表面电沉积Ni—La2O3复合镀层的Fe26Cr1Mo不锈钢的氧化行为研究

Ｆｅ２６Ｃｒ１Ｍｏ不锈钢在９００℃氧化时，生成的氧化层在冷却过程中大量剥落，经表面共电沉积ＮｉＬａ２Ｏ３复合镀层后，抗热循环能力明显提高。     

以3, 5-二甲基-1H-1, 2, 4-三氮唑及对苯二甲酸根构筑的三维锌配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

水热法合成了1个新颖的锌配位聚合物{[Zn₃(Hdmtrz)₂(1,4-bdc)₃]·2H₂O}_n(1,Hdmtrz=3,5-二甲基-1-H-1,2,4-三氮唑,1,4-bdc=对苯二甲酸根),对其进行了红外光谱、元素分析、X射线粉末衍射和热重分析等表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射法测定了配合物的单晶结构。该配合物属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=0.91797(18)nm,b=0.9833(2)nm,c=1.0717(2)nm,α=100.81(3)°,β=102.589(3)°,γ=106.90(3)°,V=0.8418(3)nm³,Z=1。该化合物为三维框架结构,拓扑类型为pcuα-Po简单立方格子,Schläfli符号记为{4¹²·6³}。室温固态荧光测试显示,配合物在471nm(λ_max)具有强的荧光吸收。     

Fabrication and electromagnetic wave absorption properties of amorphous Ni-P nanotubes

Amorphous Ni-P nanotubes are fabricated through electroless chemical deposition inside an anodic aluminum oxide template. The hysteresis loops of Ni-P nanotube arrays are each found to exhibit an unusual isotropic behaviour, which is believed to be due to the competition results between the shape anisotropy and the magnetostatic interaction among nanotubes. The dynamic dependence of permittivity on the frequency spectrum is fitted to the Lorentzian-type dispersion law. The permeability dispersion behaviours have been fitted based on the Kittel equation. Electromagnetic wave absorption properties of Ni-P nanotubes/paraffin composites with different values of thickness (t) are clearly shown by a three-dimensional graph. Furthermore, the bandwidths of composites with different "t" values can be well presented by a two-dimensional contour graph, which is a novel presentation form. The results show that the composites each have a good microwave absorption performance with t larger than 5.5 mm and with the frequency around 8 gigahertz.     

具有横向磁晶各向异性的钴纳米线的微波吸收性能

使用电化学脉冲沉积法制备了磁晶各向异性易磁化方向(c轴)垂直纳米线长轴方向的钴纳米线.受到磁晶各向异性、静磁相互作用等因素与形状各向异性相互竞争的结果,纳米线阵列的磁滞回线显示出较弱的磁各向异性.此外,在2—18 GHz频率范围内,纳米线/石蜡复合材料的介电色散谱的虚部在5 GHz处有一个主峰,在10 GHz附近有一个较弱的峰;德拜弛豫特性和材料的电导率对这两个峰的形成均有贡献.同时,其磁导率色散谱的虚部在频率为6.1 GHz处有一个主峰,在10 GHz以上有两个较微弱的峰. 前一个峰源于自 关键词： 钴纳米线 介电色散谱 磁导率色散谱 微波吸收剂     

Tm3+,Yb3+共掺钨酸钙多晶材料的上转换发光及荧光温度特性

采用高温固相法制备了Tm³⁺,Yb³共掺CaWO₄多晶材料. 980 nm二极管激光器激发下,在可见区获得了¹G₄→³H₆,¹G₄→³H₄,³H₂,³H₃→³H₆ 跃迁产生的上转换荧光. 讨论了Yb³⁺ 离子浓度的变化对Tm³⁺ 的上转换发光强度的影响,同时根据荧光强度比的方法研究了689 和705 nm 红色上转换荧光在313–773 K 范围内的温度特性. 结果表明：基于Tm³⁺,Yb³⁺ 共掺CaWO₄ 多晶材料的红色上转换荧光可以实现温度监测,其测温的最大灵敏度值为5.7×10^-4 K^-1,相应的测量温度为458 K. 关键词： 上转换发光 3+')" href="#">Tm³⁺ 钨酸钙 荧光温度传感     

空间过滤简正波的模拟实验研究

在侧壁无消声的波浪槽(70×2×0.6m~3)内,利用9根有水平指向性的长圆管换能器作阵元,实现了前四号简正波的空间过滤,定性地研究了简正波过滤阵抑制近场点源干扰的理论概念,并对起伏波浪表面对各号简正波振幅起伏的影响作了初步观察。     

Co-occurrence of Dominant Direct and Indirect Transitions in Low Temperature Sputtered Indium Tin Oxide Thin Films on Polymers

Indium tin oxide （ITO） layers are prepared on polymethylmethacrylate and polyethylene terephthalate by rf- magnetron sputtering at room temperature. Their 3D-AFM images and visible transmittance spectra are contrastively characterized and studied. An interesting morphological effect of the polymer substrates on their top ITO layers is observed. Dominant direct and indirect transition types deduced from optical spectra are surprisingly found in ITO films on different polymers. Furthermore, qualitative band structures are figured, and some theoretical discussions about the correlation of optical band structure, interface/surface morphology and carrier density are also presented.
