本文安全通信方案采用非对称(ECC)和对称式(3DES)加密相结合的方式。针对电力系统远程监控通信中常见的安全问题,在主站端增加安全服务器,在每个远程设备上附加一个安全模块,整个安全通信过程对普通用户透明。主站负责产生和管理所有的密钥,远程设备可认证主站发送的消息。非对称加密中的私钥传输可利用信息隐藏技术。安全模块的硬件设计基于增强型8051微控制器XC886,实际测试显示其具有较好的性能。 相似文献

为进行针对性的网络治理,基于模糊贴近度提出一种产业集群生命周期的判定方法。该方法通过分析网络主体、网络活动和网络资源,提取了6个网络特征指标,用以描述产业集群在生命周期不同阶段的网络特征模式;采用基于模糊贴近度的多目标分类算法,确定网络特征指标值对各阶段网络特征模式的非对称贴近向量;通过理想点法确定正负理想等级,根据各非对称贴近向量与正负理想等级的对称贴近度确定产业集群生命周期所处的阶段。以沈阳装备制造业集群为例验证了所提方法的可行性。判定结果表明该产业集群处于成长期,当前网络治理的重点应为利用云制造平台等方式促进网络主体合作和进一步丰富网络资源。 相似文献

为了深入研究盘式制动器在传动系统制动过程中的尖叫问题,通过在制动盘中引入非对称冷却通道概念,采用序列二次规划优化算法,建立相关约束条件,将由优化理论得到的非对称冷却通道几何数据引入盘式制动器制动尖叫预测模型中,分析尖叫相关特性变化规律并根据计算数据建立相关模型进行试验验证。研究结果表明,将非对称冷却通道参数引入模型后有效的将特征频率进行分离,明显抑制制动尖叫现象;序列二次规划优化算法对于计算盘式制动器非对称冷却通道几何参数问题具有良好的稳定性和准确性,能够准确为设计提供依据;通过将优化前后的盘式制动器进行试验,试验结果与仿真结果贴合度高,验证了非对称式盘式制动器对于抑制制动尖叫具有重要作用。 相似文献

In recent years, metabolomics has emerged as a pivotal approach for the holistic analysis of metabolites in biological systems. The rapid progress in analytical equipment, coupled to the rise of powerful data processing tools, now provides unprecedented opportunities to deepen our understanding of the relationships between biochemical processes and physiological or phenotypic conditions in living organisms. However, to obtain unbiased data coverage of hundreds or thousands of metabolites remains a challenging task. Among the panel of available analytical methods, targeted and untargeted mass spectrometry approaches are among the most commonly used. While targeted metabolomics usually relies on multiple-reaction monitoring acquisition, untargeted metabolomics use either data-independent acquisition (DIA) or data-dependent acquisition (DDA) methods. Unlike DIA, DDA offers the possibility to get real, selective MS/MS spectra and thus to improve metabolite assignment when performing untargeted metabolomics. Yet, DDA settings are more complex to establish than DIA settings, and as a result, DDA is more prone to errors in method development and application. Here, we present a tutorial which provides guidelines on how to optimize the technical parameters essential for proper DDA experiments in metabolomics applications. This tutorial is organized as a series of rules describing the impact of the different parameters on data acquisition and data quality. It is primarily intended to metabolomics users and mass spectrometrists that wish to acquire both theoretical background and practical tips for developing effective DDA methods. 相似文献

Due-date assignment (DDA) is the first important task of shop floor control in wafer fabrication. Due-date related performance is impacted by the quality of the DDA rules. Assigning order due dates and timely delivering the goods to the customer will enhance customer service and competitive advantage. A new methodology for lead-time prediction, artificial neural network (ANN) prediction is considered in this work. An ANN-based DDA rule combined with simulation technology and statistical analysis is developed. Besides, regression-based DDA rules for wafer fabrication are modelled as benchmarking. Whether neural networks can outperform conventional and regression-based DDA rules taken from the literature is examined. From the simulation and statistical results, ANN-based DDA rules perform a better job in due-date prediction. ANN-based DDA rules have a lower tardiness rate than the other rules. ANN-based DDA rules have better sensitivity and variance than the other rules. Therefore, if the wafer fab information is not difficult to obtain, the ANN-based DDA rule can perform better due-date prediction. The SFM_sep and JIQ in regression-based and conventional rules are better than the others. 相似文献

The DDA were studied by ESI-MSn in decocting solutionof Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (RALP) with Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae(BFC), Bulbus fritillariae Thunbergii(BFT), respectively. Comparing with the ratio of relative abundant of DDA with and internal standard, it was found that the DDA were higher in decocting solution of RALP-BFT than that of RALP, while the DDA in decocting solution of RALP-BFC were lower than that of RALP. We deduced that the BFT inhibited hydrolysis of diester-diterpenoid alkaloids in decocting process with RALP, leading to the high toxicity of the RALP-BFT decoction. 相似文献
