OA2020倡议国际观测与政策建议

[目的/意义]为我国进一步推动落实已签署的OA2020倡议提供参考建议。[方法/过程]通过网络调查跟踪观测全球主要科技国家教育机构、研究机构、资助机构、图书馆和国际组织实施大规模学术期刊开放出版转换的行动，并梳理归纳国际主要出版商对转换所持的不同态度和行动，分析总结上述学术出版参与主体在转换中存在的问题和挑战，提出可能的应对策略。[结果/结论]通过分析，从承认国家差异性、转变图书馆角色、与出版商协商合作、解决开放出版目前问题、正视扣减和抵消制度不足5个方面提出进一步深化开放获取发展，实现OA2020倡议的可行性建议。     

图书馆从资源能力到服务能力的转型变革

[目的/意义]探究在数字化网络化时代用户需求与行为的变化所带来的图书馆能力结构与要素关系的变化。[方法/过程]剖析图书馆环境的变化以及用户需求的变化，论证图书馆应实现从资源能力到服务能力的转型变革。[结果/结论]面向用户新的需求，图书馆需要建立与之相适应的新型服务能力，加快从资源能力到新型服务能力的转变，构建图书馆新型服务能力。     

Architectures of Knowledge and Literary Tradition: A History of the Almanac in Croatia

ABSTRACT

The history of the almanac in Croatia is reconstructed through primary research in bibliographic and archival sources. The almanac is a vehicle for knowledge communication in informal contexts, engaging both oral tradition and literary forms traceable to medieval literacy and ways of structuring knowledge. The history of the almanac in Croatia reflects the changing context of the book trade, literacy, and the evolution of language. Four main stages are identified: (1) the beginning of the annual almanac in the seventeenth century; astrological almanacs reflecting the sensibility of the Baroque period; (2) the Enlightenment's stimulation of almanac publishing in the spirit of contemporary secular reforms in agriculture and education; (3) nineteenth-and twentieth-century almanac trade, showing complex and overlapping networks for the production, distribution and appropriation of printed almanacs;(4) roughly the end of World War II, when the almanac slowly moved out of the role of a popular mass medium and into specialized niches represented by regional, diaspora, and religious almanacs.     

The Impact of the Digital Transformation on Sports Journalism Talk Online

ABSTRACT

This paper examines the impact of the digital transformation on broadcast practices from a producer/studio participant perspective with a focus on sports journalism online. More specifically, the study targets changes in sports talk and interaction as producers re-shape their communicative activities to fit audiences’ new contexts of reception. It discusses how these changes in practices relate to some of the fundamental assumptions in current broadcast talk theory. The textual studies are complemented by interviews with six prominent Swedish media industry representatives in order to shed light on their perceptions of the broadcast to online shift given their respective experiences. The results show how producers/participants adapt to a more casual and relaxed interactional style and tone online than in ordinary broadcasting. The studied sportscasts also largely abandon the traditional broadcast address, as expressed in direct discursive address and looks-to-camera, for an orientation to screen devices where social media active audiences are to be “found,” although still having a traditionally positioned audience to attend to. Although sociability is still the structural principle for producers’ interactional choices irrelevant of platform, the strategies of how to achieve it are changing due to the digital transformation.

后知识服务时代的图书馆转型

转型既是当代图书馆事业的主要特征,也是图书馆学理论研究关注的焦点。目前,图书馆转型处于后知识服务时代,创新成为一种常态,转型成为时代议题,图书馆需要主动转型。图书馆转型是一个系统,除了社会环境和行业环境的深刻影响,还有存在于系统外部的外在驱动力和系统内部的内在驱动力,两者形成一种合力共同引向图书馆转型发展。后知识服务时代,图书馆转型由空间、资源、服务、管理四大要素构成,整体转型是四大要素转型共同作用的结果,而这一转型既需要解决内外部的原理问题,也需要解决理念、关键要素与路径问题。表2。参考文献57。
