荔枝草提取工艺的实验研究

摘    要:目的:寻找荔枝草最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以溶剂用量、浸泡时间、提取次数、醇沉浓度和醇沉时间六因素,每个因素选取三水平进行实验。结果:因素A和D对提取有显著影响。因此C、B、E和F则有一定影响。结论:煎煮的最佳提取工艺是A3B1C2D3E3F3。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To find the best extracting procedure of salvia plebeia.METHOD:A orthogonal test method was used.The solvent dosage,soaking time,extracting time,extracting times,concentration of alcohol,precipitating time were the six factors in the experiment,and three levels of each factor were chosen.RESULTS:The factor A and D has conspicuous effect on the extraction of herb,the factors B,C,E and F had relatively less effect.CONCLUSION:The best extracting procedure is A 3B 1C 2D 3E 3F 3 at reflux.
