铑—1—(2—吡啶偶氮)萘酚络合吸附波测定微量铑   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
铑和 1- (2 -吡啶偶氮 )萘酚 (PAN)在 p H=5.0 0的邻苯二甲酸氢钾—氢氧化钠介质中生成具有电活性的络合物 ,在单扫示波极谱 - 0 .6 7V(vs.SCE)处呈现良好极谱还原波 .该波二阶导数峰高与铑的浓度在 2 .3× 10 -8~ 4 .8× 10 -7mol· L-1和 4 .8× 10 -7~ 9.7× 10 -6mol· L-1范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 7.6× 10 -9mol· L-1,并成功的用于贵金属合成样及合金样品中铑含量的测定 .实验结果表明该极谱波属络合吸附波  相似文献

0.5 mol·L-1的一氯乙酸和0.1 g·L-1的十二烷基磺酸钠溶液中,邻菲啰啉有一灵敏极谱峰,其峰电位是-0.75 V(vs.SCE).峰电流与邻菲啰啉的浓度在4.0×10-7~3.8×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.998 5),检测下限为2.0×10-7mol·L-1.利用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究了邻菲啰啉的电化学性质.  相似文献

在pH 10.8的含NO-2的NH3/NH4Cl缓冲液中,使用单扫描示波极谱仪测定了α-联呋喃甲醛二肟与钴(Ⅱ)在-1.18 V处形成的灵敏的络合吸附波,此方法用于测定维生素B12针剂中痕量钴的含量,结果满意.其一阶导数峰峰电流与Co2+浓度在4×10-10 g·mL-1~4×10-8 g·mL-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2×10-10 g·mL-1.使用不同电化学方法对该极谱波的性质进行了研究,表明该极谱波是一具有催化作用的络合吸附波,电极过程不可逆.  相似文献

研究了pH为 5 0的醋酸 醋酸钠介质中存在大量锌时 ,镉和钴在丁二酮肟 柠檬酸钠 氯化铵体系中的络合物吸附波 .结果表明 ,镉、钴峰电位分别为 - 0 79V和 - 0 93V ,线性范围分别为 0 0 0 5~ 5mg·L- 1 和 0 0 0 0 1~ 0 1mg·L- 1 ,检测限分别为 4 0× 1 0 - 8mol·L- 1 和 8 1× 1 0 - 1 0 mol·L- 1 .该方法具有不经预处理可直接用于锌电解液中微量镉、钴同时测定的优点 .分析了电活性络合物的组成、极谱波性质和电极过程机理 .镉、钴与丁二酮肟 (DMG)的络合比均为 1∶2 ,Cd(DMG) 2 和Co(DMG) 2 络合物均表现出强的吸附特性 ,且前者吸附性更强 ,峰电流主要由络合物中心离子Cd(Ⅱ )和Co(Ⅱ )还原为Cd和Co产生 ,极谱波均为络合物吸附波  相似文献

用单扫示波极谱法研究了2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮在不同浓度H2SO4介质中的极谱行为。实验表明,在0.2mol·L-1的H2SO4介质中其二阶导数峰电位为-1.01V(vs.SCE),峰电流与其浓度在2.5×10-8mol·L-1~1.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内有线性关系,线性方程为ip″(nA·s-2)=116.3+4.559×108c(mol·L-1),(r=0.9985)。循环伏安研究表明,该极谱波为吸附波。  相似文献

用线性扫描极谱法研究了雷公藤内酯酮在不同缓冲体系和氧化剂作用下的极谱催化波。实验表明,在pH=5.20的B-R缓冲溶液、0.1mol·L-1KCl和4.0×10-3mol·L-1H2O2体系中,雷公藤内酯酮极谱催化波的一阶导数峰电位为-0.97V(vs.SCE);一阶导数峰电流与浓度在1.3×10-8mol·L-1~1.3×10-7mol·L-1范围内有较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9912。初步讨论了电极反应机理。  相似文献

以桑色素(Morin)为配位体,研究了Zn(Ⅱ)与其形成的配合物在汞电极上的极谱行为和极谱波的性质,确定了Zn(Ⅱ)-Morin配合物的组成.在pH=4.7的0.1 mol·L-1HAc-NaAc底液中,Zn(Ⅱ)-Morin配合物在2.0次微分极谱图上产生良好的吸附还原波.其峰电位为-1.14 V,峰电流与Zn2+在7.5×10-8~4.3×10-6 mol·L-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系,最低检出限为7.5×10-8 mol·L-1.用于实际样品测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用硫化铵快速分解硫磺试样,在16.56 mol·L-1NH3·H2O-0.21 mol·L-1酒石酸钠-3.01×10-4mol·L-1Pb-1.50×10-2mol·L-1EDTA-0.12mol·L-1Na2SO3-3.2×10-4mol·L-1HNO3体系中以催化极谱法测定微量碲.极谱峰电位为-1.10V(VS·SCE).碲浓度在4~100ng/mL-1范围内与峰电流有良好的分段线性关系.检出下限为4ng·mL-1.方法的RSD为1.9%~2.3%,加标回收率为90.10%~96.00%.该法操作简便快速,用于硫磺样品的测定结果满意.  相似文献

在 0 .1mol·L- 1NH3 NH4 Cl (pH 9.8)缓冲溶液中 ,甲氨蝶呤在单扫示波极谱上有一灵敏的导数极谱峰 ,峰电位Ep=- 0 .83V(vs .SCE) .峰电流ip 与甲氨蝶呤的浓度在 5 .4× 10 - 8~ 6.5× 10 - 6 mol·L- 1范围内成线性关系 ,检出限为 4 .33× 10 - 8mol·L- 1.基于此建立了单扫示波极谱测定甲氨蝶呤的新方法 ,用于市售药片的测定 ,回收率在 92 .9%~ 10 6.8%之间 ,结果令人满意 .用线性扫描和循环伏安法研究了体系的电化学行为及电极反应机理 ,实验表明 ,甲氨蝶呤的还原属于具有吸附性的准可逆过程 ,并伴随 2个电子、2个氢离子参与电极反应 .  相似文献

研究雷酚内酯在多种体系中的极谱行为。实验表明 ,在不同体系和不同pH范围 ,雷酚内酯产生两个还原波 ,其峰电流和峰电位受酸度影响的情况不同 ,而在B -R缓冲体系条件下 ,峰电流明显受溶液酸度的影响 ,但峰电位基本上保持不变 ;在pH =6.1的B -R缓冲溶液中 ,雷酚内酯的两峰电位分别为 -0 .1 1V和-1 .1V(vs.SCE) ,两峰的峰电流与雷酚内酯的浓度在 3 .1 2 9× 1 0 - 6 mol·L- 1~ 3 .1 2 9× 1 0 - 5mol·L- 1的范围内成良好的线性关系 ,线性回归方程分别为iP′(nA·s- 1) =3 1 1 6+2 .447× 1 0 7c(mol·L- 1) (r =0 .9994)和iP′(nA·s- 1) =1 3 5 2 +4 .83 3× 1 0 7c(mol·L- 1) (r =0 .9993 ) ;循环伏安研究表明 ,两波都是不可逆吸附波  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
