目的:探讨慢性扁桃体炎患者经Nd:YAG激光治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点及临床意义.方法:采用流式细胞仪检测正常健康人及慢性扁桃体炎患者激光治疗前后外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)水平.结果:慢性扁桃体炎患者外周血中CD 3、CD 4及CD 4/CD 8均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),CD 8细胞则明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05).经激光治疗后,CD 3、CD 4及CD 4/CD 8水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),达到正常对照组水平(P>0.05),CD 8水平则较治疗前下降(P<0.01),接近正常对照组水平(P>0.05).结论:慢性扁桃体炎患者机体细胞免疫功能受到抑制,导致机体免疫力下降.而通过Nd:YAG激光治疗提高了机体的免疫力,而且对机体损伤小,同时减少了复发次数,避免了手术摘除. 相似文献

目的 :探讨Nd :YAG激光对咽部疾病的治疗疗效。方法 :对我院 2 0 0 0年 1月 -2 0 0 3年 3月间Nd :YAG激光治疗的咽部病变 85 3例进行回顾性分析 ,并对激光与药物、手术等治疗方法分析。结果 :咽炎 (增生型 )激光治疗可以达到 95 %的治愈率 ,对扁桃体炎或上感所致的发热可以通过激光扁桃体照射、漂白达到一次性热退 ,对于扁桃体术后所致的特殊原因出血 ,用药物及手术无法解决的 ,可以用激光治疗 ,特别是对扁桃体肿大所致鼾症及扁桃体炎并发症 ,更具有使病人痛苦小、经济、疗效快、治愈率高的独特优点 相似文献

目的:探讨Ho:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效和特点.方法:采用Ho:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿745例,峰值能量0.3~0.5J/脉冲,脉冲频率15~20Hz,平均功率6~10W,使其凝固后进行气化治疗.结果:745例患者经一次激光治疗,均达到治愈效果.愈后瘢痕无或极小.随访3~6月无复发.结论:采用Ho:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿手术时间短,操作简便,定位准确,止血效果好,对周围组织损伤轻.创面愈合快.比目前常用的其他激光治疗(CO2激光,Nd:YAG激光,闪光灯泵浦染料激光,可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光等)疗效更佳. 相似文献

目的:探讨Nd∶YAG激光和传统根尖外科手术治疗窦道型根尖周炎的疗效差异。方法:将54例窦道型根尖周炎的患牙随机分成Nd∶YAG激光治疗组和传统根尖外科手术治疗组,在Nd∶YAG激光治疗组中,将Nd∶YAG激光光纤头沿瘘管插入根尖,然后缓慢旋转后退照射瘘管避,重复照射3次,并配合生理盐水冲洗。传统根尖外科手术组采用手术治疗患牙。分别对两组患牙进行术后48h反应情况、术后10天情况和术后3个月情况进行复查。结果:术后48hNd∶YAG激光处理组的术后反应明显较常规手术组轻(P=0.000)。两组数据有显著差异性。术后10天Nd∶YAG激光处理组和常规手术组在术后10天的疗效相同(P=0.655)。术后3个月Nd∶YAG激光处理组和常规手术组的疗效相同(P=0.541)。结论:Nd∶YAG激光在治疗窦道型根尖周炎方面与传统根尖外科手术相比在治疗效果方面没有明显差异,且Nd∶YAG激光治疗后,患牙的术后不适反应更轻,因Nd∶YAG激光在治疗过程中的创伤更小,更加安全,所以其临床适用范围较传统根尖外科手术更广,值得推广。 相似文献

The temperature dependence of refractive index of polymer films was determined for a number of slab waveguides by a grating coupling method. This dependence was examined as a function of parameters such as molecular weight and glass transition temperature of the polymer. Temperature-induced changes in N TE-N TM , N being the effective index, were studied systematically for different slab waveguide compositions. Assuming that visual responses are due to the action of particles on the membrane of the visual cells, the stochastic variability of the response should be a function of the number of particles producing it. Quantitative predictions can be made with the aid of a model proposed in previous articles. It is found that responses produced in visual cells of Limulus by absorption of a single photon have the stochastic properties which would be expected if the response to one photon were brought about by 25 particles. It is concluded from this that the processes leading to visual responses produce multiplication of particles. The effects of temperature and of metabolic poisons suggest that these processes are of chemical nature. 相似文献
