This paper proposes an acknowledgement assistant inner loop power control (AILPC), which still obeys power control command from receiver with regard of power adjustment direction, but adopts a flexible adjustment step based on extra information from ACK feedback. Positive ACK feedback happening earlier reflects better signal strength at receiver, so when transmitter is instructed to decrease power, a larger adjustment step can be adopted. To evaluate AILPC's performance, link-level simulation platform emulating CDMA2000 1X Rev.E downlink is established. The wavelet packets based multicarrier (MC) multicode (MCD) code‐division multiple‐access (CDMA) transceiver consists of the MCD part, which ensures the transmission for high speed and flexible data rate; the MC part contributing to robustness to frequency‐selective fading and flexibility for handling multiple data rates; and wavelet packets (WPs) modulation technique, which contributes to the mitigation of the interference problems. As WPs have lower sidelobes compared with sinusoidal carriers, this system is very effective in reducing the problem of inter‐carrier interference. Of course, like any CDMA system, the system can suppress a given amount of interference. This paper considers an interference suppression scheme which will enhance the performance of the system. The receiver employs suppression filters to mitigate the effect of narrow‐band jammer interference. The framework for the system and the performance evaluation are presented in terms of the bit error rate and the outage probability over a Nakagami fading channel. Also, we investigate how the performance is influenced by various parameters, such as the number of taps of the suppression filter and the ratio of narrow‐band interference bandwidth to the spread‐spectrum bandwidth. In this paper, we propose three adaptive blind algorithms for multiuser multicarrier code division multiple‐access systems in multipath fading channels. The proposed adaptive blind receivers are based on the property of the discreteness of the input data symbol and are updated in every symbol interval. We also use the concept that the variance of the output signal approaches to the variance of the desired signal to get the cost function. The three proposed receiver structures are the traditional finite impulse response (FIR) structure, the despreading (DES) filter structure and the generalized sidelobe canceller (GSC) structure. The advantage of the FIR filter is that the length of the filter weights does not have to be the same length as the spreading code. For the DES filter, the combination of the adaptive weight and the despreading code has the simplest structure than the other two proposed receiver structures. The constrained GSC filter is superior to the other two proposed receiver structures in the environments dominated by multiple‐access interference. By this constraint, the blind GSC filter can guarantee to converge to the desired solution. In this paper, the performance of cognitive radio (CR) code division multiple access (CDMA) systems is analyzed. More precisely, CR users belong to a cognitive radio network (CRN), which coexists with a primary radio network (PRN). Both CRN and PRN are CDMA‐based, with colocated base stations. Soft hand off and power control are considered in both the CRN and the PRN. Upon the development of an accurate simulator for a representative three‐cell cellular scenario, we evaluate the performance of the proposed CR system in terms of outage probability, blocking probability and average data rate of secondary users. Three different spectrum sensing techniques are. Two new schemes, based on interference limit, are proposed and compared with an existing adaptive spectrum sensing scheme. Spectrum activity measurements and spectrum sharing decisions have been considered for evaluating the performance of the three schemes. The paper proposes a new CR‐CDMA networking model and a simulation testbed for evaluating performances of secondary users and primary users in terms of outage, blocking, BER and average data rate in the presence of soft hand‐off and power control. 针对可变扩频长度(VSL)的多速率DS/CDMA信号伪码周期的盲估计问题进行了研究,将一般单速率直扩信号二次功率谱伪码周期估计的方法扩展到多速率DS/CDMA模型。该方法首先将接收的多速率DS/CDMA信号进行采样,并对其求一次功率谱,再将一次谱作为输入信号作傅里叶变换并取模、平方,从而得到信号的二次功率谱。通过推导证明,多速率DS/CDMA信号的二次功率谱在扩频码周期的整数倍处出现尖锐的谱线,且不同速率用户的二次谱线幅度是不同的,利用这些幅度差异区分不同速率并通过估计谱线之间的距离即可获得不同速率信号的伪码周期。仿真表明该算法在低信噪比下适用,在-15 dB能够利用较少数据同时估计多组速率的伪码周期。 相似文献
