镁合金网格壁板压弯成形数值模拟及实验研究

为探索镁合金整体壁板压弯成形的可行性,以及镁合金壁板压弯成形过程中金属的流动规律,对AZ31镁合金网格壁板压弯成形进行了数值模拟和实验研究。建立了有限元数值模拟的几何模型,采用有限元计算软件对AZ31镁合金网格壁板压弯成形过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了镁合金网格壁板压弯成形中的温度场、应变场、应力场、破坏系数等的分布规律。确定了合适的AZ31镁合金壁板压弯成形工艺参数,并对镁合金网格壁板压弯成形进行了实验研究,获得了合格的镁合金网格壁板弯曲件,并分析了镁合金网格壁板成形件尺寸精度,模拟结果与实验结果相吻合,最大相对误差为16.7%。     

Experimental Study of Phase Relations in the Mg-Er-Si System Focused on Mg-Rich Region at 300 and 400 °C

The phase equilibria and compositions in the magnesium (Mg) rich part of the Mg-Er-Si ternary system at 300 and 400 °C were systemically investigated through the equilibrated alloy method by using x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy assisted with energy dispersive spectroscopy of x-ray. The results show that in the composition range of our study the equilibrium of Er₂MgSi₂ with the (Mg) solid solution, Er₅Mg₂₄, and Mg₂Si exists at both temperatures. A certain amount of Mg atoms can be replaced by Er and Si element, but they cannot replace Mg atom simultaneously. The homogeneity ranges of Mg solid solution as well as the solid solubilities of the intermediate phases at different temperatures are reported.

介绍了钢结构加腋型梁柱焊接节点的结构、形状、主要参数与重要部件 ,并对其抗震性能进行了探讨。加腋型节点的塑性铰在远离柱翼缘面的梁上形成。与一般的梁柱节点相比 ,其韧性行为稳定 ,强度得到提高。与目前流行的削弱梁截面的改进型节点比较 ,加腋型梁柱焊接节点具有更大的塑性转角与更强的抗震性能

基于 DII 建筑钢结构专利技术国际态势分析

基于DII专利数据库,利用TDA等专利分析工具和平台,对建筑钢结构技术国内外申请专利进行分析。研究结果表明:建筑钢结构技术相关专利是从2007年之后申请量开始快速增长,其中2000年以来申请的专利占全部专利的88.15%。专利申请排名前三位的国家依次为中国、日本和韩国。从研发热点来看,建筑钢结构专利技术申请主要集中在条形建筑构件结构、金属支承构件、防振动或震动的构件等方面。     

乙丙橡胶门尼粘度标准物质的研制与验证应用

经过三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的样品候选、均匀性检验、稳定性检验、定值、不确定度评估等系列工作,研制出了EPDM门尼粘度国家标准物质并得到了国家质量监督检验检疫总局的批准。EPDM门尼粘度标准物质定值结果在显著水平0.01时,数据间无异常值、呈现正态分布、各组数据间处于等精度,定值结果的总平均值为该门尼粘度标准物质的标称值。因此,EPDM标准物质在ML100℃(1+4)、ML100℃(1+8)不同测试条件下的标称值分别为42.4、40.4,不确定度分别为0.5、0.4,其不确定度小于国外标准样品,EPDM门尼粘度标准物质研制水平高于美国研制的标准物质。     

l-Cystathionine Inhibits the Mitochondria-Mediated Macrophage Apoptosis Induced by Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein

This study was designed to investigate the regulatory role of l-cystathionine in human macrophage apoptosis induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and its possible mechanisms. THP-1 cells were induced with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and differentiated into macrophages. Macrophages were incubated with ox-LDL after pretreatment with l-cystathionine. Superoxide anion, apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential, and mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) opening were examined. Caspase-9 activities and expression of cleaved caspase-3 were measured. The results showed that compared with control group, ox-LDL treatment significantly promoted superoxide anion generation, release of cytochrome c (cytc) from mitochondrion into cytoplasm, caspase-9 activities, cleavage of caspase-3, and cell apoptosis, in addition to reduced mitochondrial membrane potential as well as increased MPTP opening. However, 0.3 and 1.0 mmol/L l-cystathionine significantly reduced superoxide anion generation, increased mitochondrial membrane potential, and markedly decreased MPTP opening in ox-LDL + l-cystathionine macrophages. Moreover, compared to ox-LDL treated-cells, release of cytc from mitochondrion into cytoplasm, caspase-9 activities, cleavage of caspase-3, and apoptosis levels in l-cystathionine pretreated cells were profoundly attenuated. Taken together, our results suggested that l-cystathionine could antagonize mitochondria-mediated human macrophage apoptosis induced by ox-LDL via inhibition of cytc release and caspase activation.     

渤海湾盆地南堡凹陷断裂系统对油气成藏的控制作用

摘要：南堡凹陷断裂发育,但断裂与本区丰富的油气有何关系还不明确。通过对地震资料的构造解释和断裂统计来研究断裂的基本特征。在此基础上,结合本区圈闭条件、储层条件和油气运移条件,来研究断裂对油气的控制作用。分析认为,南堡凹陷内部的断裂以NEE向或者近NE向断裂为主,在剖面上形成了“坡坪式”、“铲式”、“多米诺式”等多种构造样式。南堡凹陷内部的断裂可划分为3个级次：一、二级断裂发育于古近纪,一级控凹断裂发育时间最早、持续时间长、活动强度大,二级断裂控制局部构造、发育时间稍晚;三级断裂多为新近纪以来发育的次级断裂,断裂发育时间晚,活动强度小。在不同级次断裂的控制下,本区形成了其特殊的石油地质条件。本区断裂系统对油气成藏的控制作用表现在3个方面,即断裂的发育有利于各类圈闭的形成;断裂引起的裂缝扩大了油气的储集空间;断裂封闭性的差异使得深部油气运移至浅部聚集。
