针对设备中铝管的能量吸收和塑性破坏能力对设备运转的精度和效率的影响问题,提出以滑靴副摩擦磨损试验机中6061-T4铝管为研究对象,以三点准静态下不同跨度尺寸为变量,对三点准静态横向载荷作用下铝管塑性破坏程度和能量吸收值进行研究。提出两种试验理论,并运用ISTRON-8801铝管拉伸试验机进行了实验分析。结果表明:经过横向标准三点处弯曲加载的圆形铝管经历了3个塑性变形阶段:起皱阶段-起皱与弯曲阶段-结构崩溃阶段;不同跨度(100、150、200和250 mm)时,铝管承受的最大载荷和吸收的应变能量随跨度的增加而减小。 相似文献

选取国产植物绝缘油RAPO、进口植物绝缘油FR3以及传统矿物绝缘油25#为研究对象,研究了工频交流电压下绝缘油种类、间隙距离对绝缘油击穿特性和油纸沿面闪络特性的影响,分析了工频交流电压下绝缘油击穿电压和油纸沿面闪络电压之间的差异,并通过电场仿真探究了绝缘油击穿电压和油纸沿面闪络电压之间产生差异的原因。结果表明:当间隙距离较小(15 mm)时,植物绝缘油的击穿电压高于矿物绝缘油,但随着间隙距离的增大,矿物绝缘油的击穿电压逐渐超过植物绝缘油;3种绝缘油的油纸沿面闪络电压没有体现出明显的大小关系;绝缘油击穿电压始终明显高于油纸沿面闪络电压。 相似文献

A non-thermal plasma brush is employed to deposit stain-resistant SiO2-like coatings on resin composite fillings and bovine teeth. With post-treating by plasma, the hardness of the coating increases from H to 8H and the water contact angle decreases from 98.8° to 61.7°. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) results show that, after plasma post-treating, the Si–O–Si and Si–OH bonds of the coating increase. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show the coatings to be uniform, without cracks. The coatings present outstanding performance in a stain resistance test both on resin composite and bovine teeth. Being easy to handle and less time consuming than traditional methods, with a body-friendly temperature and material, this plasma brush provides a promising in-situ coating method on patient teeth in dental clinics. 相似文献

Abstract The gas phase nucleation process of anatase TiO2 in atmospheric non-thermal plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition is studied. The particles synthesized in the plasma gas phase at different power density were collected outside of the reactor. The structure of the collected particles has been investigated by field scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The analysis shows that uniform crystalline nuclei with average size of several nanometers have been formed in the scale of micro second through this reactive atmo- spheric plasma gas process. The crystallinity of the nanoparticles increases with power density. The high density of crystalline nanonuclei in the plasma gas phase and the low gas temperature are beneficial to the fast deposition of the 3D porous anatase TiO2 film. 相似文献
