??OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of six oligosaccharides, i.e. glucose, fructose, sucrose, 1-kestose, nystose, 1F-fructofuranosylnystose, in the roots of Morinda officinalis in different growing periods by HPAEC-PAD method. METHODS The separation was performed on Hamilton RCX-10 column(4.1 mm??250 mm, 7 ??m) with gradient elution using mobile phase composed of 100 mmol??L-1 NaOH(A)and mixture of 100 mmol??L-1 NaOH and 500 mmol??L-1 NaOAc (B) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL?? min-1 and the temperature was kept at 35 ??. The injection volumn was 25 ??L. The gradient elution program was as follows: 0-5 min,1%B;5-15 min,1%-9% B;15-20 min,9%-12% B;20-25 min,12%-16% B;25-40 min,16%-50% B;40-43 min,50% B;43-46 min,50%-1% B. RESULTS With the increase of growing periods, the content of monosaccharide progressively reduced while that of sucrose gradually increased. The contents of oligosaccharides with polymerization degree of 3 or greater, including 1-kestose, nystose, and 1F-fructofuranosylnystose, slowly increased during 1-5 years, then slowed down. CONCLUSION The contents of six oligosaccharides in the roots of Morinda officinalis vary greatly in different growing periods, indicating that the biosynthesis of oligosacchride in Morinda officinalis is related to growing periods. The result provides a reference for determination of appropriate collection time.

��[Purpose/significance] To construct a fine-grained sentiment analysis model for product reviews based on Word2Vec and CNN.[Method/process] This paper firstly applied Word2vec to build product feature vocabulary and noise vocabulary based on product reviews, secondly extracted the feature words from product reviews by the noise vocabulary, then classified the product reviews according to product features sentiment, finally realized product reviews clustering based on product features.[Result/conclusion] The model was trained and tested by the reviews of Huawei mobile phone on JingDong Mall,the results showed that the model could effectively realize fine-grained sentiment analysis of product reviews and find out users focus and satisfaction on product features.  相似文献

��[Purpose/significance] This paper aimed to analyze the information service contents, co-occurrence relationships and influences of universities libraries' WeChat official accounts.[Method/process] Firstly, this paper summarized the related research of information service and information diffusion influence. And then, analyzing the information service items and constructing a relationship network based on the co-occurrence matrix of nine famous university libraries' WeChat official account; in order to compare the importance of different nodes, the closeness centrality has been calculated. Finally, the WeChat influence index(WCI) of each WeChat official account have been calculated, the impact of different service on WCI has been compared by the analyzing of high-reading contents.[Result/conclusion] The results showed that user information, resource search and information delivery take the relative important positions in the network, but only information delivery service has the highest impact on WCI, resource search, user information, interaction & consultation, and other service have little impact.  相似文献

��[Purpose/significance] Under the background of strengthening cultural self-confidence and promoting cultural prosperity, the promotion of traditional cultural audio books has emerged one after another. Carrying out research on the performance evaluation of traditional culture audio book reading promotion in a timely manner will help to find the main influencing factors of traditional culture audio book reading promotion, refine the realization channels of traditional culture audio book reading promotion and development, and provide assistance for carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.[Method/process] This paper analyzed the necessity of constructing the performance evaluation index system of traditional culture audio book reading promotion. Based on the performance prism model, it analyzed the influencing factors of traditional culture audio book reading promotion performance. Using Delphi method, Grey statistics and analytic hierarchy process to construct the traditional culture audio book reading performance evaluation index system and determine the weight.[Result/conclusion] This paper constructs a "traditional culture audiobook reading performance evaluation index system" consisting of 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators. Based on this, an empirical analysis of the traditional cultural audio book reading promotion of Himalayan FM is carried out. Finally, starting from the dimensions of content, form, resources, technology, characteristics, propaganda, etc., the promotion strategy of traditional culture audio book reading is proposed.  相似文献
