利用分光光度计对聚(2-甲氧基5-辛氧基)对苯乙炔(PMOCOPV)的光学禁带宽度(Eg)进行了研究,线性拟合的结果表明PMOCOPV的Eg为2.09 eV.采用单光束Z-扫描技术系统地研究了PMOCOPV的三阶非线性光学特性.研究表明,PMOCOPV为自散焦介质,其非线性折射率为-3.82×10-7 esu,非线性折射系数为-9.63×10-14 m2/W,非线性吸收系数为1.27×10-7m/W,三阶非线性极化率为8.58×1018m2/W.  相似文献

可溶性聚(2,5-二己氧基)对苯乙炔三阶非线性光学特性   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
报道了利用脱氯化氢反应制备可溶性聚(2,5二己氧基)对苯乙炔(PDHOPV),这种聚对苯乙炔(PPV)衍生物在波长450~550nm范围内具有强的光学吸收,最大吸收峰位于499nm处。采用简并四波混频(DFWM)技术对PDHOPV薄膜的非线性光学特性进行研究。结果表明:PDHOPV具有大的三阶非线性光学特性;激发波长为532nm的共振三阶非线性系数和1.064μm的非共振三阶非线性系数分别为9.6×10-10esu和2.1×10-11esu;电子共振增强有利于提高三阶非线性光学系数。  相似文献

利用单光束 Z-扫描技术 ,在波长为 1.0 6 4μm,脉宽为 38ps条件下研究了 1,2 ,8,9,15,16 ,2 3,2 4 -八异戊氧基钯酞菁 (octa- Pd Pc)掺杂有机改性溶胶 -凝胶材料的三阶光学非线性光学性质。测得它的非线性折射率 n2 和三阶光学非线性极化系数χ(3 ) 的实部分别为 1.1× 10 -12 esu和 1.6×10 -13 esu。对此进行了分析和讨论。  相似文献

本文用简并四波混频研究了Fe_2O_3水溶胶和有机溶胶的三阶非线性光学特性,指出当Fe_2O_3微粒表面包覆一极性分子后可明显地增强其三阶非线性。实验测得Fe_2O_3水溶胶和有机溶胶的三阶非线性光学系数分别为1.3×10~(-10)esu和2.3×10~(-9)esu。分析了非线性效应的增强机理。  相似文献

为了研究一种新的有机金属配合物dmit盐(tetram ethylammon ium)bis(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolato)copper(简称为MeCu)的三阶非线性光学性质,采用单光束z扫描技术,在波长为1064nm、脉宽为30ps条件下对浓度为1.0×10-3mol/L的MeCu/丙酮溶液进行研究。实验结果表明,其三阶非线性折射率n2和二阶分子超极化率γ分别为-2.15×10-11esu和1.94×10-30esu,未发现三阶非线性吸收的存在。表明该材料在全光开关等非线性光学器件的研制上可能具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

聚吡咯衍生物的合成及其三阶非线性光学性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以吡咯为原料,通过逐步分子设计合成了聚3 丁酰基吡咯(PBPY)和聚[(3 丁酰基吡咯 2,5 二)对二甲氨基苯甲烯](PBPDMABE)。通过氢核磁(1 H NMR)、傅里叶 红外(FT IR)、和紫外 可见(UV Vis)光谱对反应中间体和目标产物的结构进行了详细表征。对 PBPY和 PBPDMABE粉末进行了 I掺杂处理,采用四探针法对本征态和掺杂后的聚合物电导率进行了测量,测试结果表明,经过 I掺杂处理后PBPY和PBPDMABE具有较高的电导率,分别为1.3×10-1 S/cm和3.8×10-6 S/cm。根据光学禁带宽度与入射光子能量的关系,计算了PBPY和PBPDMABE薄膜的光学禁带宽度,分别为 2.06 eV和1.79 eV。利用后向简并四波混频(DFWM)技术测量了 2 种聚合物薄膜的三阶非线性极化率。结果表明,在波长为532 nm的激光作用下,PBPY和PBPDMABE的三阶非线性极化率分别为8.75×10-10 esu和4.65×10-8 esu。  相似文献

采用强碱诱导的脱氯化氢缩合聚合法合成出两种可溶性不对称烷氧基取代聚对苯乙炔共聚衍生物聚[2-甲氧基-5-(3′-甲基)丁氧基对苯乙炔-co-2-甲氧基-5-辛氧基对苯乙炔][P(MOMBOPV-co-MOCOPV)]和聚[2-甲氧基-5-己氧基对苯乙炔-co-2-甲氧基-5-辛氧基对苯乙炔][P(MOHOPV-co-MOCOPV)].研究表明,两种共聚物在三氯甲烷中均具有良好的溶解性,利于成膜,它们在400~560nm均存在显著吸收,最大吸收波长均位于500nm处.热性能研究表明,其热稳定性能良好,P(MOMBOPV-co-MOCOPV)和P(MOHOPV-co-MOCOPV)的起始分解温度分别为400和250℃.荧光光谱研究表明,它们的最大发射波长均在642nm,P(MOMBOPV-co-MOCOPV)和P(MOHOPV-co-MOCOPV)的荧光寿命分别为1.29和1.43ns,其中P(MOHOPV-co-MOCOPV)的荧光强度大大强于P(MOMBOPV-co-MOCOPV).  相似文献

