An analysis is performed into the currently applied coal mining methods using mined-out space in an open pit, with describing their basic advantages and disadvantages. In order to solve a complex of mining-geometric problems in a three-dimensional statement, triangulation models of the interfaces are used that differ from known models by excluding the requirement of uniformity for the support network and the application of structure-forming elements of deposits: planes of tectonic disturbances, borders of geological blocks, etc. The problem is formulated for evaluating the locations of opencast fields within their finite boundaries, and also in the dynamics of working. Algorithms are given for fulfilling the basic graphical and analytical operations in three-dimensional space, including dialog operations. Traditional parameters for analyzing mining operation regime are supplemented by new ones, i.e., physically required work for moving rock mass by means of transport and rehandling of overburden by draglines, and these parameters are determined for each stage of mining. A method is proposed for selecting a rational mining sequence with internal dumping for flat stratified deposits, using new principles of the open-pit process-space formation and development. One of the world’s largest sinkholes (80 m long, 40 m wide and 200 m deep) developed in July 1986 as a result of potash mining 425–435 m below the land surface. The depth of the 3rd Bereznikovsky potash mine did not contribute to the collapse, and in fact, the sinkhole occurred in a location where the depth of the mine and the nature of the overburden were considered to be very favorable for mining. The nature and cause of the mine flooding and the collpase have been investigated and are elucidated. This case study is an example of how dangerous flooding can be in evaporite strata, even in deposits where geological conditions of mining appear to be very favorable.  相似文献

The paper discusses the studies devoted to evolution of prospective mining technologies for deep thick strata of the Talnakhsky and Oktyabrsky deposits. The mining-and-technical features of the deposits are considered. A strategic trend is pinpointed towards technological upgrading with automation and robotization of geotechnological processes. Under discussion is the equipment for open pit mining of scarce coal reserves. Methods of overburden dumping are systematized. A new dumping method is offered; it allows reducing land withdrawal by means of utilizing adjacent open pit. The author presents relations for area of internal dumping, considering coefficient of dumping in the adjacent open pit and the volume of the adjacent open pit. Features of the condition of underground mines are presented and basic principles for developing ore mining technology are formulated. It is noted that the main direction for improving mining operations in nonferrous metal deposits is development of mining systems with stowing by solidifying mixtures with waste utilization from mining and metallurgical industries based on the complexes of self-propelled machinery. 以山东某矿煤岩赋存条件为原型,取线性比Cl=1/150、时间比Ct=1/150、强度比CR=143×10 -3进行了薄煤层(厚度1.2 m)超高水材料充填开采相似模拟试验研究。设计了试验参数及超高水材料在模型采空区的充填方法,揭示了薄煤层超水材料充填开采采场覆岩及地表活动规律,并与类似条件下的垮落法开采进行了对比。结果表明:与垮落法开采相比,超高水材料充填开采时工作面超前支承压力的影响范围缩小且峰值明显降低,工作面后方上覆岩层稳定时间缩短,没有出现垮落带与明显断裂带;该技术能将地表移动和变形控制在规定要求的范围内,提高充填率有助于降低覆岩活动与地表变形程度。  相似文献
