The so-called Goto's model was modified by introducing a parameter of the oxygen efficiency from industrial trials, as well as the selected and newly re-assessed thermodynamic data. The application of the model to copper converters in Guixi Smelter has been carried out by the combination of thermodynamic calculations with the mass and heat balance using the plant data obtained in industrial trials for many heats. For the slag-making stage, good agreements have been reached betWeen the calculated and measured temperature, blowing time as well as the contents for main elements in the matte and the slag. Relativel}' large deviations for contents of Zn and Pb in the slag may be caused by the complex chemical composition of the real molten slag, which ma}; result in a large difference of γzn. and γPb,adopted with their real values. It is noted that the model can simulate the slag-making stage of copper converting process in industrial Pierce-Smith converters well. 相似文献

熔融物堆内滞留(IVR)是一项核电厂重要的严重事故管理措施,通过将熔融物滞留在压力容器内,以保证压力容器完整性,并防止某些可能危及安全壳完整性的堆外现象。对于高功率和熔池中金属量相对不足的反应堆,若下封头形成3层熔池结构,则其顶部薄金属层导致的聚焦效应可能对压力容器完整性带来更大的威胁。本文考虑通过破口倒灌及其他工程措施实现严重事故下熔池顶部水冷却,建立熔池传热模型,分析顶部注水的带热能力,建立事件树,分析顶部注水措施的成功概率及IVR的有效性。结果表明,通过压力容器内外同时水冷熔融物,能显著增强IVR措施的有效性。 相似文献

斯坦硅石(Steenstrupine),又称菱黑稀土矿,是一种十分少见的稀土矿物,其化学式为Na14Mn2(Fe,Mn)2 REE6ZrSi12O36(PO4)7·3H2O,目前主要报道于格陵兰岛南部的伊犁马萨克地区和科罗半岛的罗沃泽洛和希比内.斯坦硅石富含铀和稀土,著名的伊犁马萨克岩体中斯坦硅石REO含量31.5%~44.9%,平均35.9%,以轻稀土为主,含少量重稀土,U3O8含量0.2%~1%,Th含量很高,为0.5%,是生产铀、锆、铪、稀土等更有潜力的矿物,具有较高的价值.斯坦硅石形成主要与高钠质碱性岩浆有关,形成于锆石之前,Na2O含量在0~14%,各向异性环晶Na含量高于晶核,表明矿物对Na的二次富集.自然界斯坦硅石产出的三种类型,反映斯坦硅石的形成需要一定范围的温度和压力.斯坦硅石易被独居石、铀钍石取代,其非均质环带边主要有原生和次生两种解释. 相似文献

We have developed a very simple approach for preparing physically embedded gold cores in a temperature-responsive hydrogel polymer nanoparticle under fluorescent light irradiation. The complete encapsulation of the multiple gold core nanoparticles is confirmed by the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol, whose reactivity is significantly retarded above the lower critical solution temperature (LSCT) due to the deswelled polymer structure; its increased hydrophobicity slows the access of hydrophilic reactants to the cores. Since these gold cores are physically embedded in the polymer nanoparticles, further growth of the cores is reliably achieved in situ under light irradiation. Interestingly, the resulting composite nanoparticles exhibit reversible solution color changes as well as absorption bands from the visible to near-IR regions below and above the LSCT. 相似文献

La2−xBaxMo2O9−x/2 (x ≤ 0.18) have been prepared by solid state reaction method. The lattice parameter of La2−xBaxMo2O9−x/2 (x ≤ 0.18) determined by XRD data refinement shows a linear dependence on the dopant Ba content x. For the specimen with a La/Ba molar ratio of 0.18-0.2, additional reflection of secondary phase exists in the XRD pattern, so the value of solubility limit for Ba in La2Mo2O9 is defined in range of 0.18 < x < 0.2. As the replacement degree of La3+ by Ba2+ increases, the bulk conductivity of La2−xBaxMo2O9−x/2 (x ≤ 0.18) decreases initially and then increases, a minimum value at La1.9Ba0.1Mo2O8.95 exists. Hebb-Wagner studies in argon atmosphere, which use an oxide-ion blocking electrode, show that La2−xBaxMo2O9−x/2 (x ≤ 0.18) are predominantly oxide-ion conducting in the temperature ranging from 773 to 1173 K. The average thermal expansion coefficient of La1.84Ba0.16Mo2O8.92 determined by high-temperature XRD was deduced as great as 17.5 × 10−6 K−1 between 298 and 1173 K. 相似文献

The Wind Effect on the Transport and Burning of Firebrands 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Firebrands, controlling spot fires, are often responsible for fast damages in wildland and urban fires. However, the behaviours of firebrands are difficult to predict. In this study, we conduct experiments in a wind tunnel to investigate the effect of wind on the smouldering burning and transport of firebrands. Three different sizes of disc wood particles (weighing about 1 g) are heated to generate smouldering firebrands, and then blown out by a horizontal wind of 5 or 7 m/s. In each experiment the transport distance (in the order of 1 m) and mass loss of firebrands are measured to examine their burning behaviours. For the first time, a bimodal distribution (burning and extinction modals) is observed for small firebrands under certain wind speeds (firebrands of 12-mm diameter and 5-mm thickness under a wind speed of 7 m/s in this work). Both the firebrand transport distance and mass loss in the extinction modal are smaller than those in the burning modal. The heat transfer analysis shows that there is a critical wind speed to quench the firebrand and produce a bimodal distribution, and its value increases with both the particle size and the heating duration. The predicted critical wind speed agrees well with experimental measurements. 相似文献

本文采用SiO_2和KH560对水性紫外光(UV)固化木器涂料进行共同改性,通过优化工艺参数制备了水性UV固化木器涂层,并对涂层的力学性能(硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度)和光泽度进行了测试。发现当KH560含量为3.0%,SiO_2含量在2.0%左右,烘干温度为40℃,干燥时间为10min,用2盏UV灯辐射1 min时,水性UV固化木器涂层力学性能(硬度、附着力和抗冲击强度)良好。但是当SiO_2含量高于3.0%时水性UV固化木器涂层的力学性能反而下降。光泽度结果表明,水性UV固化涂层的光泽度与SiO_2含量成反比。当SiO_2的含量位于2.0%左右,水性UV固化木器涂层的光泽度呈现亚光。 相似文献