应用Z-扫描技术对比研究了萘酞菁铅和萘酞菁钯化合物在波长为532 nm纳秒激光脉冲作用下的三阶非线光学特性。实验结果表明,两种萘酞菁化合物均显现出较强的非线性吸收特性(反饱和吸收)和非线性折射特性(自聚焦)。理论拟合得出萘酞菁铅和萘酞菁钯的非线性吸收系数分别为6.5410-10 m/W和3.9010-10 m/W;非线性折射系数率n2分别为1.6810-10 esu和8.0410-11 esu;二阶分子超极化率系数分别为3.4410-28 esu和2.5710-28 esu,CS2二阶分子超极化率系数为4.3210-33 esu;两种萘酞菁化合物的二阶分子超极化率强于CS2近5个数量级。实验结果表明,萘酞菁铅化合物具有较强的非线性吸收和非线性折射特性,且大于萘酞菁钯化合物的光学非线性特性是由于萘酞菁铅化合物的重原子效应提高了其光学非线性特性。  相似文献

The surface conductivity of poly [2-methoxy-5-(3 '-methyl)butoxy]-p-phenylene vinylene (PMOMBOPV) films doped with FeCl3 and H2 SO4 by chemical method and implanted by N ions was studied and the comparison of environmental stability of conductive behavior was also investigated. The energy and dose of N ions were in the rang 15~35 kev and 3. 8× 1015 ~9. 6× 1016 ions/cm2, respectively. The conductivity of PMOMBOPV film was enhanced remarkably with the increases of the energy and dose of N ions. For example, the conductivity of PMOMBOPV film was 3.2 × 10-2 S/cm when ion implantation was performed with an energy of 35 kev at a dose of 9. 6 × 1016 ions/cm2 , which was almost seven orders of magnitude higher than that of film unimplanted. The environmental stability of conductive behavior for ionimplanted film was much better than that of chemical doped films. Moreover, the conductive activation energy of ion-implanted films was measured to be about 0.17 eV.  相似文献

Two novel poly[(3-alkylthiophene-2,5-diyl)- (benzylidenequinomethane-2,5-diyl)s] derivatives,poly[ (3-butylthiophene-2,5-diyl)- ( p-N, N-dimethylamino) benzylidenequinomethane-2, 5-diyl) ] (PBTDMABQ)and poly [( 3-octylthiophene2, 5-diyl ) -( p-N, N-dimethylamino ) benzylidenequinomethane-2, 5-diyl )](POTDMABQ), were synthesized. The band gaps of the two polymers are calculated as 1. 75 eV for PBTDMABQ and 1.69 eV for POTDMABQ, respectively. The homogenous films of the two polymers were prepared and their third-order nonlinear optical properties were studied by the backward degenerate four-wave mixing at 532 nm. By using the relative measurement technique, the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities of PBTDMABQ and POTDMABQ are calculated as 5. 62 × 10-9 and 1. 22 × 10-8 ESU,respectively. It is found that substituted alky groups have strong effects on the band gap and nonlinear opticalproperties of the two polymers. The relatively big third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities and small band gap of POTDMABQ resulted mainly from the longer alkyl with strong electron-donating ability can enhance the delocation degree of conjugated π electronics.  相似文献

合成了化合物二萘并[2,3-b:2',3'-d]噻吩-5,7,12,13-四酮,用IR,1H NMR和元素分析表征了其结构.采用波长为800 nm,脉宽为80fs的钛宝石飞秒激光,运用简并四波混频(DFWM)法,研究了化合物在非共振状态下的三阶非线性光学(NLO)性能.三阶非线性光学极化率为2.73×10-13 esu,非线性折射率为5.03×10-12esu,分子二阶超极化率为2.85×1031esu,响应时间为86fs.分析了化合物的分子结构对三阶非线性光学性能的影响.结果表明此化合物具有潜在的非线性光学应用.  相似文献

四叔丁基碘代萘酞菁镓的合成及非线性特性   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
合成了四叔丁基碘代萘酞菁镓((t-Bu)4NcGaI)化合物,利用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等方法,验证了化合物的分子结构。该化合物的Q带在近红外区(801 nm),相对酞菁化合物红移了70 nm。应用调Q倍频纳秒/皮秒Nd∶YAG脉冲激光,在波长为532 nm,脉冲宽度为4.5 ns,重复频率为2 Hz,脉冲能量39.8μJ的条件下,测试了浓度为1.22×10-4mol/L化合物CH2Cl2溶液的Z-扫描曲线。测得它的非线性折射率n2和三阶非线性极化率χ(3)分别为2.54×10-11esu和9.51×10-12esu。由此计算化合物分子极化率γ′为3.3×10-29esu。  相似文献
