针对传统算法求解多目标资源优化分配问题收敛慢、Pareto解不能有效分布在Pareto 前沿面的问题, 提出一种新的Memetic 算法. 在遗传算法的交叉算子中引入模拟退火算法, 加强了遗传算法的局部搜索能力, 加快了收敛速度. 为了使Pareto 最优解均匀分布在Pareto 前沿面, 在染色体编码中引入禁忌表, 增加了种群的多样性, 避免了传统遗传算法后期Pareto 解集过于集中的缺点. 通过与已有的遗传算法、蚁群算法、粒子群算法进行比较, 仿真实验表明了所提出算法的有效性, 并分析了禁忌表长度和模拟退火参数对算法收敛性的影响.

In this paper, a multi-objective bird swarm algorithm (MOBSA) is proposed to cope with multi-objective optimization problems. The algorithm is explored based on BSA which is an evolutionary algorithm suitable for single objective optimization. In this paper, non-dominated sorting approach is used to distinguish optimal solutions and parallel coordinates is applied to evaluate the distribution density of non-dominated solution and further update the external archive when it is full to overflowing, which ensure faster convergence and more widespread of Pareto front. Then, the MOBSA is adopted to optimize benchmark problems. The results demonstrate that MOBSA gets better performance compared with NSGA-II and MOPSO. Since a vehicle power train problem could be treated as a typical multi-objective optimization problem with constraints, with integration of constrained non-dominated solution, MOBSA is adopted to acquire optimal gear ratios and optimize vehicle power train. The results compared with other popular algorithm prove the proposed algorithm is more suitable for constrained multi-objective optimization problem in engineering field.

在多目标进化优化中,使用分解策略的基于分解的多目标进化算法(MOEA/D)时间复杂度低,使用〖BP(〗强度帕累托策略的〖BP)〗强度帕累托进化算法-2(SPEA2)能得到分布均匀的解集。结合这两种策略,提出一种新的多目标进化算法用于求解具有复杂、不连续的帕累托前沿的多目标优化问题(MOP)。首先,利用分解策略快速逼近帕累托前沿;然后,利用强度帕累托策略使解集均匀分布在帕累托前沿,利用解集重置分解策略中的权重向量集,使其适配于特定的帕累托前沿;最后,利用分解策略进一步逼近帕累托前沿。使用的反向世代距离(IGD)作为度量标准,将新算法与MOEA/D、SPEA2和paλ-MOEA/D在12个基准问题上进行性能对比。实验结果表明该算法性能在7个基准问题上最优,在5个基准问题上接近于最优,且无论MOP的帕累托前沿是简单或复杂、连续或不连续的,该算法均能生成分布均匀的解集。  相似文献

This paper presents an efficient metamodel-based multi-objective multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) architecture for solving multi-objective high fidelity MDO problems. One of the important features of the proposed method is the development of an efficient surrogate model-based multi-objective particle swarm optimization (EMOPSO) algorithm, which is integrated with a computationally efficient metamodel-based MDO architecture. The proposed EMOPSO algorithm is based on sorted Pareto front crowding distance, utilizing star topology. In addition, a constraint-handling mechanism in non-domination appointment and fuzzy logic is also introduced to overcome feasibility complexity and rapid identification of optimum design point on the Pareto front. The proposed algorithm is implemented on a metamodel-based collaborative optimization architecture. The proposed method is evaluated and compared with existing multi-objective optimization algorithms such as multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II), using a number of well-known benchmark problems. One of the important results observed is that the proposed EMOPSO algorithm provides high diversity with fast convergence speed as compared to other algorithms. The proposed method is also applied to a multi-objective collaborative optimization of unmanned aerial vehicle wing based on high fidelity models involving structures and aerodynamics disciplines. The results obtained show that the proposed method provides an effective way of solving multi-objective multidisciplinary design optimization problem using high fidelity models.  相似文献

提出一种用于求解多目标优化问题的基于膜系统理论的演化算法. 受膜系统理论的功能和处理化合物方式的启发,设计了求解多目标优化问题的演化操作. 此外,在表层膜中,引入了非支配排序和拥挤距离两种机制改善算法的搜索效率. 采用ZDT(Zitzler-Deb-Thiele)和DTLZ(Deb-Thiele-Laumanns-Zitzler)多目标问题对所提算法进行测试,所提算法求得的候选解既能较好地逼近真实Pareto前沿,又能满足非支配解集多样性的要求. 仿真结果表明,所提方法求解多目标优化问题是可行和有效的.  相似文献

