Inhibitory effects of the extracts with different solvents from three compositae plants on cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosas

Microstructure and magnetic properties of CoFe_2O_4 thin films deposited on Si substrates with an Fe_3O_4 under-layer

The microstructure and magnetic properties of cobalt ferrite thin films deposited by the sputtering method on an Fe3O4 under-layer were investigated at different post-annealing temperatures.Results show that the Fe3O4 under-layer can accelerate the grain growth of cobalt ferrite films due to the phase transformation of the Fe3O4 under-layer at about 400°C-500°C.By introducing the Fe3O4 under-layer,cobalt ferrite nanocrystalline thin films with high coercivity can be obtained at lower post-annealing temperat...     

烧结温度、La掺杂对Bi_(1-x)La_xMnO_3结构及磁性能的影响

用溶胶-凝胶(so-lgel)法制备了多铁Bi1-xLaxMnO3(BLMO,0.1≤x≤0.4)系列样品.样品的结构表征(X-射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜)及差热-热重(TG-DTA)分析测量显示,形成稳定的BLMO钙钛矿相的烧结温度位于900~950℃.La掺杂对BLMO样品(950℃烧结)的结构和磁性能的影响也被仔细研究.结果显示,随着La掺杂减少,样品中BLMO钙钛矿相减弱,铁磁转变温度(TC)由53K降至41K,而饱和磁化强度经历了先降低再升高的变化.这可归因于La含量较少的样品中Bi空位浓度的增加诱导了Mn-O-Mn键角的减小和局域Mn4+离子的增多,使得Mn3+和Mn4+离子的铁磁超交换增强和Mn3+离子的dz2轨道有序受到局域破坏.     

High Sensitive Long Period Fiber Grating Sensor for Detection of Nitrite

A high sensitive long period fiber grating(LPFG) sensor for the detection of nitrite is proposed, which is realized by coating multiple poly(sodium 4-styrensulfonate)(PSS) and poly(diallyldimethylammonium) chloride (PDDA) layers on the fiber grating surface. Longitudinal,transverse,density-of-states,and conductivity masses of electrons in（001）,（101） and（111） biaxiallystrained-Si and strained-Si1-xGex

In this study,the electron effective masses,including longitudinal,transverse,density-of-states and conductivity effective masses,have been systematically investigated in(001),(101) and(111) biaxially strained Si and Si1-xGex.It is found that the effect of strain on the longitudinal and transverse masses can be neglected,that the density-of-states masses in(001) and(110) biaxially strained Si and Si1-xGex materials decrease significantly with increasing Ge fraction(x),and that the conductivity masses along typical orientations in(001) and(110) strained Si and Si1-xGex.are obviously different from those in relaxed Si.The quantitative results obtained from this work may provide valuable theoretical references to understanding strained materials physics and studying conduction channel design related to stress and orientations in the strained devices.
