Effective production in a networking environment of sheet metal products needs accurate and relevant PDM (product data management) data, appropriate modeling of components supported by local and global network solutions, and utilization of advantages of feature-based modeling. To enable these aspects of effective production in sheet metal production, it is necessary to evaluate the integration of DFMA (design for manufacturing and assembly) and PDM. This paper aims at identifying the challenges of DFMA and PDM integration through recognizing possible malfunctioning parts of their integration. The observations are based on sheet metal specimens in which the DFMA and PDM aspects are visible in punching and bending. This study will focus on five issues that are included either in DFMA or PDM, or both: the effects of different calculation methods for the flattened length, utilization viewpoints of global or local manufacturability guidelines, assembly conditions, options to tune the manufacturing process instead of changing the product geometry, and possible additional requirements given by the customers. Based on practical design and manufacturing tests, it has become evident that one option to improve the quality of analyzed sheet metal parts is to further develop the integration of DFMA features with the workshop’s cutting and punching parameters. As one possible improvement to these kinds of integration tasks of DFMA and PDM, it is suggested that the responsibilities for developing DMFA and PDM applications with proper design parameters could be analyzed more deeply between persons working with information exchange, product design, software design, or production machine design.  相似文献

Metallic cobalt nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrogen reduction method. Particles were coated in situ with carbon by adding ethene to reaction flow. Particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray emission, X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence and BET method. The observed cobalt particle size distributions in different cobalt batches produced with unvarying reaction parameters was reproducible: The mean diameter of primary cobalt particle varied only 5% from the mean value of 76 nm in different batches. Increased carbon precursor concentration decreased mean diameter of cobalt particles to 17 nm. The produced nanoparticles were used as filler material in 0–3 type metalpolymer composites. Composite samples with varying filler loading were fabricated with mixing extrusion and injection moulding techniques. The magnetic properties of the fabricated composites were measured up to 1 GHz. In order to analyse the particle distribution in composite matrix and its effect on magnetic properties the microstructure was studied.  相似文献

Magnetic and electrical properties of thermoplastic ceramic-polymer 0–3 composites with Z-type hexaferrite, and MnZn ferrite inclusions were investigated. The complex permeability and permittivity were measured up to 1 GHz where maximum values of ɛ′r=30.47 and μ′r=4.32 and ɛ′r=10.95 and μ′r=1.80 were obtained for MnZn-ER182 and Co2Z-ER182 composites with ∼44.7 vol% and 43.0 vol% filler loadings, respectively. MnZn and Co2Z composites exhibit miniaturization factors as low as 0.09 and 0.23, together with reduced magnetic losses and frequency dispersion. The results indicate that the composites offer novel possibilities for wider feasible frequency bandwidth and adjustable impedance matching and magnetic and dielectric properties.  相似文献

In this paper multilayer magnetic–dielectric composite structures for high frequency applications are introduced. The 0–3 type dielectric and magnetic composites with homogeneously distributed ceramic inclusions were fabricated by mixing extrusion and injection moulding. Magnetic Yttrium Iron Garnet (YIG) and Z-type Hexaferrite (HexaZ) as well as paraelectric Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) powders were used to enhance the permittivity and permeability of the composites. The magnetic–dielectric multilayer composites were constructed by hot-laminating magnetic and dielectric layers in turn to create a solid 2-2 type composite structure. The microstructure, high frequency dielectric and magnetic properties of individual layers and 2-2 composites were investigated and measured. The measurement results indicate that such multimaterial multilayer structures are good candidates for components with reduced dielectric and magnetic losses. Moreover, the observed good frequency stability and the cut-off frequencies above 1 GHz suggested that the composites could be utilized in, e.g., sophisticated functional circuit boards and RF devices.  相似文献

An expenmental and theoretical study of heat and mass transfer analogy and a comparison of that to a binary liquid mixture evaporation is presented. Common organic solvents, ethanol and n-heptane, were used to form an alcohol - hydrocarbon mixture. Studies were carried out in a horizontal rectangular channel having air flow velocities of 0.2 - 0.9 m/s. Heat transfer coefficients were measured with a copper plate resistor and mass transfer coefficients with a square pool. The heat and mass transfer analogy is presented for a system having two evaporating compounds with a fixed value of air flow and verified by measuring and comparing mass transfer coefficients for distilled water with air flow velocities of 0.2 - 0.9 mls. An illustrative example of the use of the theory for industrial ventilation is presented.  相似文献