多目标进化优化是求解多目标优化问题的可行方法.但是, 由于没有准确感知并充分利用问题的Pareto前沿, 已有方法难以高效求解复杂的多目标优化问题.本文提出一种基于在线感知Pareto前沿划分目标空间的多目标进化优化方法, 以利用感知的结果, 采用有针对性的进化优化方法求解多目标优化问题.首先, 根据个体之间的拥挤距离与给定阈值的关系感知优化问题的Pareto前沿上的间断点, 并基于此将目标空间划分为若干子空间; 然后, 在每一子空间中采用MOEA/D (Multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition)得到一个外部保存集; 最后, 基于所有外部保存集生成问题的Pareto解集.将提出的方法应用于15个基准数值函数优化问题, 并与NSGA-Ⅱ、RPEA、MOEA/D、MOEA/DPBI、MOEA/D-STM和MOEA/D-ACD等比较.结果表明, 提出的方法能够产生收敛和分布性更优的Pareto解集, 是一种非常有竞争力的方法.  相似文献

通过对热精轧负荷分配过程的分析,选取负荷均衡、板形良好和轧制功率最低为目标,建立了热精轧负荷分配多目标优化模型.为了提高多目标优化算法解集的分布性和收敛性,提出了一种混合多目标粒子群优化算法(HMOPSO),该算法根据Pareto支配关系得到Pareto前沿进而保证种群收敛;采用分解策略维护外部存档,该策略首先根据Pareto前沿求出上界点对目标空间进行归一化处理,然后对种群进行分区处理进而保证种群的分布性能.仿真结果表明,HMOPSO的收敛性和分布性都好于MOPSO和d MOPSO;采用模糊多属性决策的方法从Pareto最优解集中选择一个Pareto最优解,通过与经验负荷分配方法相比,表明该Pareto最优解可以使轧制方案更加合理.  相似文献

针对不确定环境下无线传感器网络覆盖能效优化问题,提出一种传感器节点区间感知模型;进而考虑网络覆盖率和节点冗余率,将其转化为区间多目标优化问题。基于一种新型区间个体依可能度占优关系,提出区间多目标量子文化算法,根据区间占优个体信息提取隐含知识,用于指导量子个体更新及进化个体变异与选择。不同环境下的仿真结果表明:基于所提出算法获得的Pareto解具有更好的收敛性、分布性和延展性;相应的无线传感器网络布局更合理。  相似文献

提出了一种基于适配粒子群的多目标优化方法。该方法给出的适配粒子群算法规则简单、收敛速度快,得到的解集有较好的分散性和均匀性。将提出的外部记忆体更新和适配半径选择的方法应用于经典的多目标函数中。结果表明,该优化方法能够快速准确地收敛于Pareto解集,并且使其对应的目标域均匀分布于Pareto最优目标域。  相似文献

针对最大完工时间最小和总流经时间最小的双目标流水车间调度问题,提出一种快速多目标混合进化算法。算法将矢量评价遗传算法的采样策略与一种新的基于Pareto支配与被支配关系的适应度函数的采样策略进行了融合。新的采样策略弥补了矢量评价遗传算法(VEGA)采样策略的不足。VEGA善于搜索Pareto前沿面的边缘区域,但却忽略了Pareto前沿面的中心区域,而新的采样策略则倾向于Pareto前沿面的中心区域。这两种机制的融合保证了混合算法能够快速平稳地向Pareto前沿区域收敛。此外,由于混合采样策略不需要考虑距离,使得算法效率也得到了很大的提升。在对Taillard基准测试集进行的仿真实验结果显示,相对于非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)和强度Pareto进化算法(SPEA2),该快速多目标混合进化算法在收敛性和分布性两方面都有所提高,并且算法的效率也得到了改进。所提出的混合算法能够更好地解决双目标的流水车间调度问题。  相似文献

