滚子轴承滚道超精研机是我公司为适应客户对有凸度滚道超精研的需要,于近年来开发出的新型机床.新机型设计采用油石大往复小振荡技术,伺服电机驱动油石座滑板进行大往复运动,油石振荡头采用静压轴承的结构实现油石的振荡.即采用改变窄油石在滚道宽度内的往复速度和油石振荡频率,来实现有凸度滚道的超精研. 相似文献

针对目前波浪能发电成本高、结构复杂、能量转换效率低等问题,对波浪能发电的基本原理、新型发电装置及相关新技术进行了研究。具体对直线电磁型、压电型和电活性聚合物型波浪能发电装置进行了总结和分析,探究了点吸式、振荡水柱式、振荡摇摆式和筏式等波浪能捕获装置的工作原理、优缺点、适用场合和应用前景,特别对新型的波浪能发电技术—介电弹性体发电机进行了分析和探究;同时对波浪能发电技术的进一步发展提出了建议。研究结果表明,对比其他方式的波浪能捕获装置,基于介电弹性体的波浪能装置发电成本更低,结构更加简单,能量转换效率更高。 相似文献

针对现有手部康复训练装置结构复杂、便携性能差等问题,提出一种基于形状记忆合金弹簧的新型手部康复训练装置。该装置通过欠驱动模式,用单根记忆合金弹簧与多根普通弹簧驱动,实现了手部康复训练装置的小型化、便携化以及操作简易化。对形状记忆合金弹簧输出力与输出行程的关系进行了探究并实验验证;分析了指节输出力的影响因素;对比分析PID控制与模糊控制两种控制方式,使得装置的控制效率得到提升;对装置进行仿真及实验,验证了装置的合理性,为下一步装置的优化提供了基础。 相似文献

Surface examination of dry oscillating bearings reveals three different contact zones and indicates that various frictional behaviours take place during the process. The relation between wear and applied conditions such as load and amplitude of oscillation is obscured by the complex behaviour of most frictional materials. Studies of initial destruction, transfer and elimination are easier with materials that show simple behaviour. Friction and wear are governed by load-carrying third bodies transported in the contact. Transport was confirmed during observation through a hollow glass ring rubbing on a chalk sector. Wear debris motion explains the manner in which geometry modification occurs with time. Circumferential debris transport due to ring motion is modified at the centre of the sector where transverse flow takes place. The initial O-shaped sector can change into an ω configuration. Thus the calculation of wear or of eliminated material must allow for the new ω shape. The new shape also controls bearing clearance. The effects of load and oscillating motion on wear parameters are presented. More than one wear mechanism can exist in a single contact. 相似文献

以某装卸机械中的铰链四杆机构为例,提出了一种运动可靠性的计算方法。将原始杆长尺寸误差、铰链间隙误差及磨损量误差均视为随机变量,基于诸影响因素均服从正态分布的假设,对机构进行了运动可靠性分析数学模型及计算机编程计算。对"有效长度模型"理论进行改进,建立了连续接触的"有效长度模型"。根据Archard磨损理论,对机构进行运动及受力分析,建立新的运动副磨损模型。使用Matlab软件对实例进行编程计算,定量对比分析了上述因素对机构装卸手臂输出位移可靠度的影响程度。此方法不仅结果更加精确且更接近工程实际。 相似文献

Lateral motion and edge wear are measured on magnetic tape, and the relationship between tape edge wear and tape lateral motion is investigated. Instrumentation for measuring tape edge force is described. Tape edge force is measured at the tape guiding position using a force-calibrated cantilever spring and a linear optical probe. Typical measurements of tape lateral motion are given as a function of tape tension, tape direction, and path position. This paper presents a new tribometer developed for a study of the tribological behaviours of dental materials and hard tooth tissues. The device simulates oral kinematic conditions and the loading produced during masticatory process. The tribometer is similar to the existing devices regarding the kinematic features, i.e. it produces an adjustable oscillating movement. However, the device machine is equipped with a unique pneumatic system of loading controlled via computer by special software called TOOTHY. The programmable system allows easy adjusting of the loading parameters such as the magnitude of normal force and its amplitude or pattern of cyclic loading. In this way different combinations of loads can be applied thus making the investigation of different wear situations possible. The device has two full bridge strain gauges for the measurement of loading and friction forces, by which the coefficient of friction is determined.The use of the tribometer is illustrated by a comparative study of tribological behaviour of human enamel subjected to two- and three-body friction, and to two different loading patterns as well.
