SiC based composites filled with graphene nano-platelets (GNPs) or graphene oxide (GO) prepared by rapid hot-pressing exhibit sufficient electrical conductivity for their machinability by wire electro-discharge machining (WEDM). Composites microstructure anisotropy caused by graphene alignment as a consequence of rapid hot pressing was confirmed by measuring of electrical conductivity and thermal diffusivity. Electrical conductivity increased significantly with increased weight fraction of graphene in both measured directions. Highest value of 2031 S/m was obtained for composites with 15 wt. % of GNPs in parallel direction and only 1246 S/m in perpendicular direction to aligned GNPs. Thermal diffusivity is 63.3 mm2/s in parallel and only 23.3 mm2/s in perpendicular direction. The increase of the electrical conductivity has resulted in successful WEDM. The MRR was almost doubled when the filler concentration increased from 5 wt. % GNPs/GO to 15 wt. % GNPs. At the same time, the surface roughness decreased.  相似文献

This paper mainly studies the multi‐objective optimization of load dispatch of power systems including renewable energy and CO2 capture and storage (CCS) technologies. The improved environmental/economic load dispatch model for the power system is constructed, considering the renewable energy utilization and CCS technologies. A novel singular weighted method (SWM) has been proposed in this paper for solving this kind of multi‐objective and multi‐constraint optimization problem. A power system with five generators has been applied in one case study to test the model and SWM. It was concluded that the share that each unit takes is not linear; however, the optimal results are largely relevant to the characteristics of the units. In addition, the research results showed that with the increment of the weight coefficient for a certain objective function, the optimization result was closer to the single optimization result for that objective function; and with the increase of forecast demand load, a 35 MW wind energy unit and a 200 MW water energy unit should be built. The irreversible capacity of negative electrode in a lithium-ion cell is a widely described the phenomenon. Irreversible capacity losses are connected with formation of a solid electrolyte interface layer. This layer is growing on the electrode-electrolyte interface during first several charging cycles. The layer is indispensable for proper functioning of a lithium-ion cell. However, during this layer formation, the atoms of lithium are consumed in a range from 18 to 45% of the total amount of lithium atoms presented in cell. Demonstration of possibilities to suppress this phenomenon that occurs on a negative electrode interface is the main aim of this paper.  相似文献

Fire retardants may considerably improve the fire properties of wood products, but the durability, e.g. in exterior applications, has not been addressed fully. This paper reviews the existing knowledge and experience mainly from the USA with the aim of supporting further development in Europe. The review is concentrated on pressure impregnated fire retardant treated wood products which have the best opportunities for increased durability. The purpose of this project is the evaluation of Real-Time (RT) features of an aJ-80 embedded JAVA processor from aJile company. This product combines qualities of of high level programming language and RT feature in area of embedded applications. For any safety and critical embedded application is detailed specification of RT features very important. For this reason we have developed task examples which examine RT features of this processor and provide relevant results for evaluation of RT features. Implementation of the program code that enables digital filtration on aJ-80 processor is demonstrated on several examples. To ensure a correct processing of digital filtration we need a fastest calculation along with the greatest accuracy. Next, it is almost always necessary for the results to be available after the same time from the sample upload. These matters determine the digital filtration as a RT problem which is suitable for testing of the processor aJ-80 and its RT features. We also discuss results and provide their evaluation. Based on the evaluation, the performance of the hardware program of the processor aJ-80 is very effective. In this respect, the product is recommended to use in many hard RT areas.  相似文献

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) reactivators are crucial antidotes to organophosphate intoxication. A new series of 26 monooxime‐monocarbamoyl xylene‐linked bispyridinium compounds was prepared and tested in vitro, along with known reactivators (pralidoxime, HI‐6, obidoxime, trimedoxime, methoxime, K107, K108 and K203), on a model of tabun‐ and paraoxon‐, methylparaoxon‐ and DFP‐inhibited human erythrocyte AChE. Although their ability to reactivate tabun‐inhibited AChE did not exceed that of the previously known compounds, some newly prepared compounds showed promising reactivation of pesticide‐inhibited AChE. The acute toxicity of the novel compounds was also determined. Docking studies using tabun‐inhibited AChE were performed for three compounds of interest. The structure–activity relationship (SAR) study confirmed the apparent influence of the xylene linkage and carbamoyl moiety on the reactivation ability and toxicity of the agents.  相似文献
