对未来我国铝工业发展的几点看法

本文对我国铝工业提出以下六点看法:政府要充分发挥宏观调控职能,建立现代企业制度;大型企业集团要建立产业链,增强抗风险能力;中小企业要发展强项、摒弃弱项,求精不求全;铝企业应与电厂签定长期供电合同;铝企业应合理利用有限的矿石资源,确保稳定发展;铝企业应建立稳定的客户群,巩固和发展国内市场。     

Time counts: Future time perspective, goals, and social relationships.

On the basis of postulates derived from socioemotional selectivity theory, the authors explored the extent to which future time perspective (FTP) is related to social motivation, and to the composition and perceived quality of personal networks. Four hundred eighty German participants with ages ranging from 20 to 90 yrs took part in the study. In 2 card-sort tasks, participants indicated their partner preference and goal priority. Participants also completed questionnaires on personal networks and social satisfaction. Older people, as a group, perceived their future time as more limited than younger people. Individuals who perceived future time as being limited prioritized emotionally meaningful goals, whereas individuals who perceived their futures as open-ended prioritized instrumental or knowledge-related goals. Priority of goal domains was found to be differently associated with the size, composition, and perceived quality of personal networks depending on FTP. Prioritizing emotion-regulatory goals was associated with greater social satisfaction and less perceived strain with others when participants perceived their future as limited. Findings underscore the importance of FTP in the self-regulation of social relationships and the subjective experience associated with them. The relationships among students' future-oriented goals and subgoals, perceived task instrumentality, and task-oriented self-regulation strategies in an academic environment.

The authors performed path analysis, followed by a bootstrap procedure, to test the predictions of a model explaining the relationships among students' distal future goals (both extrinsic and intrinsic), their adoption of a middle-range subgoal, their perceptions of task instrumentality, and their proximal task-oriented self-regulation strategies. The model was based on R. B. Miller and S. J. Brickman's (2004) conceptualization of future-oriented motivation and self-regulation, which draws primarily from social-cognitive and self-determination theories. Participants were 421 college students who completed a questionnaire that included scales measuring the 5 variables of interest. Data supported the model, suggesting that students' distal future goals (intrinsic future goals in particular) may be related to their middle-range college graduation subgoal, to their perceptions of task instrumentality, and to their adoption of proximal task-oriented self-regulation strategies. Present Status and Future Prospects of Laser Fusion Research at ILE Osaka University

Reviewed are the present status and future prospects of the laser fusion research at the ILE Osaka.The Gekko XII and Peta Watt laser system have been operated for investigating the implosion hydrodynamics,fast ignition, and the relativistic laser plasma interactions and so on.In particular,the fast ignition experiments with cone shell target have been in progress as the UK and US-Japan collaboration programs.In the experiments,the imploded high density plasmas are heated by irradiating 500 J level peta-watt laser pulse.The thermal neutron yield is found to increase by three orders of magnitude by injecting the peta-watt laser into the cone shell target.The Rayleigh-Taylor instability experiment results are also reviewed is this paper.     

中国石化低渗透油藏开发状况及前景

选择渗透率、油藏原始压力和油藏埋藏深度3个指标，结合中国石化已开发的286个低渗透油藏开发单元特点，将低渗透油藏细分并组合为深层高压特低渗透油藏、中深层常压特低渗透油藏、浅层低压特低渗透油藏、深层高压低渗透油藏、中深层常压低渗透油藏和浅层常压低渗透油藏6种主要类型，不同类型油藏开采特征差异较大。提出了加强储层和渗流机理研究、合理加密井网、实施精细注水、应用整体压裂改造和井筒提升技术、实施二氧化碳驱和天然气驱先导试验等改善低渗透油藏开发状况的思路，指出下一步应利用水平井和分支水平井开采各种类型低渗透油藏，提高油藏开发经济效益，开拓中国石化乃至中国低渗透油藏开发前景。
