翼子板冲压回弹优化方法及应用

摘    要:以翼子板为研究对象,针对其冲压回弹问题,分析回弹产生的原因,并提出翼子板各区域回弹的工艺优化方法,利用AutoForm模拟软件验证了方法的有效性.实际案例结果表明:CAE分析技术可对回弹进行有效判定,回弹工艺优化方法可实现部分回弹的有效控制。

Abstract:The automobile fender was chosen as the research object to investigate the stamping springback.The springback reasons were analyzed,and relevant process optimization measures for each springback region were put forward.Its availability was verified by using AutoForm software The results of the selected cases showed that the CAE analysis technology could effectively judge the springback,and the proposed measures can partially control the springback.
