The project of "The Experiment of the Reform in Mode of Talent Training and Open Education of the Center TV University"is to explore and construct the basic structure of talent training mode in condition of modern distance and open education and its teaching mode,management mode and circulating mechanism.The paper is discussing the connotation,condition,form and management of Team Learning according to the necessities in the practice of open learning to bring about a wider discussion of team learning on its style and circumstance.
