观察30例正常对照组14例冠心病心衰患者,20例冠心病心功能代偿期患者血清T3,T4,rT3,FT3,FT4,TSH的变化,结果:两组患者与对照组比较,均有T3下降rT3升高,尤以冠心病心衰患者表现更明显,同时伴T4及FT3下降,有显著性差异,3组之间FT4比较无差异。结果提示:测定冠心病患者血清甲状腺激素水平,有助于了解病情的严重程度及判断其预后。  相似文献

Axillary F-loop latencies (AFLL) were measured on median and ulnar nerves of 54 normal volunteers. The median and ulnar nerves were stimulated at the wrist and at the axilla 25cm distal to the sternal notch. The compound muscle action potentials were recorded from thenar and hypothenar muscles. Averaged tracings from 32 consecutive stimuli at the wrist were obtained. The averaged F-wave latencies were measured to the peak (Fwp) of the averaged F-wave. The M-wave latencies from wrist and axilla stimulation were measured to the onset of the wave (Mw and Ma, respectively). The averaged AFLL (a-AFLL) was calculated as (Fwp + Mw)-2 Ma. The average values of a-AFLL were 14.12 +/- 0.88msec for median nerve, and 13.97 +/- 0.90msec for ulnar nerve. There was no significant difference between male and female subjects, nor between the right and left sides. Seven subjects with EMG evidence of C8 or C8 to T1 radiculopathy, although manifesting normal AFLL gauged by the regular method (ie, measured to the onset of the shortest F-wave latency among eight tracings), had significantly longer "averaged AFLL" in both median and ulnar nerves of the affected side than the a-AFLL obtained from the normal side. It is concluded that the a-AFLL is a more sensitive measure than the "regular AFLL" in the assessment of proximal nerve lesion (especially C8 or C8 to T1 radiculopathy).  相似文献

应用非甾体抗炎药消炎痛(20mg/kg)抑制hCG 诱发的家兔排卵,注射后的6、9、12、72小时剖腹观察排卵数,并取材进行透射电镜观察和酶组织化学观察。甾体激素合成酶类的组织化学和颗粒细胞内某些细胞器的电镜立体定量学测定结果表明:消炎痛抑制了排卵,却不影响颗粒细胞向黄体细胞的转变。透射电镜观察表明:在排卵前,实验组和对照组最明显的不同是:实验组的外膜和白膜很少见到胶原溶解现象,且表面上皮细胞内含的致密小体不释放其内容物。结果提示:消炎痛主要作用于排卵前卵泡顶部的成纤维细胞和表面上皮细胞,这可能与其抑制了某些与排卵有关的酶的释放有关。  相似文献

Summary A behavioural test involving potentiation of the effects of an acute injection of -phenylethylamine (10 mg kg–1 i.p.) was used to assess the time-course of type-B MAO inhibition after administration of (–)deprenyl (5 mg kg–1 i.p.) and of MD 240928 (20 mg kg–1 i.p.) respectively. Potentiation of the effects of -phenylethylamine was observed 1 h after injection of (–)deprenyl or MD 240928. This effect was still evident 120 h after administration of (–)deprenyl but not 24 h after administration of MD 240928. Comparisons of ex vivo estimates of MAO activity yielded a corresponding time-course for the recovery of this enzyme. The extent of MAO inhibition required for potentiation of the effects of -phenylethylamine was inferred from a comparison of the behavioural test results and the ex vivo MAO activity observed after (–)deprenyl administration. These comparisons indicate a significant underestimation of MD 240928-induced MAO inhibition using ex vivo measures. This underestimation is interpreted as evidence fordilution effects in the ex vivo assay of MAO inhibition. The potentiation of effects of -phenylethylamine under the present conditions is proposed as a useful and simple test for effects of reversible type-B MAO inhibitors.  相似文献

