| 摘 要： | 目的：寻找荔枝草最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法，以溶剂用量、浸泡时间、提取次数、醇沉浓度和醇沉时间六因素，每个因素选取三水平进行实验。结果：因素Ａ和Ｄ对提取有显著影响。因此Ｃ、Ｂ、Ｅ和Ｆ则有一定影响。结论：煎煮的最佳提取工艺是Ａ３Ｂ１Ｃ２Ｄ３Ｅ３Ｆ３。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To find the best extracting procedure of salvia plebeia.METHOD:A orthogonal test method was used.The solvent dosage,soaking time,extracting time,extracting times,concentration of alcohol,precipitating time were the six factors in the experiment,and three levels of each factor were chosen.RESULTS:The factor A and D has conspicuous effect on the extraction of herb,the factors B,C,E and F had relatively less effect.CONCLUSION:The best extracting procedure is A 3B 1C 2D 3E 3F 3 at reflux. |
