Phase equilibria calculation of LaI3-MI （M=Na, K, Cs） binary systems

The Gibbs energies of liquid phases in the LaI3-MI (M=Na, K, Cs) systems were described by the modified quasi-chemical model. From the measured phase equilibrium data of these binary systems, a set of thermodynamic functions were optimized by using the CAL-PHAD technique. The enthalpy of mixing and the interaction parameter of the liquid phase were predicted from known data for the LaI3-MI systems.     

大型牛角式模具的精密铸造

牛角式模具是我厂近期制造的用于热拔钢管的模具。其材料为:4 Cr10Si2Mo,毛坯重量:23kg,轮廓尺寸:大端直径φ81mm,小端直径φ60mm,牛角弯角度101°,长度为493mm,表面粗糙度要求3.2见图1。 此类大型牛角式模具用精密铸造方法直接铸造而成,国内少见,在我们厂也是第一次。但是,通过我们努力解决生产工艺中的若干问题,最后成功地制造出了牛角式模具。     

高温焙烧对石英砂加热时的相变与膨胀性的影响

本研究采用DSC和热膨胀仪对两种石英砂的原砂和焙烧砂在加热过程中的相变和热膨胀进行了分析。结果发现,石英砂加热过程中,分别在574℃和790℃附近出现了两个吸热峰,高纯度石英砂焙烧后进行加热时只在569℃出现一个吸热峰。石英砂在加热时相变吸收的热量大于冷却时相变放出的热量,焙烧石英砂相变时需要更多的能量。石英砂的膨胀率随温度的升高而增加,焙烧石英砂的膨胀率明显低于新砂。     

Thermodynamic Assessment of DyCl3-MCl （M= Na, K, Rb, Cs） Systems

Using the CALPHAD （Calculation of Phase Diagram） technique, the DyCl3-MCl （M = Na, K, Rb, Cs） systems were optimized and calculated. The modified quasi-chemical model in the pair approximation for short-range ordering was used to describe the Gibbs energies of the liquid phase in these systems. From the measured phase diagram data and experimental thermodynamic properties, a series of thermodynamic functions were optimized base on an interactive computer-assisted analysis. The optimized parameters and the experimental data were thermodynamically self-consistent. The optimized results were discussed.     

Luminescence Properties of Eu^2 ＋ and Mn^2 ＋ Co-Doped CasMg（SiO4）4Cl2

The green phosphor for white LED, Ca8Mg(SiO4)4C12:Eu^2 , Mn^2 , was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction under reducing atmosphere. During the process of the phosphor prepared, the excess CaC12 can improve the intensity of emission. The experimental results indicate that there is an effective energy transfer from Eu^2 to Mn^2 in Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2 host. This kind of energy transfer may be due to resonance transfer, and this energy transfer is limited

无机粒子的有机高分子化及其对PVC填充改性的研究

本文研究了几种无机 有机复合粒子与聚氯乙烯共混复合材料力学性能的变化规律。结果表明 :SiO2 /HPMC PMMA(SiO2 经SDS预处理 )和HPMC g PMMA使材料力学性能下降 ,而SiO2 /HPMC PMMA(未经SDS处理 )、TiO2 /HPMC PMMA、ZnO/HPMC PMMA复合粒子使材料的力学性能有所提高。经柔性设计后的SiO2 /HPMC PBA/PMMA和ZnO/HPMC PBA/PMMA使材料的冲击强度提高的幅度更大。SEM提供的证据也表明 :ZnO复合粒子使材料出现较好的塑性变形 ;经柔性设计的SiO2 复合粒子比未经柔性设计的SiO2 复合粒子使材料的塑性变形也更加显著     

超声浸渍法萃取苦丁茶防晒成分工艺的可视化分析

对超声浸渍法萃取苦丁茶防晒成分的工艺条件进行了系统研究。选择超声时间、超声温度、萃取剂乙醇溶液中乙醇体积分数和样品目数4个主要影响因素,运用多因素多水平可视化设计法安排超声萃取实验。以防晒光区紫外吸收面积值作为防晒成分萃取浓度的实验评定指标,用自主提出的多因素多水平实验结果可视化分析方法对多维空间实验数据进行分析。结果表明,当苦丁茶萃取母液质量浓度为25.0 g·L-1时,超声浸渍陈化1 d后,优化工艺条件为:超声时间30~40 min,超声温度25~35℃,φ(乙醇)=45%~70%,原料目数120~160目。
