镍与锌试剂体系的吸附伏安法研究

用线性扫描吸附安法研究了镍(Ⅱ)与锌试剂络合物在悬汞电极上的伏安特性及反应机理.发现电极反应为吸附在电极表面的Ni(Ⅱ)L的不可逆还原.在0.05mol/LNH3-0.06mol/LNH4l介质中,络合物峰电流与Ni(Ⅱ)浓度在1×10-10-1×10-1范围内呈线性,并将此法用于中草药中镍的测定.     

吸附伏安法同时测定中草药中痕量的镍和钴

提出一种有效的测定痕量镍和钻的吸附伏安法。利用悬汞电极作为工作电极,在0.005mol/L NH_3～0.06 mol/L NH_4Cl—3.0×10~(-6)mol/L锌试剂的最佳底液中,测定镍和钴的线性范围分别为1×10~(-10)～8×10~(-8)mol/L和1×10~(-10)～1×10~(-7)mol/L,检测下限均为5×10~(-11)mol/L。在工作中探讨了镍、钻和锌试剂配合物的吸附伏安行为及其在电极表面上的电化学反应机理。研究证明,该方法灵敏、可靠、省时,特别适用于中草药中痕量镍和钴的定量分析。     

铜(Ⅱ)-2-(2,3,5-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸络合物吸附波的研究及应用

研究了新试剂 2 (2 ,3,5 三氮唑偶氮 ) 5 二甲氨基苯甲酸 (TZAMB)与铜 (Ⅱ )的络合物极谱行为 .在 0 .0lmol/LKHP HNO3 0 .1mol/LKNO3 底液中 ,络合物Cu(Ⅱ ) TZAMB在 - 0 .0 9V (Vs.SCE)产生灵敏的阴极化二阶导数波 ,峰电流与Cu(Ⅱ )的浓度在 2 .0× 10 -7～ 2 .0× 10 -6mol/L范围内呈线性关系 ,检测限达 1.0× 10 -8mol/L .该法成功检测出食品中铜的含量 ,结果满意     

钴-亚硝基R盐体系的电化学研究

钴(Ⅱ)与亚硝基红盐(NRS)、氯代十四烷基吡啶(TPC)所形成的三元络合物在示波器极谱仪上产生一灵敏的二阶导数极谱波,比没有TPC存在时,峰高增加近20倍.在7.0×10-10～6.0×10-6mol/L的范围内,钴(Ⅱ)的浓度与峰电流有良好的线性关系,检出限为1.4×10-10 mol/L(8.0 ng/L).研究了络合物的电化学行为,经计算得到Co(Ⅲ)-NRS-TPC三元络合物的配比为136,稳定常数为6.5×1037,三元络合物在电极表面的吸附符合福兰克林方程,吸附系数(β)为1.21×105 L/mol,饱和吸附量(Гs)为9.8×10-10 mol/cm2,吸引因子(v)为0.96.     

谷胱甘肽-铜极谱络合吸附波的研究

在铜离子存在下,谷胱甘肽(GSH)在0.2mol/LNaAc-HAc(pH4.7)缓冲溶液中,与铜离子反应得到谷胱甘肽(GSH)与一价铜离子络合物,在单扫示波极谱上产生一灵敏的络合吸附波,峰电位在-0.59V处(vs.SCE),导数波高与谷胱甘肽浓度在4.0×10-8mol/L～1.0×10-5mol/L范围内分段成线性关系,检测限为1.0×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差3.3%。研究了极谱波的性质,测得络合物组成为GSH:Cu(Ⅰ)=1:1,表观稳定常数为5.1×1019。     

纯铝中痕量镓的测定及机理研究

研究了纯铝中痕量镓示波极谱的直接测定方法.在醋酸缓冲溶液中,溴邻苯三酚红(BPR)与镓形成具有电活性的红色络合物,该络合物在滴汞电极上于-1.15V产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电流与镓浓度在2.0×10-7mol/L～1.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检测限达1×10-7mol/L.该方法应用于纯铝中痕量镓的直接测定,简便快速,灵敏度高,结果准确.此外,还研究了电极反应的动力学参数.     

铅（Ⅱ）—Tiron络合物极谱吸附波研究

在0.56mol/L NaAc—0.04%Tiron 溶液中,铅(Ⅱ)与 Tiron 产生的络合物,在单扫描示波仪上可观察到一灵敏的极谱导数波,其峰电位为-0.49V(vs.SCE),峰电流与铅浓度在7.7×10~(-6)—6.8×10~(-6)mol/L 范围内成线性关系,检测限为3.8×10~(-(?))mol/L.应用该波测定了铜合金中的微量铅,结果良好,精密度和准确度均较满意,本文研究了形成铅-Tiron 络合物吸附波的条件,探讨了波的性质,用极谱法测定出其络合比为1:1.     

吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的研究

提出了吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的方法。该方法最佳体系为0.15 mol/L KCl+1.0×10~(-3) mol/L 3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(DHB)+2.0×10~(-3)mol/L EDTA+3.0×10~(-3)mol/L V(Ⅳ),pH2.15。其线性范围为1.2×10~(-10)～6.O×10~(-8)mol/L,最低检出浓度为3.6×10~(-11)mol/L Ge(Ⅳ)。     

铁(Ⅲ)-钙镁试剂络合物吸附波的研究

在pH4.3的HAc-NaAc水溶液中,铁(Ⅲ)-钙镁试剂在滴汞电极上,于-0.56 V(vs.SCE)处有一良好的极谱波,其二阶导数峰电流与铁(Ⅲ)浓度在9.1×10-8~2.2×10-6mol/L(r=0.999,n=10)范围内有良好的线性关系,检测限为7.3×10-8mol/L.研究了络合物的组成和极谱波的性质.该方法已用于生物样品中铁的测定.     

Ru(phen)32+-SO32--Ce(Ⅳ)体系化学发光法测定葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐总量

提出了Ru(phen)32+-SO32+-Ce(Ⅳ)体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐的方法.SO32-浓度与化学发光强度在1.0×10-7～1.0×10-4mol/L范围内成正比,检出限为1.97×10-7mol/L(S/N=3),1.0×10-4mol/LSO32溶液重复6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.9%.该方法用于测定白葡萄酒中亚硫酸盐总含量为4.006×10-5mol/L,加标回收结果令人满意.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
