实施绩效分析提高乙烯装置竞争力

扬子乙烯绩效分析项目是在所罗门公司派遣专家的协助下，以扬子乙烯装置为核心，寻找该装置在工艺、计划、设备检维修、财务及行政管理等诸方面与世界同类先进装置的差距，分析原因并共同制定一系列改进措施，按步骤、按次序地进行实施，从而不断缩短、进而消除与世界先进水平存在的差距，提高扬子乙烯技术管理水平和装置竞争力。     

纳米白炭黑的表面改性及其在氯丁橡胶中的应用

研究纳米白炭黑经硅烷偶联剂(Si-75)湿法改性后对氯丁橡胶抗疲劳性能的影响，并对改性剂的用量、改性工艺条件进行了优化。实验结果表明：适当改性后的纳米白炭黑可显著提高氯丁橡胶的抗撕裂和抗疲劳性能。     

用于甲烷选择性氧化反应制甲醇的膜催化技术

研究了将甲烷选择性地一次氧化制取甲醇的膜催化技术。采用ZrO2－Y2O3陶瓷膜，在较温和的反应条件下（常压，460℃左右），可以将甲烷选择性地一次氧化成为甲醇。     

氧化剂对无铬木质素磺酸盐类钻井液处理剂作用效能的影响

为了提高无铬木质素磺酸盐在钻井液中的作用效能，用生产橡碗 栲胶的废渣为原料制备的无铬木质素磺酸盐，与氧化剂（Ｈ_２Ｏ_２、ＭｎＯ_２、 ＫＭｎＯ_４、ＨＮＯ_３、ＣａＣｌ_２Ｏ_７）进行反应，并测定氧化产物在钻井液中的作用 效能．结果表明，用 ＫＭｎＯ_4、ＨＮＯ_3和 ＣａＣl_2Ｏ_7作氧化剂时，其氧化产物 所处理的钻井液性能恶化；用Ｈ_2Ｏ_２和 ＭｎＯ_２作氧化剂时，其氧化产物所 处理的钻井液性能变好。     

多颜色标记三维定位以及标记点稳定性研究

在基于颜色标记的手部识别以及运动跟踪的过程中,由于背景及噪声的干扰,二维图像点坐标会发生波动,产生误差,导致由二维图像坐标计算手部三维坐标的过程中,静止状态下的带标记的目标在虚拟环境中会发生抖动。采用自适应分块区域增长法跟踪颜色标记,获得标记点区域范围,在该范围内进一步采用局部Hough变换精确定位颜色标记。实验证明,该方法在不降低亚像素精度的前提下,可以稳定定位手部标记点,且具有先验知识的局部Hough变换,在克服已有Hough变换不足的同时,能有效提高定位精度。     

Evaluation of reclaimed asphalt pavement binder stiffness without extraction and recovery

Effect of annealing on microstructure and properties of Si_3N_4-AlN composite ceramics

Investigation on film cooling characteristics from a row of converging slot-holes on flat plate
