基于性能稳健偏差的区间型参数稳健设计优化   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
提出了基于系统性能稳健偏差的稳健设计优化方法。该方法针对区间型参数非梯度性能函数的稳健设计问题,应用性能稳健偏差概念评估目标性能函数和约束性能函数的稳健性,形成了三层次稳健设计优化模型:①搜索优化设计点;②迭代策略搜索设计点的目标函数和约束函数的稳健偏差;③优化寻求给定性能偏差所对应的稳健性指数。该方法可获得同时满足约束条件和目标值稳健性要求的优化设计,并输出目标值及其稳健偏差。用三杆桁架结构稳健设计优化说明了该方法的用法和特点。  相似文献

在大部分的实际工程优化问题中,产品质量特性与不确定性因素的关系是未知的或复杂的。为此提出了一种基于混合响应面技术的多目标稳健优化设计。该方法首先利用多项式响应面以及神经网络构造产品质量特性的显性表达式。在考虑目标函数以及约束稳健性的前提下,结合多目标技术中模糊偏好的方法设计权重,从而得到稳健设计的精确解。该方法解决了基于近似技术的稳健设计中计算精度与计算效率之间的矛盾。通过对双杆衍架结构进行算例分析,证明了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

在机械优化设计中考虑载荷等不确定性因素的影响,用凸集模型描述设计中存在的不确定性,采用物理规划的方法构造不确定性参数的不满意度函数,通过极小化不满意度函数最差值的方法来实现目标函数的稳健性,通过最坏情况分析方法来实现约束函数的稳健性,使目标函数和约束函数都能实现稳健性。建立基于物理规划的稳健可靠性优化模型,这种模型是一种嵌套的优化模型,采用分层方法对其求解。以起重机主梁优化设计为例说明这种模型的合理性。  相似文献

A technique for formulation of the objective and constraint functions with uncertainty plays a crucial role in robust design optimization. This paper presents the first application of interval methods for reformulating the robust optimization problem. Based on interval mathematics, the original real-valued objective and constraint functions are replaced with the interval-valued functions, which directly represent the upper and lower bounds of the new functions under uncertainty. The single objective function is converted into two objective functions for minimizing the mean value and the variation, and the constraint functions are reformulated with the acceptable robustness level, resulting in a bi-level mathematical model. Compared with other methods, this method is efficient and does not require presumed probability distribution of uncertain factors or gradient or continuous information of constraints. Two numerical examples are used to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the presented method.  相似文献

提出性能稳健偏差估计和自动多点寻优的稳健设计优化方法。该方法不要求系统参数的分布函数已知,且可适用于系统性能函数不能或不便求导和大偏差参数情况。应用设计敏感区理论和最坏情况分析原理,基于系统性能偏差和相应设计敏感区之间的关系,提出系统性能稳健偏差概念和多点稳健设计优化策略。稳健设计优化包括三个循环:内循环中,性能函数作为优化目标,性能目标的稳健性指数作为约束条件的判据,搜索优化设计方案;中循环中,由稳健性指数迭代,搜索求解系统性能目标的稳健偏差;外循环中,自动调整约束条件中设计稳健性判据的稳健性指数的门槛值,搜索可能存在的多个优化设计方案。理论分析和计算实例说明了该方法具有以下优点:能根据设计问题自动搜索可能存在的多个优化设计方案,可避免因要求选择合适的稳健性指数门槛值而给设计者带来的困难;不但能给出优化设计及优化目标值,而且能给出优化目标值的稳健偏差,为设计者在目标值及其稳健性之间决策提供重要依据。  相似文献

For the purpose of improving the mechanical performance indices of uncertain structures with interval parameters and ensure their robustness when fluctuating under interval parameters, a constrained interval robust optimization model is constructed with both the center and halfwidth of the most important mechanical performance index described as objective functions and the other requirements on the mechanical performance indices described as constraint functions. To locate the optimal solution of objective and feasibility robustness, a new concept of interval violation vector and its calculation formulae corresponding to different constraint functions are proposed. The math?ematical formulae for calculating the feasibility and objective robustness indices and the robustness?based preferential guidelines are proposed for directly ranking various design vectors, which is realized by an algorithm integrating Kriging and nested genetic algorithm. The validity of the proposed method and its superiority to present interval optimization approaches are demonstrated by a numerical example. The robust optimization of the upper beam in a high?speed press with interval material properties demonstrated the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method in engineering.  相似文献

稳健优化设计本质上是多目标的优化问题,相容决策支持问题法是一种有效的多目标优化设计方法,其实质是一种包含数学规划和目标规划的混合方法。将相容决策支持问题法应用到稳健优化设计中,建立了稳健优化设计的相容决策支持问题法模型。通过对起重机变幅机构的补偿滑轮组系统的稳健优化设计,给出了具体的分析求解过程。实例表明,相容决策支持问题法对解决工程多目标优化设计的问题是有效的。  相似文献

