介绍了作者课题组近年来所发展的适用于催化材料和发光材料研究的并行合成和高通量表征技术,以及在新材料筛选方面开展的工作。在并行合成方面包括组合喷射合成仪、微型阵列式溶液燃烧技术以及结合四元掩模和连续掩模的磁控溅射和脉冲激光沉积系统;高通量表征部分包括真空紫外荧光照相系统和组合光谱扫描仪、红外热成像筛选装置和同步辐射红外光谱成像系统。最后,简要介绍了利用所发展的组合技术在稀土聚合物敏化发光材料、真空紫外荧光材料以及可见光响应光催化材料方面开展的工作。 相似文献

The application of combinatorial methods to three reactions catalyzed by multimetal oxides is described. Catalysts for the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene were tested using a 121- or 144-channel scanning mass spectrometer primary screening reactor and a 48-channel fixed bed secondary screening reactor; catalysts for the selective oxidation of ethane to acetic acid were tested using a 256-channel massively parallel microfluidic reactor primary screen alone, and catalysts for the selective ammoxidation of propane to acrylonitrile were tested using the massively parallel microfluidic reactor and an eight-channel fixed bed secondary/tertiary screening reactor. The details regarding catalyst design, synthesis, and screening are presented. This work has resulted in both the confirmation of published results and the generation of new lead materials for all three chemistries. 相似文献

This essay constitutes a personal assessment of two quite different projects that the author has initiated during the last two decades, both involving combinatorial libraries of catalysts. The first encounter with combinatorial catalysis involved the use of a mixture of two different monodentate ligands in asymmetric transition metal catalysis, especially when one ligand is chiral and the other achiral. The reason for abandoning this approach as a research topic, although (industrially) successful, is outlined herein. The second and distinctly more significant approach concerns the directed evolution of stereo- and regioselective enzymes as catalysts in organic chemistry. It is not only a prolific source of catalysts for a variety of synthetically useful selective transformations, but has also produced several fundamentally important insights. The lessons learned include mechanistic intricacies of enzyme catalysis as well insights regarding cooperative mutational effects which are distinctly more than additive. The Darwinian approach to generating stereoselective enzymes is compared with evolution as it occurs in Nature. 相似文献

萜类化合物具有广泛的生理活性与重要的经济价值,利用酿酒酵母进行萜类合成具有低价、高效等优势。然而部分植物源合成萜类的关键酶在酿酒酵母中难表达、产量低,难以工业应用,因此有效的调控策略显得至关重要。本文从萜类化合物在酿酒酵母中的合成途径入手,介绍了关键酶、代谢途径、CRISPR基因编辑系统和人工合成染色体技术4个方面的调控策略在酿酒酵母合成萜类化合物中的应用。阐述了关键酶的筛选、改造,理性与非理性设计,MVA途径、乙酰辅酶A合成途径与亚细胞结构的代谢途径改造的优势。指出了多重调控策略组合调控的方式是实现酿酒酵母高效合成萜类化合物的有效方法。此外,CRISPR基因编辑系统与人工合成染色体技术的快速发展将为酿酒酵母细胞工厂的深入开发与利用提供有力工具。 相似文献

Thin layer chromatography (TLC) represents a fast and inexpensive alternative to NMR spectroscopy or analytical methods based on chromatography for the detection of unexpected products in organometallic combinatorial catalysis.
