采用垂直Bridgman法制备出了x=0.1、0.22和0.4的Cd1-xMnxIn2Te4晶体.采用红外透射光谱法研究了晶体的红外光学特性.用超导量子磁强计测量了样品在温度范围5~300K和磁场强度范围0~5T内的磁化强度.在中红外波段透过率曲线变化很小.随着x的增加Cd1-xMnxIn2Te4的光学带隙移向高能端.磁化率倒数χ-1与温度T的关系曲线在高温区服从居里-万斯定律,在低温下x≥0.22时向下偏离该定律.与具有相同Mn2+浓度的Cd1-xMnxTe晶体相比Cd1-xMnxIn2Te4晶体的交换积分常数较小. 相似文献

采用ACRT-B法生长了四元稀磁半导体化合物Mn0.1dCd0.9In2dTe4晶体。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、ISIS能谱仪、Leica定量金相分析仪以及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪研究了晶体中相的结构,形貌、成分及晶片的红外透射光谱。发现晶体生长初始端由于溶质再分配而引起成分偏离配料比,结果出现三种相:α相、β相和β1相,其中α相和β相是在晶体生长过程中形成的,随温度降低,从α相中又析出β1相,当晶体生长到稳定段,完全形成β相,Mn0.1Cd0.9In2Te4晶体从生长初始端到接近稳态区,β1相内规则排列状向不规则排列的近似圆片状发展。禁带宽度为1.2eV的Mn0.1Cd0.9In2Te4在10000~4000cm^-1的近红外波数范围内,其透过率最高达83%,在4000~5000cm^-1的中红外波数范围内透过率为59%~65%。 相似文献

Effect of niobium on glass-formation ability and soft magnetic properties of Gd-doping glassy alloys
The effect of niobium on glass-formation ability and soft magnetic properties were studied in Fe-Gd-B glassy alloys. The glassy alloys exhibited high glass-formation ability when the element of Nb was added. Bulk glassy rod (Fe0.87Co0.13)68.5Gd3.5Nb3B25 with a diameter up to 3 mm was produced by copper mold casting. The size of the atom might play an important role in increasing glass-formation ability. The coercive force of glassy (Fe0.87Co0.13)71.5.xGd3.sNbxB25 (x=1.2, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4) alloys decreased after the addition of niobium element and was in the range of 1.5-2.9 A/m. The permeability spectrum of (Fe0.87Co0.13)70.3Gd3.5Nb1.5B25 glassy ribbon showed that the relaxation frequency (f0) was 6.1 MHz. 相似文献

The effects of different annealing conditions on the phase formation with NaZn13 structure were investigated in La(Fe1-xCox)11.9Si1.1 (x=0.068) compounds. It was found that the 1:13 phase was not formed directly from the melt upon cooling but via a peritectic reaction between the pro-peritectic γ-Fe and the La-rich phase. Annealing temperature was very important for the formation of 1:13 phase. Ice water was confirmed to be a preferable quenching medium. La(Fe1-xCox)11.9Si1.1 (x=0.068) compounds with almost single 1:13 phase were obtained at 1473 K after 15 d. 相似文献

A comparative study of Na2MoO4·2H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O as inhibitors for magnetic refrigeration material La-Fe-Co-Si compound corrosion in distilled water at room temperature was carried out.Moreover,the inhibiting behavior of the mixture of Na2MoO4·2H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O was investigated.Potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements were applied to study the corrosion behavior of the compound in the absence or presence of different concentrations of these inhibitors under the same experimental conditions.The study revealed that the mixture of 3.0×10–3 kg/L Na2MoO4·2H2O and 5.0×10–3 kg/L Na2HPO4·12H2O was the best inhibitor reaching the value of inhibition efficiency (ε%) up to 93.9%.Polarization curves showed that the studied compounds acted as anodic inhibitors.The potential of zero charge (PZC) of La-Fe-Co-Si compound was determined in distilled water in the absence of the studied inhibitors.Corrosion inhibition mechanisms for inhibitors were proposed in this work. 相似文献

材料是核聚变堆应用的瓶颈问题之一。本文根据核聚变堆领域的要求使用低活化材料以及考虑到未来工程应用需要降低成本,选用低活化、低成本的Fe、Cr、V元素,依据最小吉布斯自由能准则设计出非等原子比Fe36.41Cr28.06V35.53单相中熵合金。采用真空熔炼的方法制备出该合金,并对其进行适当的热机处理。发现非等比Fe36.41Cr28.06V35.53合金在不同热机处理过程中没有发生相变,均为单相bcc固溶体,说明该合金相结构非常稳定。同时也与依据最小吉布斯自由能准则设计的结果吻合得非常好。Fe36.41Cr28.06V35.53合金的硬度高于传统耐热合金,在不同热机加工状态下合金的压缩塑性均大于50%,实现了强度和塑性的良好配合。在压缩变形过程中,由于偏析元素与位错的相互作用,合金的压缩应力—应变曲线出现锯齿流变行为。对Fe36.41Cr28.06V35.53合金进行了详细的微观组织表征,解释了该合金性能优异的微观机制。 相似文献

采用旋转盘离心雾化设备制备了磁性蓄冷材料HoCu2粉末,并对雾化粉末进行了分析。结果表明,粒径<154μm雾化粉末的比例较高,接近30%,粉末形态主要以球形颗粒为主,仅有极少量的形状不规则颗粒;粒径在矽φ154~300μm粉末的比例最大,收得率在60%以上,与粒径<φ154μm粉末相比,残缺颗粒的比例有所增加;大尺寸粉末(>φ300μm)的比例很低,仅为9%左右,除了少量带有缺陷的球形颗粒外,绝大多数为薄片状颗粒.雾化粉末的Cu含量为43.59%(质量分数),氧含量为0.055%(质量分数),为单一HoCu2相结构,无其它杂相存在。 相似文献