Inapparent infection of hepatitis A virus   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
To detect inapparent infection with hepatitis A virus, serial sera were collected from patients with hepatitis A and their contacts in two waterborne epidemics in China. Epidemic 1 occurred in a rural village near Hangzhou during August 1978-January 1979, and epidemic 2 took place in a rural primary school in Pinghu County in Zhejiang in April-May 1985. These sera were tested for antibodies against hepatitis A virus (anti-HAV), serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) activity, and icteric index. Feces also were collected in epidemic 1 to test for hepatitis A virus antigen. Both anti-HAV immunoglobulin M (IgM) and total anti-HAV were assayed in sera from "healthy persons" (symptomless persons without icterus and with normal SGPT level) who were in close contact with hepatitis A patients. In epidemic 1, among 18 "healthy persons", 12 were anti-HAV IgM positive, two were immune, and four susceptibles escaped infection. In epidemic 2, among 32 "healthy children", three were anti-HAV IgM positive, five had been infected by hepatitis A virus in the past, and 24 were not infected. These results demonstrate that inapparent infections occur along with overt and subclinical infections during epidemics of hepatitis A. The proportions of inapparent, subclinical, and overt infections were, respectively, 34.3%, 45.7%, and 20% in epidemic 1, and 25%, 50%, and 25% in epidemic 2. In addition, hepatitis A virus particles were demonstrated in the feces of all infected subjects who were examined and who included all levels of clinical response. These particles were identified with immuno-electron microscopy and enzyme-linked immunoassay.  相似文献

目的 探索线上教学在技能操作教学中应用的教学效果和新思路。方法 选择2019年秋季学期、2020春季学期四川大学选修《生活中的急救:基本常识与技能》课程的151名学生为研究对象。2020年春季学期选修的77名学生作为试验组,2019年秋季学期选修的74名学生作为对照组。试验组依托线上平台进行急救技能线上学习,对照组采用传统教学。对比两组的教学效果和分析教学满意度。采用SPSS 23.0进行卡方检验和t检验。结果 两组学生在心肺复苏、止血包扎、骨折固定3项技能考核成绩中差异均无统计学意义[(8.65±0.81 vs. 8.69±0.90,P=0.750); (8.10±0.50 vs. 8.12±0.61,P=0.880);(8.21±0.89 vs.8.16±0.78,P=0.710)]。试验组参与问卷调查的学生中,59名(95.16%)学生认为本课程对处理日常生活急救有帮助,38名(61.29%)学生不希望将传统授课方式更改为线上教学。结论 线上教学在急救技能操作教学中的应用是可行的,能够达到同样的教学效果,为探索线上急救技能教学提供了新思路。  相似文献

目的 探讨基于雨课堂的混合式教学在护理教育学课程教学中的应用效果。方法 将2019年开课的护理本科教学班设为观察组(n=20),采用课堂教学与雨课堂平台线上学习相结合的混合式教学;将2018年同期开课、学生数量相同、实施传统课堂教学模式的教学班设为对照组(n=20)。应用SPSS 22.0进行统计学处理,采用独立样本t检验对两个班次学生的研讨课、模拟授课和课终理论考核成绩及对课程教学效果的评价进行分析。结果 两组学生的模拟授课成绩比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.21,P=0.834),观察组学生的研讨课成绩[91.18±1.20](t=3.09,P<0.05)和课终理论考试成绩[78.63±6.28](t=3.33,P<0.05)高于对照组,且信息检索和处理能力(t=-3.33,P<0.05)、发现问题能力(t=-2.17,P<0.05)、独立思考能力(t=-2.53,P<0.05)、知识整合能力(t=-3.86,P<0.001)、自主学习能力(t=-3.12,P<0.05)及对护理教师角色功能的认同感(t=-2.53,P<0.05)、主动学习的意识(t=-3.13,P<0.05)和终身学习的态度(t=-4.46,P<0.001)得分高于对照组。结论 基于雨课堂的混合式教学有利于学生探究学习能力的培养和对理论知识的深度学习,促进课程教学目标的有效达成。  相似文献
