| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光对慢性咽炎的治疗疗效。方法:对我院2004年-2005年12月间Nd:YAG激光治疗的慢性咽炎250例进行分析,并对激光与药物、手术等治疗方法分析。结果:慢性咽炎(增生型、且用药物治疗无效)激光治疗可以达到95%的治愈率,Nd:YAG激光治疗慢性咽炎的优点是:手术简便、病人痛苦小、疗效高、费用低、术后反应轻、并发症少等独特优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of Nd-YAG laser in treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods:Authors analysed 250 cases with chronic pharyngitis that received Nd-YAG laser treatment during the period of 2004-2005,meantime combination laser with medicine,or with surgery.Results:Cure rate of chronic pharyngitis(proferation type,or no response to any medicine) by using of Nd-YAG laser could reach 95%.Advantages of this method are manueur simple,economic,excellent,high cure rate,with little pain and complications and etc. |
