为解决椭圆滤波器通带纹波较大的问题,设计了一种基于双二阶的椭圆窄带带通滤波器,滤波器由3个双二阶构造的带阻滤波器级联实现,滤波器中心频率11kHz,带宽2kHz,通带纹波不超过1dB,阻带衰减不小于30dB每倍频程。滤波器功耗不超过30mW,满足水下引信接收机长时间工作的要求。  相似文献

文中使用了一种较为简单但非常实用的设计方法,采用四节八晶体差接桥型电路,设计和研制出了一种小型化低损耗中等带宽的石英晶体滤波器。该产品的中心频率为10.7 MHz,通带带宽属中等,阻带抑制要求较高,插入损耗较小,矩形系数小,晶体滤波器外形尺寸偏小。解决的关键技术问题是:晶体滤波器电路的设计,滤波器晶体谐振器的设计,滤波器的插损IL≦3 dB、3 dB带宽Bw3dB≥±19 kHz、通带波动≦1 dB、阻带衰减≥60 dB(偏离中心频率50 kHz以外)等技术指标的实现。  相似文献

针对通信与信号处理系统中对滤波器多样性的需求,分析了MAXIM公司推出的能灵活设计各种类、各频段滤波器的连续时间、有源滤波器芯片MAX274,并对其设计滤波器的原理进行了推导。以设计一个中心频率为125 kHz的八阶Bessel有源带通滤波器为例,给出了滤波器软件设计方法。最后为检验基于MAX274滤波器的性能,将该设计做成电路板,并用滤波器特性检测系统检验其频谱特性,实际测试结果表明该滤波器的设计频率具有精确度高、成本低等特性。  相似文献

采用SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺设计实现了一款3阶有源RC复数滤波器.该滤波器适用于无线传感网射频接收机.滤波器中心频率为3MHz,带宽为250kHz/500kHz/1MHz/2MHz可配置,仿真结果显示,滤波器通带增益约为10dB,镜像抑制大于35dB,噪声系数小于45dB,三阶交调点(IIP3)优于28.5dBm,消耗电流为0.9mA.经仿真验证,该设计各项性能均满足无线传感网射频接收机要求.  相似文献

本文是以井下闭环钻井系统中的信息传输为背景设计的,通过大量的试验总结出信号传输的最佳频率为10kHz,因此设计以10kHz为中心频率的IIR带通滤波器。利用MATLAB的FDAtool信号处理工具箱进行仿真分析,得出带通滤波器的最佳种类和参数。并根据状态方程,在单片机中,利用C语言编程对信号实现实时滤波,该滤波器具有计算量小、运算简单的特点,因此非常适合单片机进行实时处理。实验结果表明该滤波器对干扰信号具有很好的滤波效果。  相似文献

介绍了一种应用于传感器的高线性度低功耗全差分4阶贝塞尔开关电容滤波器.该滤波器的运算放大器为输出AB类运算放大器,通过AB类运算放大器以及开关电容共模反馈的设计,降低了功耗.在运算放大器中设计了线性跨导环,并通过对电路的拓扑结构进行优化,提高了滤波器的线性度.测试结果表明,在采样频率为1 MHz下,该滤波器的截止频率为10.05 kHz.在输入信号频率为1 kHz,输出信号的总谐波失真(THD)为-89 dB(摆幅为2 V),功耗为5.54 mW,达到了高线性度、低功耗的设计要求.  相似文献

设计了一种用于数字语音处理的插值滤波器。该滤波器利用多项插值原理,对采样率为44.1kHz,分辨率为16bit的输入音频信号(PCM码)进行128倍过采样。在Matlab下完成系统仿真后,采用Verilog对滤波器进行功能描述,并利用ModelSim工具进行仿真。仿真结果表明能够满足设计性能要求。  相似文献

This letter proposes a band‐pass filter (BPF) with two transmission zeros based on a combination of parallel coupling and end coupling of half‐wave transmission lines. The fabricated BPF exhibited a narrow bandwidth and two transmission zeros near the pass‐band due to the end‐coupled and shielding waveguide. At the center operation frequency of 60 GHz, the 20 dB bandwidth of the BPF is 1.0 GHz, which is almost 2% of the center operation frequency, and the insertion loss is 3.12 dB. Two transmission zeros reach approximately 40 dB at 58.5 and 62.5 GHz. The simulation results almost agree with the measured results.  相似文献

A compact ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) with notched band has been proposed and implemented in this letter. H-shaped slot is studied and adopted to tighten the coupling of inter-digital capacitor in order to improve the BPF's performance. Three pairs of tapered defected ground structures (DGS) are formed to assign their transmission zeros towards the out of band signal, thereby suppressing the spurious passband. Combining these two structures we obtain a small sized UWB BPF. Meander line slot is developed to reject the undesired wireless local-area network (WLAN) radio signals. An experimental UWB filter with notched band was fabricated with 35% less length as compared to an embedded open-circuited stub. The measured BPF insertion loss is less than 1.0 dB throughout the pass band of 2.8 to 10.8 GHz, the variation of group delay less than 0.20 ns in this band except for the notched band, and a wide stopband bandwidth with 20 dB attenuation up to at least 20.0 GHz.  相似文献

设计了一个具有3个有限传输零点的小型化高阻带抑制三阶带通滤波器(BPF)。采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术实现了一个中心频率在2.45GHz、带宽100MHz的带通滤波器,且具有优良的带外抑制性能,输入、输出驻波比低于1.12。通过在每个谐振腔上增加一个小型电感,在带外产生了多个有限传输零点,零点的位置可通过控制电感值的大小轻松移动。整个滤波器的外形尺寸为3.2mm×2.5mm×1.5mm,满足1210型号封装要求。  相似文献