A microbiological screening method for the detection of irradiation of frozen poultry meat was developed on the basis of the combined use of total cell count by the direct epifluorescent filter technique (DEFT) and viable cell count by the aerobic plate count method (APC). Samples of ground, deboned poultry leg were irradiated or not with dose levels of 3, 5 and 7 kGy using an electron beam accelerator. All samples were frozen before the irradiation treatment. The average values of the differences between DEFT and APC counts in control samples and those irradiated with doses of 3, 5 and 7 kGy were 1.14 log units for control samples, and 3.16, 3.68 and 3.79 log units for the irradiated samples. A difference of at least 2 log units can therefore be considered as a limit value indicating probable irradiation treatment necessitating further investigations.
Anwendung eines mikrobiologischen Unterscheidungsverfahrens zum Nachweis der Bestrahlung von gefrorenem Hühnerfleisch
Zusammenfassung Es wurde ein mikrobiologisches Verfahren zum Nachweis der Bestrahlung von tiefgefrorenem Hühnerfleisch auf der Basis kombinierten Einsatzes direkter Epifluoreszenzfiltertechnik (DEFT) und Kolonieauszählung (APC) entwickelt. Die Proben - knochenfreie, zerkleinerte Hühnerschenkel - waren entweder unbestrahlt oder mit einem Elektronenbeschleuninger mit Dosen von 3, 5 bzw. 7 kGy bestrahlt worden. Alle Proben waren vor der Bestrahlung eingefroren worden. Die Mittelwerte der Differenzen zwischen den DEFT- und den APC-Ergebnissen betrugen bei den unbestrahlten Proben 1,14 logarithmische Einheiten und bei den mit 3, 5 bzw. 7 kGy bestrahlten Proben 3,16, 3,68 bzw. 3,79 logarithmische Einheiten. Die Differenz von wenigstens zwei logarithmischen Einheiten kann als Grenze für die Möglichkeit eines Nachweises eventueller Bestrahlung betrachtet werden und macht weitere Untersuchungen erforderlich.

A thermodynamic theory of exergy analysis for a stationary flow system having several heat inputs and outputs at different temperature levels is presented. As a new result a relevant reference temperature of the surroundings is derived for each case. Also a general formula which combines exergy analysis with a modified Carnot efficiency is derived. The results are illustrated by numerical examples for mechanical multi-circuit heat pump cycles, for a Brayton process and for an absorption heat pump.  相似文献

The enzyme glyoxylate reductase reversibly reduces glyoxylate to glycolate, or alternatively hydroxypyruvate to D-glycerate, using either NADPH or NADH as a co-factor. The enzyme has multiple metabolic roles in different organisms. In this paper we show that GOR1 (ORF YNL274c) encodes a glyoxylate reductase and not a hydroxyisocaproate dehydrogenase in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, even though it also has minor activity on alpha-ketoisocaproate. In addition, we show that deletion of the glyoxylate reductase-encoding gene leads to higher biomass concentration after diauxic shift.  相似文献

The contamination levels of 16 different Fusarium- and Aspergillus-mycotoxins were chemically determined from randomly selected organic and conventional grain-based products purchased from Finnish and Italian markets. The cytotoxicity of the samples was analyzed with an in vitro test using feline fetal lung cells. Overall, the concentrations of the mycotoxins studied were low in all of the samples. Enniatins B and B1 as well as deoxynivalenol were the most predominant mycotoxins in the samples, being present in 97%, 97%, and 90% of the samples, respectively. The geographical origin or the agricultural practice had no influence on the mycotoxin concentrations of the samples. The babyfoods included in the samples had significantly lower concentrations of mycotoxins than the other products with a mean total mycotoxin content of 47 microg/kg compared with 99 microg/kg for the other kinds of food. All the samples evoked toxicity in the in vitro test, but no correlation between cytotoxicity and the mycotoxin concentrations was observed.  相似文献

We observed significant increases in the runoff output of total mercury (TotHg) and methyl mercury (MeHg) from a small spruce forest catchment (0.071 km2) after clear-cutting and soil treatment. Here we show that forest regeneration practices may act as an important additional source of TotHg and MeHg to forest lakes. TotHg and MeHg in runoff from two small forested catchments were monitored during the period 1994 to 2001. In the autumn of 1997, one of the catchments was clear-cut Soil preparation (mounding) was carried out in the autumn of 1998 and replanting in the summer of 1999. During the 3 years after the silvicultural treatment, medians of monthly flow-weighted TotHg and MeHg concentrations (12.02 ng L(-1) and 0.35 ng L(-1), respectively) and output loads (0.80-0.97 g km(-2) a(-1) and 0.011-0.036 g km(-2) a(-1), respectively) increased significantly compared to the 3 years calibration period (8.13 ng L(-1) and 0.15 ng 1(-1); 2.0-5.3 g km(-2) a(-1) and 0.11-0.16 g km(-2) a(-1), respectively). These results indicate that clear-cutting and/or soil treatment significantly increases the mobility of TotHg and MeHg accumulated in forest soil and may thus be an important factor for the total input of Hg to boreal freshwater ecosystems.  相似文献
