通过分析常用的摆动从动件圆锥凸轮轮廓线曲率半径的设计误差,引入圆锥凸轮从动件运动轨迹的空间坐标表达式,利用偏离角的概念,建立无误差且便于对圆锥凸轮进行分析、设计和作图的3D理论轮廓展开线极坐标参数方程;推导得出基于从动件运动规律及凸轮基准极径的展开线曲率半径解析表达式,并由此建立最小允许的圆锥凸轮基准极径值关于许用曲率半径值的函数关系式;通过实例分析,绘制展开线上曲率半径的最小值随圆锥凸轮基准极径变化的关系曲线,从而确定圆锥凸轮的基本参数;与现有摆动从动件圆锥凸轮设计方法的比较印证了该方法的有效性,具有极大的理论价值。 相似文献

研究了在烟草机械清洗设备中使用的一种摆动支点可变的平底从动件凸轮连杆组合机构.该机构将摆动从动件的枢轴安装在轨迹方向可调的滑块上,从动件进行复杂的平面运动,其输出角度的运动范围可根据输出要求进行调整.为了综合该机构,首先,建立了相关模型;然后,采用反转法和包络理论,推导了凸轮轮廓坐标求解模型;最后,选择相应的从动件运动规律,计算相应的凸轮轮廓坐标,通过插值得到整个凸轮轮廓曲线.利用该过程设计了实例机构的运动凸轮,并通过运动仿真进行了验证.研究工作解决了实际装备的设计问题,也丰富了凸轮-连杆机构的设计理论. 相似文献

在高精度凸轮的设计过程中,需要实现凸轮实际轮廓曲面的精确设计.解析法虽然可以精确计算出凸轮廓线上各点的坐标值,但要得到完整的凸轮实际轮廓曲面,需要手工编制复杂的程序,尤其是在摆动滚子推杆盘形凸轮的设计过程中,对于凸轮理论轮廓曲面的等距偏移曲面的编程更为复杂.因此以摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构为例,提出了利用解析法结合Pro/E软件的参数化设计功能进行凸轮实际轮廓曲面的精确自动化设计新方法.这一方法可以大幅度提高解析法设计凸轮实际轮廓曲面的效率,从而为解析法在凸轮机构设计方面的广泛应用奠定了基础. 相似文献

For an assembled conjugate cam mechanism with two separate oscillating roller followers serving as a conjugation measuring
fixture, when the cams rotate, the variation of the subtending angle between the two follower arms can indicate the variation
of the cam profile errors. The profile errors of the assembled conjugate disk cams can be indirectly calculated by means of
the conjugate variation measurement and the inverse conjugate variation analysis. That is, if a pair of master conjugate cams
with known profile errors is available, by means of the measured subtending angle variations of the follower arms induced
by a pair of assembled conjugate cams that consists of one master cam and the other being the inspected cam, then the actual
profile of the inspected cam can be calculated by applying the inverse conjugate variation analysis. In order to verify the
presented concept, experiments meant to calculate the profile errors of a pair of machined conjugate cams were conducted to
compare with the measuring results obtained by using a coordinate measuring machine. The experimental results showed that
the calculated cam profiles were well consistent with those of the measured ones. The presented method can be an effective
alternative means for examining profile errors of assembled conjugate disk cams and could be useful for the quality control

A practical approach towards evaluating form deviations of 2D complex contour profiles from the coordinate measurement data
of discrete points is proposed. In this approach, a 2D complex contour is represented approximately by the combination of
straight line and circular arc segments under the condition of satisfying the prespecified interpolation accuracy. The form
deviation of a measured point is calculated relative to the approximate contour and the form deviation of the whole contour
is evaluated using either the minimum zone criterion (MZC) or the least squares criterion (LSC). It has been demonstrated
that the difference between the deviation definitions, one relative to the original contour and the other to the approximate
contour, is not larger than the prespecified accuracy value, i.e. the evaluation precision of the form deviation can be sufficiently
guaranteed. The effectiveness and the efficiency of the approach are verified with a practical example of a planar cam contour.
Moreover, a weighted LSC technique is proposed in order to obtain a rational evaluation result for the measured points with

A compound oscillatory roller reducer (CORR) with a first-stage gear transmission and a second-stage oscillatory roller transmission is presented.The transmission principle of oscillatory roller transmission is introduced,and the tooth profile equation of the inner gear is derived.The analytical model of mesh force considering the installation errors and manufacturing errors is proposed.Then,parametric studies considering different errors on the mesh force are con-ducted.Results show that the design parameters are significant factors for mesh force.The mesh force is reduced by 17% as the eccentricity of disk cam increases from 2.5 mm to 4 mm.When the radius of the movable roller increases from 7 mm to 20 mm,the mesh force decreases by 8%.As the radius of disk cam increases from 125 mm to 170 mm,the mesh force is decreased by 26.5%.For the impacts of errors,the mesh force has a noticeable fluctuation when these errors exist including the manufacturing error of disk cam,the installation error of disk cam and the manufactur-ing error of movable roller change.The prototype of the reducer is manufactured and preliminary run-in test proved the feasibility of the transmission principle. 相似文献
