采用电化学沉积法封装阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板,制备出不同直径的Fe纳米线阵列。Fe纳米线阵列的形貌、组成、晶型、磁学性能分别通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、震动样品磁强计(VSM)进行表征。结果表明:电化学沉积法可以制备出直径为33~95 nm的Fe纳米线;纳米线排列有序,粗细均匀,具有明显的[110]择优取向。VSM测试结果表明纳米线的直径对其磁性能影响很大。当纳米线直径为33~40 nm时,纳米线具有明显的磁各向异性,垂直模板表面的方向为易磁化方向,该方向上矫顽力达112 745.4 A/m以上,矩形比达0.43以上;当纳米纤维直径为75~95 nm时,纳米线的磁各向异性较弱,轴向上矫顽力和矩形比也较小。 相似文献

实验基于非对称二次阳极氧化方法,通过在多种不同的电解液中交替阳极氧化制备了孔径大小调制的多孔氧化铝,并以此为模板,电化学沉积了线径调制的Ni纳米线。采用场发射扫描电镜对Ni纳米线进行了形貌表征,照片显示纳米线粗、细段的直径分别约为65和35 nm。X射线衍射分析结果表明Ni纳米线沿着<220>方向择优生长。采用综合物性测量系统测量了不同温度下纳米线阵列的磁滞回线。结果表明调制Ni纳米线的矫顽力随温度变化很小,其矫顽力主要取决于纳米线的形状各向异性。最后对Ni纳米线的反磁化过程进行了分析讨论。 相似文献

采用金属辅助化学刻蚀方法结合纳米球模板技术制备出了有序硅纳米线阵列.硅纳米线阵列经过高温热氧化形成一定厚度的氧化层,再使用稀释的HF溶液去除表面氧化层得到可控直径/周期比、低孔隙密度的有序纳米线阵列.主要研究了氧化温度、氧化时间对硅纳米线形貌的影响,并根据扩展的Deal-Grove模型计算了硅纳米线氧化层厚度与氧化时间的关系,讨论了氧化过程中应力分布的影响,理论计算结果与实验结果一致.最后,采用两步氧化的方法制备出了低直径/周期比(约0.1)、低孔隙密度的有序硅纳米线阵列. 相似文献

用模板浸渍法成功地在多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板里制备了Au纳米线。在这种方法中,AAO模板的孔壁在HAuCl4里浸湿,取出后通过热处理形成Au纳米线。使用扫描电子显微镜和X射线对Au纳米线的微观形貌和结构进行了表征。扫描电镜图片表明在AAO孔中形成了直的并且表面粗糙的金纳米线,纳米线直径约50 nm。X射线衍射图表明,金纳米线具有面心立方(FCC)结构。最后,研究了Au纳米线的形成机理。 相似文献

Highly ordered nickel nanowire (50 and 12 nm in diameter) arrays were successfully deposited into the nanoporous alumina template film on a gold-coated silicon wafer. The electrodeposited nickel nanowires have a preferred (220) fibre texture, that is the [110] direction parallel to the wire axis. With electropolishing, nanoporous alumina template with ordered and uniform pores was prepared by anodisation. By complete removal of the barrier layer and careful control of electrodeposition procedures, nearly 100% pore filling of uniform nanowires can be directly deposited onto the Au-coated silicon substrate, therefore no pattern transfer is necessary and incorporation of these nanowires into silicon-based devices is readily possible 相似文献

This paper reports the synthesis of tetragonal zirconia nanowires using template method. An as‐prepared sample was characterized by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the as‐prepared materials were tetragonal zirconia nanowires with average diameters of ca. 80 nm and length of over 10 μm. The Raman spectrum showed peaks at 120, 461, and 629 cm–1, which are attributed to the Eg, Eg, and B1g phonon modes of the tetragonal zirconia structure, respectively. The UV‐vis absorption spectrum showed an absorption peak at 232.5 nm (5.33 eV in photon energy). Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of zirconia nanowires showed a strong emission peak at ca. 388 nm at room temperature, which is attributed to the ionized oxygen vacancy in the zirconia nanowires system. 相似文献

A novel method for fabrication of highly oriented polyaniline (PANI) nanowires without removal of the template was developed by combining self‐assembly and template synthesis techniques. By using a self‐assembly process under inhibition conditions, oriented arrays of PANI nanowires growing out of the nanoporous template were obtained, with nanowire diameters ranging from 110 to 190 nm and lengths of several micrometers. The lengths of these wires can be roughly controlled by the polymerization time. 相似文献

使用电沉积方法,在碱性体系中Ni箔表面制得直径约为100 nm的CdTe纳米线/纳米管薄膜,并系统研究了电位、镀液浓度及热处理对于该材料微观形貌的影响。XRD结果证明,未经退火处理的薄膜由CdTe相和单质Cd相组成,经300℃N2气氛保护条件下退火4 h后得到的薄膜仅含CdTe相,并有效提高结晶度。SEM结果显示薄膜的微观形貌为纳米线结构,TEM结果进一步证明CdTe纳米线内部为中空结构,形成纳米线/纳米管结构。另外,电沉积实验结果表明,沉积电位对于CdTe纳米线/纳米管结构的形成具有决定作用,表现为阴极电位越正越有利于纳米线结构的形成。 相似文献
