高校实验资源优化配置的路径研究与实践

在加快推进教育现代化的背景下，实验资源为高校学科建设、创新人才培养、落实教育部“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0提供有力支撑。面对高校实验室空间不足、实验资源重复投入、部分资源长期闲置等现象，如何优化高校实验资源配置成为新时期高校实验室发展建设的重要课题。以新发展理念为指导，结合华侨大学实验资源优化配置实践，通过强化顶层设计、加强信息化平台建设、构建共享机制、推动有偿使用，探索新时期高校实验资源优化配置路径构建新模式。     

Overall plan and design of the task management system of ternary optical computer

In this paper an overall scheme of the task management system of ternary optical computer (TOC) is proposed, and the software architecture chart is given. The function and accomplishment of each module in the system are described in general. In addition, according to the aforementioned scheme a prototype of TOC task management system is implemented, and the feasibility, rationality and completeness of the scheme are verified via running and testing the prototype.     

Zigbee-based new approach to smart home

Smart home is a promising solution to improving the quality of people＇s life. Much work has been done in the field, but most of these solutions are just based on home gateway, leaving much to be improved. One of its defects is the relatively high energy consuming and its radiation, and the other is that it is not available to the old home appliances which fail to access the internet. Full use of the low energy consuming characteristic of the Zigbee wireless sensor network, a completely new smart home solution is put forward in this paper. Without need of a home gateway and any modification for the currently used family appliances, the method uses the Zigbee coordinator as the central controller and the controllers of appliances as the end devices of Zigbee. It can realize a comfortable and smart home. Experiments show that the scheme proposed is feasible and it will be no doubt to be able to improve the quality of people＇s daily life.     

Principle and architecture of parallel reconfiguration circuit for ternary optical computer

Reconfiguration is the key to produce an applicable ternary optical computer (TOC). The method to implement the reconfiguration function determines whether a TOC can step into applied fields or not. In this work, a design of the reconfiguration circuit based on field programmable gates array (FPGA) is proposed, and the structure of the entire hardware system is discussed.     

高校项目制实验技术队伍建设的探索与实践

该文结合华侨大学项目制实验技术人员队伍建设的实践,提出通过改革聘用制度、优化管理模式、完善薪酬体系、健全培训机制等方式,解决项目制下实验技术人员队伍流失率高、岗位职责模糊、人才结构失衡以及业务能力发展不足等难题,探索新时期实验技术人员队伍建设的新模式。     

Experimentation of a 1-pixel bit reconfigurable ternary optical processor

A detailed experiment of 1-pixel bit reconfigurable ternary optical processor (TOP) is proposed in the paper. 42 basic operation units (BOUs) and 28 typical logic operators of the TOP are realized in the experiment. Results of the test cases elaborately cover the every combination of BOUs and all the nine inputs of ternary processor. Both the experiment process and results analysis are given in this paper. The experimental results demonstrate that the theory of reconfiguring a TOP is valid and that the reconfiguration circuitry is effective.     

唐君毅现代新儒学"文化"概念的反思与批评——兼谈宽容哲学的"文化"理解

唐君毅认为文化是人心求真善美等精神的创造,绝对自由的"道德理性"又是统属心灵文化创造活动的"一"和"本",这是典型的文化定义范型中的主体性定义取向。宽容哲学文化观在立足"生活世界"、"拒斥形而上学"和实践的文化人性论的前提下认为,唐君毅的文化定义中所反映的对人性的形而上学化处理,以"道德理性"遮蔽人性与垄断一切文化活动,既没有跳出传统儒家心性学说的故辙,也没有真实准确地把握住人性及文化之为文化的本相,因而也决定了他的文化哲学必然陷入偏执之局,必须给予足够的批评性反思。     

一种未来的计算机--三值光计算机

三值光计算机研究是众多新型计算机研究中的一种，其研究目的是尽快构造出充分发挥光的优点、实际可行、通用性强的光计算机。理论和实验成果都表明：它将有数万位的数据宽度。适合于处理具有高度并行性的问题。在它的结构中充分发挥了光和电子计算机的优点。相辅相成。由于使用的主要基础器件是已经商品化的二维液晶器件，所以是一个比较容易实现的未来计算机系统。
