This is a paper about laser gyro sign a l processing circuit which is designed based on field-programmable gate array(FPGA) and digital signal processor(DSP).Through a pre-amplifier circuit,FPGA and DSP,a weak current signal is converted and transferred,then sent to the computer to display the final results.Through the laser gyro performance te sting,the obtained results coincide with those of the existing methods.Thus th e d esigned circuit realizes the function of laser gyro signal processing. 相似文献

In this paper, an efficient closed form method for the design of multi-channel nearly perfect reconstruction of non-uniform filter bank with the prescribed stopband attenuation and channel overlapping is presented. In this method, the design problem of multi-channel non-uniform filter bank (NUFB) is considered as the design of a prototype filter whose magnitude response at quadrature frequency is 0.707, which is exploited for finding the optimum passband edge frequency through empirical formula instead of using single or multivariable optimization technique. Two main attributes used in assessing the performance of filter bank are peak reconstruction error (PRE) and computational time (CPU time). As compared to existing methods, this method is very simple and easy to implement for NUFBs. To implement this algorithm, a Matlab program has been developed, and several examples are presented to illustrate the performance of proposed method. 相似文献

The structure and principle of a new type of a diphase opposition giant magnetostrictive self-sensing actuator is introduced. A bridge analysis model based on variable inductance is established. Dynamic balance separation technology for the giant magnetostrictive self-sensing actuator comes true by the least means square (LMS) self-adapting algorithm. The scheme design of one important part of the circuit with the real-time separation circuit of the dynamic balance signal based on a digital signal processor is obtained. The part of the signal separated circuit is designed, which includes logarithmic-antilog practical multiplication circuit, amplifying circuit, filter circuits, and amplifier circuit. Based on the embedded system simulation software—PROTUES, the simulation effect of the circuit that separates the sensing signal from the mixed signals is obvious, which indicates that the circuit can rapidly and stably work. 选用高性能定点数字信号处理器DM642作融合系统核心处理器,S3C2410作辅助控制处理器,利用DM642的高速图像处理性能及它的视频编/解码单元无缝连接的灵活可配置视频端口,结合S3C2410强大的控制能力,研制了探测中波红外和长波红外的双波段图像实时融合系统。将一种基于离散小波变换的图像融合算法应用于红外双波段图像的融合,针对实时嵌入式系统的特点,对算法进行了优化,并将其移植在以DSP+ARM架构的嵌入式平台上。实验结果表明,该融合算法经仿真优化后,只需39.6ms即可完成两幅大小为320pixel×240pixel的红外图像的实时融合,满足25frame/s的工程需求,且融合后的图像能突出中波和长波红外各自的特点。 相似文献

针对短路过渡CO2气体保护焊在焊丝伸出长度变化较大时,焊接电弧稳定性差,易导致焊接过程中断和焊缝成形不良的问题,采用一种以ADI公司的ADSP2181数字信号处理器为核心,设计具有全数字控制特点的CO2焊短路过渡模糊控制系统.模糊控制系统由模糊控制器和波形控制参数在线调整两部分组成,模糊控制器主要是调节送丝速度,而后以送丝速度为依据,通过波形控制参数在线调整包括焊接电源输出电压在内的短路过渡波形控制参数.试验证明,模糊控制系统通过在线焊接平均电流检测与计算,自动调整送丝速度和波形控制参数,增强了焊接过程中焊丝伸出长度变化时焊接电弧的稳定性,提高了短路过渡CO2焊丝伸出长度的适应范围,焊丝伸出长度的变化在8~45 mm的范围内均可获得良好的焊缝成形. 相似文献

