近几年来,流形学习在模式识别、机器学习和数据挖掘等许多领域都受到了广泛的关注.但是,通常的流形学习方法对离群点缺乏鲁棒性.对此,提出了一种基于重构权的流形离群点检测方法.该方法在每个样本点构造局部"强"邻域,再利用局部重构权来计算每个样本点的可靠值,最后利用可靠值检测出离群点.该算法具有计算快、参数少、参数敏感性小等优点.基于此离群点检测方法,提出了鲁棒的Isomap算法.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效检测离群点,从而提高流形学习方法对离群点的鲁棒性. 相似文献

针对文本水印算法存在的信息量少和鲁棒性不强的特点,提出了一种新的文本水印嵌入方法.该方法提取出整个文档的汉字拼音,利用拼音的特点将文档进行分层,在各个层中通过字符水平缩放来嵌入水印.在嵌入过程中提出了一种安全的嵌入方法,将有意义的水印信息放在文本之外.实验结果表明该算法的有效载荷以及鲁棒性都得以提高. 相似文献

研究一种新的非线性控制结构.针对强非线性和不确定性高超音速飞行器,对跟踪性能和鲁棒性提出更高要求的特点,内环快回路通过动态逆的方法来设计,保证飞行器的性能,外环慢回路用轨迹线性化的方法进行跟踪控制;并提出了一种基于小脑模型关节控制器(Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller,CMAC)的神经网络自适应逆控制策略以提高系统的鲁棒性,对算法收敛条件和控制器稳定性进行了证明.最后利用改进设计方案在高超音速飞行条件下进行仿真验证.仿真结果表明整个控制系统具有很好的跟踪性能和鲁棒性. 相似文献

针对高超声速飞行器数学模型的不确定性,提出基于逆奈氏阵列法设计预补偿器和定量反馈理论设计控制器相结合的方法。该方法首先对相互关联的飞行器三通道进行预补偿,使开环前向通道的逆传递函数矩阵成为对角优势阵。然后根据某型号飞行器俯仰通道多个模型参数变化范围,利用定量反馈理论进行鲁棒控制器设计。线性和非线性仿真结果表明,该方法跟踪效果良好,具有较强的工程应用价值。 相似文献

Many engineering problems can be categorized into constrained optimization problems (COPs). The engineering design optimization problem is very important in engineering industries. Because of the complexities of mathematical models, it is difficult to find a perfect method to solve all the COPs very well. \(\varepsilon \) constrained differential evolution (\(\varepsilon \)DE) algorithm is an effective method in dealing with the COPs. However, \(\varepsilon \)DE still cannot obtain more precise solutions. The interaction between feasible and infeasible individuals can be enhanced, and the feasible individuals can lead the population finding optimum around it. Hence, in this paper we propose a new algorithm based on \(\varepsilon \) feasible individuals driven local search called as \(\varepsilon \) constrained differential evolution algorithm with a novel local search operator (\(\varepsilon \)DE-LS). The effectiveness of the proposed \(\varepsilon \)DE-LS algorithm is tested. Furthermore, four real-world engineering design problems and a case study have been studied. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is a very effective method for the presented engineering design optimization problems. 相似文献

In this paper the harmony search (HS) algorithm and Lyapunov theory are hybridized together to design a stable adaptive fuzzy tracking control strategy for vision-based navigation of autonomous mobile robots. The proposed variant of HS algorithm, with complete dynamic harmony memory (named here as DyHS algorithm), is utilized to design two self-adaptive fuzzy controllers, for $x$ -direction and $y$ -direction movements of a mobile robot. These fuzzy controllers are optimized, both in their structures and free parameters, such that they can guarantee desired stability and simultaneously they can provide satisfactory tracking performance for the vision-based navigation of mobile robots. In addition, the concurrent and preferential combinations of global-search capability, utilizing DyHS algorithm, and Lyapunov theory-based local search method, are employed simultaneously to provide a high degree of automation in the controller design process. The proposed schemes have been implemented in both simulation and real-life experiments. The results demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed design strategy and shows overall comparable performances, when compared with two other competing stochastic optimization algorithms, namely, genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization. 相似文献

If production trade‐offs—which represent simultaneously feasible exchanges in the inputs and outputs of decision‐making units (DMUs)—are added to an integer production possibility set (IPPS), a new IPPS is produced; conventional axioms of production do not generate a new IPPS, however. This paper develops the axiomatic foundation for data envelopment analysis (DEA) for integer‐value inputs and outputs in the presence of production trade‐offs by introducing a new axiom of “natural trade‐offs.” First, a mixed‐integer linear programming formula called an integer DEA trade‐off (IDEA‐TO) is presented for computing efficiency scores and reference points. The numeration algorithm (NA) method presented in this concept is improved, and an improved numeration algorithm (INA) method for solving integer DEA (IDEA) models is developed. 文章利用数论中的佳点集理论和方法,给出了遗传算法初始种群生成的一种具有良好多样性的均匀分布设计.通过对遗传算法机理的研究,发现初始种群的分布状态不仅直接关系到遗传算法的全局收敛性,还影响算法的搜索效率,所以对初始种群进行科学合理设定是应用遗传算法进行寻优计算的一个重要问题.基于优化设计思想,提出应用佳点集均匀设计方法确定遗传算法的初始种群.这种方法具有简单易行、种群多样性好、更适合多维情况等特点,实验结果验证了该方法可以有效地改善算法的全局收敛性,提高搜索效率. 相似文献