A novel method for robust collaborative design of complex products based on dual-response surface (DRS-RCO) is proposed to solve multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) problems under uncertainty. Collaborative optimization (CO) which decomposes the whole system into a double-level nonlinear optimization problem is widely Accepted as an efficient method to solve MDO problems. In order to improve the quality of complex product in design process, robust collaborative optimization (RCO) is developed to solve those problems under uncertain conditions. RCO does opfmiTation on the linear sum of mean and standard deviation of objective function and gets an optimal solution with high robustnmess. Response surfaces method is an important way to do approximation in robust design. DRS-RCO is an improved RCO method in which dual-response surface replaces system uncertainty analysis module of CO. The dual-response surface is the approximate model of mean and standard deviation of objective function respectively. In DRS-RCO, All the information of subsystems is included in dual-response surfaces. As an additional item, the standard deviation of objective function is added to the subsystem optimization. This item guarantee both the mean and standard deviation of this subsystem is reaching the minima at the same time. Finally, a test problem with two coupled subsystems is conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of DRS-RCO.  相似文献

提出一种基于偏差传递的二维多工位装配夹具系统公差可行稳健设计方法。分析二维多工位装配尺寸偏差传递关系,建立由定位销和零件定位孔(槽)公差引起夹具定位偏差的偏差流状态空间模型。采用数论网格方法对定位销和零件定位孔(槽)公差进行采样,将得到的公差样本代入夹具定位偏差模型,求得夹具定位偏差样本空间,将夹具定位偏差作为状态空间模型的输入偏差,提出基于状态空间模型的二维多工位装配成功率计算方法。继而应用Taguchi正交试验直观分析方法,分析得到影响装配成功率的主要因素即夹具系统定位销副关键公差,运用回归正交组合设计拟合得到二维多工位装配成功率与夹具系统定位销副关键公差的响应面模型。以定位销、零件定位孔(槽)制造成本所构成的装配成本最小化为目标,二维多工位装配成功率为约束,建立二维多工位装配夹具系统定位销和零件定位孔(槽)公差可行稳健设计模型。以汽车车身地板二维三工位装配为例,建立其公差可行稳健设计模型并对该模型进行计算与分析,结果表明在装配成本增幅较小的情况下,采用稳健约束后可显著提高公差设计的可行稳健性。该方法为二维多工位装配夹具系统公差稳健设计提供了一种新途径。  相似文献

为解决具有模糊信息时的稳健设计问题,对产品设计质量的模糊特性进行分析,提出了产品质量的模糊目标概念。基于可控因素和噪声因素对模糊目标稳健性影响分析,提出了产品质量模糊稳健性的概念,并给出了模糊稳健设计准则。对模糊稳健设计准则的数学特性和工程意义进行了探讨,进而提出了产品质量模糊稳健优化设计建模方法。设计实例和理论分析表明,产品质量的模糊稳健设计原理,比传统稳健设计方法更接近于工程实际,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

Robust design for the primary suspension of a railway vehicle was performed according to the optimization of 10 dynamic responses representing driving safety and ride comfort, in which response surface models (RSMs) from the design of experiments (DOEs) were applied. To evaluate the probabilistic feasibility of robustness, an intensive computational process is mandatory. In the present study, the authors utilized the first-order Taylor series expansion to reduce the computational burden associated with a probabilistic feasibility evaluation, thus easily obtaining both an individual mean and variance of constraints. To overcome the difficulty of optimizing the mean and probabilistic variances for the 10 dynamic responses, a process capability index (Cpk) was introduced, which shows the mean value and scattering of the product quality to a certain extent and normalizes the objective functions irrespective of varying dimensions. Consequently, the robust design to optimize the 10 dynamic responses minimized the Cpk subjected to the constraint of Cpk ≥ 2, which satisfied 6σ. The proposed method improved the Cpk that violated the constraints obtained by the RSMs from DOEs and minimized the variance of the Cpk.  相似文献

A new robust optimal design methodology has been developed and applied to the design of plastic injection molding products. Taguchi’s robust design method and an optimal design search algorithm are integrated with a commercial CAE simulation tool. A direct search-based optimization procedure is implemented with the considerations of process variations as well as uncontrollable noise variables. The Interactive Design Space Reduction Method (IDSRM) based on orthogonal arrays for design of experiments is developed as a general optimization tool. Using the system, designers can interactively adjust the design space during the searching process for the optimal solution based on the outcomes of the experiments. The developed methodology is applied to an industrial application: a molding process design of an automobile front bumper to minimize the weldline, a form defect of plastic parts. Compared with the initial design solution, the optimized design aided by the proposed methodology shows a more efficient and better result in terms of design robustness against process variations.  相似文献

Since randomness and uncertainties of design parameters are inherent, the robust design has gained an ever increasing importance in mechanical engineering. The robustness is assessed by the measure of performance variability around mean value, which is called as standard deviation. Hence, constraints in robust optimization problem can be approached as probability constraints in reliability based optimization. Then, the FOSM (first order second moment) method or the AFOSM (advanced first order second moment) method can be used to calculate the mean values and the standard deviations of functions describing constraints and object. Among two methods, AFOSM method has some advantage over FOSM method in evaluation of probability. Nevertheless, it is difficult to obtain the mean value and the standard deviation of objective function using AFOSM method, because it requires that the mean value of function is always positive. This paper presented a special technique to overcome this weakness of AFOSM method. The mean value and the standard deviation of objective function by the proposed method are reliable as shown in examples compared with results by FOSM method.  相似文献