在介绍永磁偏置径向一轴向三自由度混合磁轴承结构及悬浮力产生原理的基础上,阐述了三自由度混合磁轴承数字控制系统的工作原理,讨论了以定点数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407为核心的数字控制系统硬件构成及软件设计。控制器控制策略选取抗积分饱和与微分突变的PID控制规律,用汇编语言编制了相应的数控软件。基于TDS2407EA评估板,采用自主编制的数控软件,实现了三自由度混合磁轴承稳定工作。研究表明,以TMS320LF2407为核心的数字控制系统不仅能够满足高速磁轴承控制器的要求,而且易于实现各种先进的控制策略。 相似文献

视频图像处理系统从最早期的以模拟系统为主逐步向数字化转变,而目前常用的用数字信号处理专用芯片(digital signal processor,DSP)做处理器的数字视频图像处理系统在高速信号实时处理中难以达到要求,系统可靠性低;相对而言,FPGA用于实时图像处理,在速度上具有很大的优势,其内部自身结构易于实现分布式的算法结构,使得各功能块可以同时工作,更有利于高速数字信号处理。FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)设计技术将尽可能大而完整的电路系统在单一SOPC(片上可编程系统)中实现,从而使得所设计的电路在规模、可靠性、开发成本、产品维护和硬件升级等多方面实现最优化。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose an approach to collaboration with AR/RP-based tangible interactions for the design evaluation of digital products. The proposed approach embeds augmented reality (AR) into the rapid prototype (RP) of a digital product and simulates its functional behavior encapsulated into the form of a finite state machine (FSM). With AR/RP-based tangible interactions, users can interact with virtual objects as easily as they do with physical objects. This can greatly improve design thinking and communication. We further suggest how to effectively collaborate with each other, in particular, between a product developer and an early adopter, which is a person who evaluates a new product on behalf of customers, in a dispersed environment. The developer’s concern is the design evaluation through the integration of embedded software, hardware, sensors, and functionality, whereas the early adopter’s concern is the design evaluation through tangibility, functionality, and aesthetics. A case study for a collaborative mobile phone design is given to show the effectiveness and novelty of the proposed approach. Furthermore, an experiment has been carried out on a usability test for a qualitative comparison between the proposed approach and the conventional approach. 相似文献

For the design, manufacture and verification, a consistent geometrical model for the product functional geometry is required. In this paper, we analyze the relation of the geometrical model with the design, manufacture, and verification of the geometrical product. Based on the improved GPS language, the new concepts and mathematical tools for the geometrical specifications are defined. A surface model defined in the new GPS can be divided into three models: nominal, specification and verification surface model. Expanded geometrical features exist in three “worlds”: nominal, specification and verification worlds. Operations are specific mathematical tools to obtain ideal or non-ideal features, or values of characteristics, their nominal value and their limit(s). The operations used to define the specifications can be divided into seven classes: partition, extraction, filtration, association, collection, construction, and evaluation. With a simple mechanism as an example, the geometrical expression specifications for the functions, design, manufacture and verification of a product are illustrated. 相似文献

This paper presents the preliminary development of a Web-based Product Modelling Tool (WPMT) aimed at enabling collaborative design through the Internet using JAVA 3D with dispersed team members. It is motivated by the emerging need of distant collaborative design required among R&D centres and manufacturers of global-based enterprises, simply to shorten product cycle time and, hence, to enhance their world-wide competitiveness. In this paper, current web 3D technologies are discussed first, then the general architecture of the underlying WPMT is introduced. The proposed WPMT is developed to allow designers/users to create, view, and manipulate product models through the World Wide Web. The main architecture of the proposed WPMT uses a Java servlet embedded in an HTML web page, which can be viewed and edited by authorised users with a Java/Java 3D enabled browser through the Internet. The developed WPMT is to be run on a Java Virtual Machine (JVM), so it is independent of the operation system and computer platform. Since the WPMT is a web-based modelling tool, some handy built-in primary features such as block, wedge, rim, hole, pocket, etc. are included for users to develop their product models. The users can also create their own features as so-called user-defined features. In addition, viewing operations such as rotation, zooming, panning, orthographic projections and so on, are also made available for comprehensiveness in the integrated web-based solid modelling tool.
