护理心理学实验室建设与实验教学

护理心理学是护理学和心理学相交叉而产生的一门新兴边缘学科，是高等护理教育中一门重要的课程。护理心理学有助于培养护理人员的整体护理观念，为病人提供身心整体护理，从而提高护理质量。护理心理学实验教学作为护理心理学教学中的重要环节，对于帮助学生巩固和理解所学理论知识，培养学生的科学态度、实践能力和创新意识具有重要意义。护理心理学实验室的建设是保证实验教学质量的重要条件。我院护理心理学实验室经过10多年的发展，已建设成为针对护理专业学生的，设备齐全与管理完善的开放实验室。现从硬件建设、软件建设、管理体系以及实验教学改革情况等方面进行介绍。     

神经介入最佳学习年龄与教学策略分析

目的 分析首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院介入神经病学科进修人员的现状，为提高神经介入教学 水平提供参考依据。 方法 选择首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2012-2017年在介入神经病学科进修学员，对相关介入 操作“零”基础的学员进行调查。调查内容包括学员的年龄、性别、职称、工作单位级别及学习后的 理论与实践考核成绩等。 结果 在112例介入操作“零”基础学员中，男性学员108例（96%），中高级专业职称101例（90%）；经 过6个月的学习，熟练或较为熟练地掌握相关理论知识92例（83%），熟练或较熟练掌握数字减影血 管造影（digital subraction angiography，DSA）81例（72%）。理论与实践均取得较好成绩的年龄集中在 26～35岁之间。 结论 神经介入技术与理论的最佳学习年龄在26～35岁之间。针对“零”基础的神经介入学员，应根 据学员前期的工作经验和教育基础因材施教，开展个性化教育。     

临床教学伦理困境下的实习教学方法改革

随着病人主体意识和维权意识的增强,传统的床边教学法常因难于兼顾患者与学生双方的权益而不能充分开展。为了解决临床实习教学面临的难题,我院开展了集床边教学、模拟教学和网络教学等方法于一体的"多位一体"实习教学法的研究和实践。结果显示该模式能更好地兼顾患者与学生的权益,增加学生学习训练的机会,比单纯床边教学法效果更好。     

Diseñando una encuesta para residentes de formación sanitaria especializada sobre la satisfacción con la docencia. Experiencia en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco (2009-2018)

In Spain, the evaluation of internal resident's satisfaction with the training they receive is legally mandatory for autonomous regions. Beyond this obligation, the evaluation of training leads to its improvement. However, an effective evaluation procedure requires a series of steps that should not be overlooked. Throughout the text, we will give a series of clues that will help those responsible for training, at different levels, to start up a procedure of this type. We will talk about technical requirements for the construction of an effective questionnaire, the most appropriate way to apply the survey in the field of training residents, the importance of statistically validating the questionnaire in order to obtain usable conclusions, and the dissemination of results, from the review of the process itself. Finally, as an example, we will bring up the survey of residents of specialized health training in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country from 2009 to 2018.     

Teaching evidence based practice and research through blended learning to undergraduate midwifery students from a practice based perspective

The international world of higher education is changing with universities now offering students flexible delivery options that allow them to study away from campus and at a time convenient to them. Some students prefer on line learning while others prefer face to face contact offered through a traditional lecture and tutorial delivery modes. The response by many universities is to offer a blend of both. While online and blended mode of delivery may be suitable for some subjects there is little knowledge of the efficacy of blended learning models to teach evidence based practice and research (EBPR) to undergraduate midwifery students. EBPR is a challenging, threshold level subject upon which deeper knowledge and skills are built. This paper describes the design, delivery, and evaluation of an undergraduate EBPR course delivered in blended mode to first year midwifery students. Components of the blended learning innovation included: novel teaching strategies, engaging practical activities, role play, and e-learning strategies to maintain engagement. University-based course evaluation outcomes revealed very positive scores and the course was rated within the top ten percent of all courses offered within the Health Group at the host University.     

多媒体课件在妇产科学示教课中的应用探索

使用多媒体课件进行妇产科学示教课程教学，与传统教学手段相比有着不可替代的优势，有助于培养全面发展的医学人才，能够显著提高妇产科学示教课程教学效果。     

护理教学评价方法的应用现状

从教育评价发展的历史来看,教育评价的发展趋势是从无到有,从单一到多样,评价过程也由封闭逐渐转为开放.西方发达国家护理教育事业起步早,护理教学评价方法较为成熟;而国内护理教育事业起步晚,尽管取得了一定成绩,但在教学评价方面还有待进一步完善和规范.笔者通过文献调研的方法从学校和临床护理教学两个方面综述了护理教学评价方法的应用现状.
