埕东凸起地层超覆油藏勘探关键技术探讨

为了准确确定埕东凸起古近系东营组3^1砂组地层超覆油藏的超覆线，以测井、地震和地质统计资料为基础，建立正演模型，提出了以地层夹角定量外推确定地层超覆线的方法。同时针对薄储层不易识别的特点，应用神经网络算法，以正演模型为基础，提出4种岩性组合的波形分类，其中Ⅱ类波形反映的储盖组合最有利，含油性较高。     

常用激光介质膜的斜入射性能

本文给出了多层介质膜反射率与入射角的关系的计算机程序，并列出了部份常用激光膜片反射率-角度曲线。     

宣钢1260 m3高炉扩容大修改造设计

宣钢l260m^3高炉大修改造时将炉容扩大到l350m^3，对高炉本体系统设备及冷却系统、自动控制及检测系统进行了全面的改造更新，在炉腹、炉腰及炉身下部高热负荷区域采用铜冷却壁，取消炉身中上部铸铁冷却壁凸台，并采用薄内衬等先进、适用、可靠、成熟的技术。     

用离散复镜像方法计算任意形状微带贴片的散射

采用离散复镜像方法(DCIM)计算微带结构的空间域格林函数，提高了计算阻抗矩阵的速度。采用三角矢量面元(RWG)基函数，模拟电流分布。由于三角形可以模拟任意形状的贴片，本文的方法可以准确地计算任意形状贴片的散射。数值结果证实了本文方法的有效性。     

Abstract Implementation of Algebraic Specifications in a Temporal Logic Language

A formal technique for incorporating two specification paradigms is presented,in which an algebraic specification is implemented by a set of abstract procedures specified in pre and post-condition style.The link between the two level specifications is provided via a translation from terms of algebraic specifications into temporal logic formulae representing abstract programs.In terms of translation,a criterion for an abstract implementation satisfying its specification is given,which allows one to check the consistency between the two levels of specifications.The abstract implementations can be refined into executable code by refining each abstract procedure in it.It is proved that the satisfication relation between a specification and its implementations is preserved by such refinement steps.

五氧化二钽薄膜的制备及其I-U特性

本文利用脉冲直流反应磁控溅射的方法制备了五氧化二钽 (Ta2 O5)薄膜 ,俄歇电子能谱仪测试了薄膜的成分含量 ,椭偏仪测试了Ta2 O5薄膜的厚度和折射率 ,XRD分析了薄膜的晶体结构 ,并且分别研究了氧气含量、基底温度等成膜工艺对薄膜的影响。研究结果表明薄膜的成分主要是由氧气含量决定的。利用金属 绝缘体 (介质膜 ) 金属 (MIM)结构初步对Ta2 O5薄膜进行了电学性能的测试 :皮安电流电压源测试了薄膜的I U特性 ,制备出的薄膜折射率在 2 1～ 2 2 ,MIM的I U特性曲线显示了较好的对称性和低的漏电流密度     

多功能超高速计数器

脉冲信号计数是最简单的数据获取工作和最基本的测量方法。在许许多多高科技领域中,对计数器(Counter)计数分辩率提出很高要求。当前,核物理上应用的计数器都有计数率较高(最高为200MHz),结构复杂,价格昂贵的缺点。本文报导我们最新研制的一种计数率为500MHz的超高速计数器,后级采用Intersil公司生产的通用计数器电路ICM7216B,只需外接少量元件就可构成最简单多功能超高速计数系统。     

非接触式半导体少子寿命测试方法——微波反射法

介绍了一种非接触式用于测量少子寿命的微波反射法，并与通常的光电导衰退法进行了比较。     

CROSS-SPECTRAL MOMENT AND SVD METHODS ESTIMATING THE PARAMETERS OF CLOSE SINUSOIDS IN COLORED NOISE

The cross-spectral estimation methods are efficient in estimating the parameters of sinusoidal signals embedded in colored noise. But up to now, only FPT and cross-periodogram methods are used in this field, the modern auto-spectral estimation method is introduced into cross-spectral estimation in this paper, meanwhile the cross-correlation based Yule-Walker equation is proposed theoretically and the moment and singular-value decomposition (SVD)) algorithms for cross-spectral estimation have been developed. Finally, a numerical example is given for comparing the presented methods with the well-known Cadzow's SVD method.