This paper presents a general‐purpose design scheme of a filter bank (FB)–based radio frequency (RF) transceiver that operates across the entire ultra‐high frequency (UHF) TV band from 470 MHz to 698 MHz and complies with the TV white space (TVWS) regulatory requirements. To this end, an intermediate frequency (IF) band‐pass filter (BPF) with a sharp skirt characteristic is considered as a solution for handling the incoming signals from a baseband modem. Specifically, an FB‐based BPF structure with four ceramic resonator filters that effectively rejects unwanted signals is proposed to extract a desired signal in the TV band. Achievable data rates of a cognitive radio system (CRS) employing the proposed FB‐based RF transceiver at the application layer are investigated in both wired and wireless environments. The service coverage of the CRS network is measured according to several modulation and coding schemes (MCSs) of the CRS. The results show that the coverage of a wireless network in a nearly open area can be extended by more than 9.3 km in the TVWS. Experimental results also confirm that the proposed FB‐based RF transceiver is adequate for utilization in TVWS applications.  相似文献

In this paper, a new parallel-coupled-line microstrip band pass filter (BPF) improving the harmonic suppression performance of the second harmonic signal (2f/sub o/, twice the passband frequency) is described. It is found that the desired passband performance is improved and the harmonic passband signal is diminished by enforcing the consecutive patterns in coupled-line and increasing the number of grooves to the optimum values. The recalculation of design parameters such as space-gap between lines, line widths and lengths is not required due to the simple modification of the conventional filter by inserting periodic patterns. To evaluate the validity of this novel technique, order-3 Butterworth BPF centered at 2.5 GHz with a 10% fractional bandwidth (FBW) and order-5 Chebyshev BPF centered at 10 GHz with a 15% FBW were used. When five and three square grooves are used, over 30-dB suppression at second harmonic signal is achieved in simulation and experiment. Finally, the comparison between the characteristics of filters with square and semicircular periodic grooves has been carried out by using the simulated results.  相似文献

根据复合左右手传输线(CRLH TLs)在实现双频微波器件领域的独特优势,设计实现了一个微带结构双频带通滤波器(BPF)。通过设计CRLH TLs的参数,可以任意选取双频滤波器两个通带的中心频率。文中给出了一个中心频率为1.47GHz和2.3GHz的双频带通滤波器设计实例,并通过仿真和实验结果验证设计方法的有效性。利用CRLH TLs设计双频器件,可以在实现双频工作同时保持结构的紧凑性,具有很好的工程应用价值。  相似文献

This letter presents a low-power active bandpass filter (BPF) at K-band fabricated by the standard 0.18 mum 1P6M CMOS technology. The proposed filter is evolved from the conventional half-wavelength resonator filter, using the complementary-conducting-strip transmission line (CCS TL) as the half-wavelength resonator. Furthermore, the complementary MOS cross-couple pair is proposed as a form of current-reuse scheme for achieving low-power consumption and high Q-factor simultaneously. The simulated results indicate that the Q-factor of the proposed half-wavelength resonator can be boosted from 9 to 513 at 25.65 GHz compared with the resonator enhanced by the nMOS cross-couple pair to Q-factor of merely 43 under the same power consumption. The proposed active BPF of order two occupies the chip area of 360 mum times 360 mum without contact pads. The measured results show that the center frequency of the active BPF is 22.70 GHz and a bandwidth of 1.68 GHz (7.39 %). The measured P1 dB and noise figure at 22.70 GHz are -7.65 dBm and 14.05 dB, respectively. There is a 56.84 dB suppression between the fundamental tone and the second harmonic when the input power is -11.26 dBm. While showing 0 dB loss and some residual gain, the active BPF consumes 2.0 mA at 1.65 V supply voltage with maximum of 0.15 dB insertion loss and 9.96 dB return loss at pass band.  相似文献

In this paper, we demonstrate a novel multi-service wired/wireless integrated access architecture of cloud radio access network (C-RAN) based on radio-over-fiber passive optical network (RoF-PON) system, which utilizes scalable multiple-frequency millimeter-wave (MF-MMW) generation based on tunable optical frequency comb (TOFC). In the baseband unit (BBU) pool, the generated optical comb lines are modulated into wired, RoF and WiFi/WiMAX signals, respectively. The multi-frequency RoF signals are generated by beating the optical comb line pairs in the small cell. The WiFi/WiMAX signals are demodulated after passing through the band pass filter (BPF) and band stop filter (BSF), respectively, whereas the wired signal can be received directly. The feasibility and scalability of the proposed multi-service wired/wireless integrated C-RAN are confirmed by the simulations.  相似文献

伴随着无线通信技术日新月异的发展,人们对宽频带、高速率、大容量通信系统的需求也日益增大.毫米波由于自身具有波长短、传输容量大等优点,日益受到研究人员的广泛关注和青睐.本文针对42GHz频段点对点高速通信应用,设计研制了该频段的毫米波接收机前端.该前端由三级低噪声放大器(LNA)、一级混频器和一个基片集成波导(siw)镜像抑制滤波器构成.射频(RF)信号工作在40.8GHz~ 42.8GHz频段内,中频(IF)固定在3.5GHz.测试结果显示,在工作频段内其变频增益大于15dB,射频输入功率ldB增益压缩点不低于-30dBm,接收机前端的噪声系数(NF)小于6dB.  相似文献