Currently, an alternative framework using the hypervolume indicator to guide the search for elite solutions of a multi-objective problem is studied in the evolutionary multi-objective optimization community very actively, comparing to the traditional Pareto dominance based approach. In this paper, we present a dynamic neighborhood multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on hypervolume indicator (DNMOEA/HI), which benefits from both Pareto dominance and hypervolume indicator based frameworks. DNMOEA/HI is featured by the employment of hypervolume indicator as a truncation operator to prune the exceeded population, while a well-designed density estimator (i.e., tree neighborhood density) is combined with the Pareto strength value to perform fitness assignment. Moreover, a novel algorithm is proposed to directly evaluate the hypervolume contribution of a single individual. The performance of DNMOEA/HI is verified on a comprehensive benchmark suite, in comparison with six other multi-objective evolutionary algorithms. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of our proposed algorithm. Solutions obtained by DNMOEA/HI well approach the Pareto optimal front and are evenly distributed over the front, simultaneously.  相似文献

This paper proposes a multi-objective artificial physics optimization algorithm based on individuals’ ranks. Using a Pareto sorting based technique and incorporating the concept of neighborhood crowding degree, evolutionary individuals in the search space are evaluated at first. Then each individual is assigned a unique serial number in terms of its performance, which affects the mass of the individual. Thereby, the population evolves towards the direction of the Pareto-optimal front. Synchronously, the presented approach has good diversity, such that the population is spread evenly on the Pareto front. Results of simulation on a number of difficult test problems show that the proposed algorithm, with less evolutionary generations, is able to find a better spread of solutions and better convergence near the true Pareto-optimal front compared to classical multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (NSGA, SPEA, MOPSO) and to simple multi-objective artificial physics optimization algorithm.  相似文献

Two major goals in multi-objective optimization are to obtain a set of nondominated solutions as closely as possible to the true Pareto front (PF) and maintain a well-distributed solution set along the Pareto front. In this paper, we propose a teaching-learning-based optimization (TLBO) algorithm for multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs). In our algorithm, we adopt the nondominated sorting concept and the mechanism of crowding distance computation. The teacher of the learners is selected from among current nondominated solutions with the highest crowding distance values and the centroid of the nondominated solutions from current archive is selected as the Mean of the learners. The performance of proposed algorithm is investigated on a set of some benchmark problems and real life application problems and the results show that the proposed algorithm is a challenging method for multi-objective algorithms.  相似文献

In evolutionary multi-objective optimization (EMO), the convergence to the Pareto set of a multi-objective optimization problem (MOP) and the diversity of the final approximation of the Pareto front are two important issues. In the existing definitions and analyses of convergence in multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs), convergence with probability is easily obtained because diversity is not considered. However, diversity cannot be guaranteed. By combining the convergence with diversity, this paper presents a new definition for the finite representation of a Pareto set, the B-Pareto set, and a convergence metric for MOEAs. Based on a new archive-updating strategy, the convergence of one such MOEA to the B-Pareto sets of MOPs is proved. Numerical results show that the obtained B-Pareto front is uniformly distributed along the Pareto front when, according to the new definition of convergence, the algorithm is convergent.  相似文献

Preference articulation in multi-objective optimization could be used to improve the pertinency of solutions in an approximated Pareto front. That is, computing the most interesting solutions from the designer's point of view in order to facilitate the Pareto front analysis and the selection of a design alternative. This articulation can be achieved in an a priori, progressive, or a posteriori manner. If it is used within an a priori frame, it could focus the optimization process toward the most promising areas of the Pareto front, saving computational resources and assuring a useful Pareto front approximation for the designer. In this work, a physical programming approach embedded in an evolutionary multi-objective optimization is presented as a tool for preference inclusion. The results presented and the algorithm developed validate the proposal as a potential tool for engineering design by means of evolutionary multi-objective optimization.  相似文献

In welding processes, the selection of optimal process parameter settings is very important to achieve best weld qualities. In this work, neuro-multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (EAs) are proposed to optimize the process parameters in friction stir welding process. Artificial neural network (ANN) models are developed for the simulation of the correlation between process parameters and mechanical properties of the weld using back-propagation algorithm. The weld qualities of the weld joint, such as ultimate tensile strength, yield stress, elongation, bending angle and hardness of the nugget zone, are considered. In order to optimize those quality characteristics, two multi-objective EAs that are non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II and differential evolution for multi-objective are coupled with the developed ANN models. In the end, multi-criteria decision-making method which is technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution is applied on the Pareto front to extract the best solutions. Comparisons are conducted between results obtained from the proposed techniques, and confirmation experiments are performed to verify the simulated results.
