With the development of intelligent manufacturing (IM), the Digital twin (DT) has become an important means to the evolution mechanism of the process. Many researchers pay attention on the realization of DT in different industries. Based on the DT and Digital Twin Shop Floor (DTS) model, a novel, high throughput metrology method is proposed in the process quality monitoring and control of the Series Solar Cell Production Line (SSCPL) for detailed performance analysis. The variance of individual loss parameters and their impact on quality performance are quantified and mapped into the virtual space. The nature of their distributions and correlations provide great insights about quality loss mechanisms in process monitoring, helping to prioritize efforts for optimizing the control of the SSCPL in the physical space. Additionally, the parameters can be tied back to the physical space, allowing the data to be used directly for the control in the manufacturing. The data-loop of “Autonomous perception of process parameters - Dynamic behaver mapping - Online monitoring - Online data analysis - Parameters configuration & control” can be obtained in the model. 研究市售的含有植物纤维或玉米淀粉的食品接触产品质量状况并对其安全性进行初步评价。参考标准要求并结合可能存在的质量安全隐患,从傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)材质分析、总迁移量、重金属(以Pb计)、脱色试验、五氯苯酚特定迁移量及砷、镉、铬、铅含量等维度对含有植物纤维或玉米淀粉的食品接触产品进行研究。35批次样品中有2批次塑料主体材质为密胺,2批次塑料主体材质为聚乳酸,31批次塑料主体材质均为聚丙烯;35批次样品的重金属(以Pb计)、脱色试验、五氯苯酚特定迁移量等项目均符合所参照标准的要求;35批次样品均检出至少含2种重金属,有4批次一次性淀粉餐具总迁移量超标。从检验结果可知,市面上销售的含有植物纤维或玉米淀粉的食品接触产品存在总迁移量超标及样品含重金属的情况,说明市场上该类产品确实存在一定的潜在风险。 相似文献

The importance of cultural heritage for supporting the knowledge economy has promoted its digitisation and online publication. Many cultural heritage repositories have published millions of digitised items using semantic web technologies and Linked Data approaches. These repositories frequently use knowledge organisation systems to classify the resources, but the domain heterogeneity makes it difficult to know if they are the most suitable ones. This paper describes the process used to discover and profile the knowledge organisation systems used in the cultural heritage domain. Additionally, for those knowledge organisation systems with a thesaurus-like structure, a detailed quality analysis is performed. The results of this analysis can be used as a key factor for the selection of knowledge organisation systems in classification tasks. 相似文献

The qualitative properties of processed cheese (PC) fortified with different levels of asparagus powder (AP) (0.5%, 1% and 1.5% wt/wt) were evaluated during storage. AP decreased the pH and lipolysis indexes and increased the phenolic content, antioxidant activity and proteolysis of the processed cheeses. AP made the structure of the cheese more elastic, increased the rigidity and decreased the spreadability compared with the control sample, which corresponded to the results obtained using dynamic oscillatory rheometry. The results showed that AP as a rich source of bioactive components could be used for the fortification of processed cheeses. 相似文献

The importance of remanufacturing of used products, maintaining the same quality as new ones has been widely recognized in practice. In this paper, we address a closed loop supply chain where the manufacturer manufactures a product with a decent quality acceptable to customers, and sells it through a retailer in the market. A third party collects the used products from consumers and sends to the manufacturer. The manufacturer re-manufactures the used product and the quality of remanufactured product is the same as that of the manufactured one. For such a closed loop supply chain, we construct five different scenarios – centralized, decentralized or Nash game and three different Stackelberg games, led by the manufacturer, retailer and third party respectively. We compare the optimal results to find out the best decentralized scenario out of the four mentioned. A numerical example is taken to study the impacts of product quality on demand as well as optimal decisions and investigate sensitivity of some key model-parameters. 相似文献

The continuity of supply and quality of power are the two main significant aspects of today’s power delivery system. The Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) is a series connected custom power device which improves the quality of power delivered to the consumers. This paper deals with the effectual exploitation of DVR for interconnecting the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) stack to the grid based on optimized proportional integral (PI) and fuzzy logic (FL) Controller. The real coded Genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the PI controller parameters. The PEMFC operated boost converter is used to boost up the fuel cell output voltage to balance the DC side necessities of the voltage source converter (VSC). The proposed DVR provides balanced and unbalanced voltage sag/swell compensation, harmonic reduction as well as an active power injection to the grid. The designed method also protects the sensitive loads from source side power quality disturbances including short term interruption. In addition, the harmonic compensation performance of the proposed work is validated by comparing with the results of the H∞ controller based DVR under medium level voltage condition. This paper analyzes the model of the recycled products which are considered with the minimum quality level in manufacturing/remanufacturing system. In this model, a constant demand is satisfied by manufacturing raw materials and remanufacturing recycled products which are up to the quality level. It is assumed that functions of recycling rate, buyback cost and remanufacturing cost are depend on the minimum quality level. The quality level of recycled products is set to be exponential distribution and then the model is established. The results show that when the buyback cost is low (the quality of the recycled products is low), the average total cost is low, though the remanufacturing cost is high. Namely, the companies are willing to recycle the used products with low quality level. Meanwhile, the optimal strategy of recycling, manufacturing and remanufacturing is investigated here. Through construction of a solution process on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA) and numerical examples with sensitive analysis, the validity of the model has been proved. 相似文献
