An adaptive fuzzy decentralized backstepping output-feedback control approach is proposed for a class of nonlinear large-scale systems with completely unknown functions,the interconnections mismatched in control inputs,and without the measurements of the states.Fuzzy logic systems are employed to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions,and an adaptive high-gain observer is developed to estimate the unmeasured states.Using the designed high-gain observer,and combining the fuzzy adaptive control theory with backstepping approach,an adaptive fuzzy decentralized backstepping output-feedback control scheme is developed.It is proved that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals of the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded(SUUB),and that the observer errors and the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of the origin by appropriate choice of the design parameters.Finally,a simulation example is provided to show the eectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

本文针对一类SISO不确定非线性大系统,提出了一种混杂间接和直接自适应分散模糊H∞控制器.通过组合模糊系统和H∞跟踪技术开发的分散自适应模糊控制算法避免了控制设计中含有的符号函数.两种自适应模糊控制器的组合消除了它们各自均不能够同时融合被控对象知识与控制知识的局限.闭环大系统被证明是稳定的,且具有H∞跟踪性能.该算法应用于自动化公路系统中车辆的纵向跟随控制,仿真结果表明混杂自适应模糊H∞控制系统的跟踪性能更好而相应的控制幅值却更小.  相似文献

In this paper, a general method is developed to generate a stable adaptive fuzzy semi‐decentralized control for a class of large‐scale interconnected nonlinear systems with unknown nonlinear subsystems and unknown nonlinear interconnections. In the developed control algorithms, fuzzy logic systems, using fuzzy basis functions (FBF), are employed to approximate the unknown subsystems and interconnection functions without imposing any constraints or assumptions about the interconnections. The proposed controller consists of primary and auxiliary parts, where both direct and indirect adaptive approaches for the primary control part are aiming to maintain the closed‐loop stability, whereas the auxiliary control part is designed to attenuate the fuzzy approximation errors. By using Lyapunov stability method, the proposed semi‐decentralized adaptive fuzzy control system is proved to be globally stable, with converging tracking errors to a desired performance. A stable decentralized adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control scheme is proposed for reconfigurable modular manipulators to satisfy the concept of modular software. For the development of the decentralized control, the dynamics of reconfigurable modular manipulators is represented as a set of interconnected subsystems. A first‐order Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy logic system is introduced to approximate the unknown dynamics of subsystem by using adaptive algorithm. The effect of interconnection term and fuzzy approximation error is removed by employing an adaptive sliding mode controller. All adaptive algorithms in the subsystem controller are derived from the sense of Lyapunov stability analysis, so that resulting closed‐loop system is stable and the trajectory tracking performance is guaranteed. 针对一类高阶互联MIMO非线性系统,利用TS模糊系统和神经网络的通用逼近能力,在神经网络控制器中引入模糊基函数,提出一种分散混合自适应智能控制器设计的新方案.基于等价控制思想,设计分散自适应控制器,无需计算TS模型.通过对不确定项进行自适应估计,取消了其存在已知上界的假设.通过理论分析,证明了闭环智能控制系统所有信号有界,跟踪误差收敛到零.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy decentralized backstepping output feedback control approach is proposed for a class of uncertain large‐scale stochastic nonlinear systems without the measurements of the states. The fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, and a fuzzy state observer is designed for estimating the unmeasured states. Using the designed fuzzy state observer, and by combining the adaptive backstepping technique with dynamic surface control technique, an adaptive fuzzy decentralized output feedback control approach is developed. It is shown that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals of the resulting closed‐loop system are semi‐globally uniformly ultimately bounded in probability, and the observer errors and the output of the system converge to a small neighborhood of the origin by choosing appropriate design parameters. 针对可重构机械臂系统传感器故障,提出一种基于信号重构的主动分散容错控制方法. 基于可重构机械臂系统模块化属性,采用自适应模糊分散控制系统实现正常工作模式时模块关节的轨迹跟踪控制. 当在线检测出位置或速度传感器故障时,分别采用数值积分器或微分跟踪器重构相应信号,并以之代替故障信号进行反馈实现系统的主动容错控制. 此方法充分利用了冗余信息,避免了故障关节控制性能的下降对其他关节的影响. 数值仿真结果验证了所提出容错控制方法的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel decentralized robust adaptive fuzzy control scheme is proposed for a class of large‐scale multiple‐input multiple‐output uncertain nonlinear systems. By virtue of fuzzy logic systems and the regularized inverse matrix, the decentralized robust indirect adaptive fuzzy controller is developed such that the controller singularity problem is addressed under a united design framework; no a priori knowledge of the bounds on lumped uncertainties are being required. In general terms, robot control consists in making a robot execute a commanded task. One of the most important cases is the trajectory tracking or motion control. In this paper, a control algorithm that uses adaptive fuzzy systems to approximate local portions of the robot manipulator dynamics is proposed in order to solve the trajectory tracking problem. This scheme is characterized by not requiring any knowledge of the dynamic model and, in contrast to some fuzzy adaptive controllers previously developed, the one proposed here is in a decentralized configuration, wherein each joint is considered as a subsystem and is independently controlled only through its local variables. Furthermore, a study that guarantees the stability and the boundedness of the solutions of the closed-loop system via Lyapunov theory is presented, including a functional analysis which proves for the first time that a decentralized adaptive fuzzy controller satisfies the motion control objective. The theoretical results exposed here are verified via experimentation by applying the designed algorithm to the Mitsubishi PA10-7CE robot arm and the outcomes are reported.  相似文献

In this paper, direct and indirect adaptive output-feedback fuzzy decentralized controllers for a class of uncertain large-scale nonlinear systems are developed. The proposed controllers do not need the availability of the state variables. By designing the state observer, the adaptive fuzzy systems, which are used to model the unknown functions, can be constructed using the state estimations, and a new hybrid adaptive fuzzy control methodology is proposed by combining the adaptive fuzzy systems with H infinity control and the sliding mode control techniques. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem, the stability of the closed-loop systems can be verified. Moreover, the proposed overall control schemes guarantee that all the signals involved are bounded and achieve the H infinity-tracking performance. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods, simulation results are illustrated in this paper.  相似文献

In the previous work of Huang et al., a decentralized direct adaptive fuzzy H tracking controller of large-scale nonaffine nonlinear systems is obtained predicated upon the assumption that the mismatching error dynamics stay squared integrable. In this note, we focus in the absence of the conservative assumption upon developing a robust decentralized direct adaptive output feedback fuzzy controller. By combination of a state observer, a fuzzy inference system and robust control technique, the previous controller design is modified and no a priori knowledge of bounds on lumped uncertainties is required. All the signals of the closed-loop large-scale system are proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded. The effectiveness of the developed scheme is demonstrated through the simulation results of interconnected inverted pendulums.  相似文献
