大孔树脂法纯化桃金娘色素的研究

摘    要:探讨了9种大孔树脂对桃金娘色素的纯化性能,通过静态、动态吸附和解吸实验,选择了合适的大孔树脂,优化了吸附和解吸条件。研究结果表明,X-5型树脂纯化效果最好,树脂动态饱和吸附率可达94.36%,动态饱和吸附量达到70.12mg/mL湿树脂,色素液纯化后色泽纯正,为紫红色,色价为18.45,较纯化前提高了9倍以上。

Abstract:The adsorption and desorption performance of nine macroporus adsorbent resin for separation pigments from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa,a suitable resin was chosen and the adsorption and desorption condition were optimized.The results showed that X-5 had higher capacity at pH3.0,which dynamic adsorption rate was 94.36%,and adsorption capacity was 70.12mg/mL resin.The pigment produced by this method was dark purple power,and its color value was 18.45 which was nine times of before.
