet to near-infrared,which are excited by a 978-nm laser diode,are measured,and the mechanisms of energy transfer among Yb3+,Er3+ and Tm3+ ions are discussed.The results show that there is an unexpected wavelength at 900-nm emission from Yb3+ Stark splitting levels to pump Tm3+ ions and there exists an optimum pump power.The concentration of the Tm3+ dopant gives rise to a prominent effect on the intensity of visible and near-infrared emissions for the Yb3+:Er3+:Tm3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses. 相似文献

Yb3+/Dy3+ co-doped Al2O3 nanopowders have been prepared by the non-aqueous sol-gel method and their up-
conversion photoluminescence spectra are measured under excitation by 980-nm semiconductor laser. The results show
that there are comparatively abundant spectra of up-conversion emissions centered at 378, 408, 527 and 543, and 663
nm, corresponding to 4G9/2 → 6H13/2, 4G9/2 → 6H11/2, 4I15/2 → 6H13/2, and 4F9/2 → 6H11/2 transitions of Dy3+,
respectively. Two-photon and three-photon processes are involved in ultraviolet, violet, green, and red up-conversion

介绍一种掺铒玻璃样品的制作方法,实验测量了单片及两片掺铒玻璃样品的荧光特性.结果表明:两片掺铒玻璃样品级联的荧光强度比单片掺铒玻璃样品的荧光强度高,半值宽度与高浓度单片样品的半值宽度近似相等;在两片掺铒玻璃样品级联的形式中,浓度高的样品靠近抽运光源时的荧光强度比浓度低的样品靠近抽运光源时的荧光强度高;两种低浓度样品组合的荧光强度相对于其单片样品荧光强度的增幅比两种高浓度样品组合的荧光强度相对于其单片样品荧光强度的增幅要高.

Experimental investigation of photoluminescence spectra of Yb3+ sensitized Er3+-doped glass samples in series 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Fabrication technology of the Yb3+:Er3+ co-doped glass samples is introduced. Photoluminescence (PL)characteristics of a single sample were experimentally investigated. The PL peak intensities of two samples in series were measured and discussed. The results show that the PL peak intensities of two samples in series depend on pump manners and arrangement of the samples. The better amplification ability can be obtained by two samples in series doped with low-concentration ytterbium instead of a single sample doped with high-concentration ytterbium. 相似文献

抽运波长为0.98μm时,考虑合作上转换、交叉弛豫、激发态吸收等上转换机理给出了掺Er及Yb-Er共掺系统的速率方程,并利用二维波导的有限元理论及包含正反向放大的自发辐射的场传输方程,建立了一套分析光波导放大器增益特性的综合理论模型。得到掺Er及Yb-Er共掺Al2O3光波导放大器增益与波导长度、抽运功率、掺杂浓度等多个参量的关系,绘制出具有实用性的优化设计曲线。将该理论模型应用于实际制作的Yb-Er共掺Al2O3光波导放大器,结果与实验数据相符。 相似文献
