Mobile software applications have to cope with a particular environment that involves small size, limited resources, high autonomy requirements, competitive business models and many other challenges. To provide development guidelines that respond to these needs, several practices have been introduced; however, it is not clear how these guidelines may contribute to solve the issues present in the mobile domain. Furthermore, the rapid evolution of the mobile ecosystem challenges many of the premises upon which the proposed practices were designed. In this paper, we present a survey of the literature on software assurance practices for mobile applications, with the objective of describing them and assessing their contribution and success. We identified, organized and reviewed a body of research that spans in three levels: software development processes, software product assurance practices, and software implementation practices. By carrying out this literature survey, we reviewed the different approaches that researchers on Software Engineering have provided to address the needs that raise in the mobile software development arena. Moreover, we review the evolution of these practices, identifying how the constant changes and modernization of the mobile execution environment has impacted the methods proposed in the literature. Finally, we introduced discussion on the application of these practices in a real productive setting, opening an area for further research that may determine if practitioners have followed the proposed assurance paradigms.  相似文献

Sol–gel precursors to HfB2 and ZrB2 are processed by high‐energy ultrasonication of Hf,Zr oxychloride hydrates, triethyl borate, and phenolic resin to form precipitate‐free sols that turn into stable gels with no catalyst addition. Both precursor concentration and structure (a sol or a gel) are found to influence the synthesis of the diboride phase at high temperature. Decreasing sol concentration increases powder surface area from 3.6 to 6.8 m2/g, whereas heat‐treating a gel leads to residual oxides and carbides. Particles are either fine spherical particles, unique elongated rods, and/or platelets, indicating particle growth with directional coarsening. Investigation of the conversion process to ZrB2 indicates that a multistep reaction is likely taking place with: (1) ZrC formation, (2) ZrC reacts with B2O3 or ZrC reacts with B2O3 and C to form ZrB2. At low temperatures, ZrC formation is limiting, while at higher temperatures the reaction of ZrC to ZrB2 becomes rate limiting. ZrC is found to be a direct reducing agent for B2O3 at low temperature (~1200°C) to form ZrB2 and ZrO2, whereas at high temperatures (~1500°C) it reacts with B2O3 and C to form pure ZrB2.  相似文献

A novel fabrication process for micro patterns with curvature was introduced. The curved structures were made by compensating rectangular micro structures with liquid photoresist layer. Because of the surface tension of the liquid in micro scale, various shapes of meniscus can be made on the micro channels. The micro channels were made on the silicon substrate in advance, and then the liquid layer was coated on the micro channels. From the nature of liquid behavior, the curved patterns with smooth surface are obtained, which cannot be made easily with the conventional mechanical machining, as well as with the microfabrication processes, such as wet and dry etching. With this principle, it is expected that the smooth and curved surfaces can be made by simple processes and the results can be applied widely, such as optical patterns.  相似文献

The oxyacetylene torch facility is used to measure the ablation rates of graphite and the surface temperatures of different aerospace materials. The free‐stream flame environment is characterized as a function of flame chemistry for heat flux, pO2, and flow velocity. Measured ablation rates for graphite increase as a function of increasing heat flux and pO2, which are validated by applying an oxygen diffusion based model. The model uses experimentally measured values for temperature, pO2, and gas velocity in order to confirm torch testing results are reliable and reproducible. Surface temperatures of ultra‐high temperature ceramic composites are measured as a function of increasing heat flux and show an enthalpic cooling effect on the flame during oxidation testing.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To determine whether biopsy-detectable transition zone tumors are more common in black than in white men with suspected Stage T1c and T2 prostate cancer. METHODS: We performed a prospective study of transition zone prostate biopsy (TZ biopsy) in 1 78 black and 261 white men who had not undergone previous prostate biopsy and in 61 black and 65 white men who had undergone one benign sextant peripheral zone prostate biopsy (PZ biopsy). RESULTS: The mean age of the 239 black and 326 white study patients was 68.6+/-7.4 and 67.2+/-7.2 years, respectively (P = 0.02), the mean prostate-specific antigen (PSA) was 8.4+/-7.4 and 6.4+/-5.4 ng/mL, respectively (P = 0.003), and the mean PSA density was 0.20+/-0.23 and 0.16+/-0.16 ng/mL/mL, respectively (P = 0.006). Overall, cancer was diagnosed by TZ biopsy only in 7 black men (3%) and in no white men (0%) (P = 0.003). However, cancer detection with a TZ biopsy only was not significantly different in the black and white men when controlled for age, PSA, or PSA density (P>0.90). A TZ biopsy only detected cancer in 1% of patients who had not undergone prior PZ biopsy and in 2% of patients who had undergone prior PZ biopsy. Of the seven cancers detected with TZ biopsy, six (86%) had a Gleason score of 2 to 6. CONCLUSIONS: Prostate cancer detection with a TZ biopsy only is not common and when controlled for confounding variables is the same in black and white men. The preferential use of TZ biopsies in black men is not warranted, and the low diagnostic yield argues against routine use of the biopsy technique in men of either race.  相似文献

Infrared difference spectroscopy has been used to examine the structural effects of local anesthetic (LA) binding to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR). Several LAs induce subtle changes in the vibrational spectrum of the nAChR over a range of concentrations consistent with their reported nAChR-binding affinities. At concentrations of the desensitizing LAs prilocaine and lidocaine consistent with their binding to the ion channel pore, the vibrational changes suggest the stabilization of an intermediate conformation that shares structural features in common with both the resting and desensitized states. Higher concentrations of prilocaine and lidocaine, as well as the LA dibucaine, lead to additional binding to the neurotransmitter-binding site, the formation of physical interactions (most notably cation-tyrosine interactions) between LAs and neurotransmitter-binding-site residues, and the subsequent formation of a presumed desensitized nAChR. Although concentrations of the LA tetracaine consistent with binding to the ion channel pore elicit a reversed pattern of spectral changes suggestive of a resting state-like nAChR, higher concentrations also lead to neurotransmitter site binding and desensitization. Our results suggest that LAs stabilize multiple conformations of the nAChR by binding to at least two conformationally sensitive LA-binding sites. The spectra also reveal subtle differences in the strengths of the physical interactions that occur between LAs and binding-site residues.
