闽产蓬蘽果实营养成分及其利用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对福建产蓬蘽果实营养成分的分析结果表明:蓬蘽果实氨基酸含量为22.90mg/g.FW,至少含有16种氨基酸,包括6种人体必需氨基酸,且必需氨基酸的配比基本符合FAO模式.SOD含量高达262.49 u/g.FW;矿质元素含量丰富,尤其是Fe、Mn、Zn等;种子油中脂肪酸绝大部分是不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸(62.20%)、亚麻油酸(20.53%)较丰富.此外,含丰富糖类、蛋白质、有机酸、维生素等营养成分.因此,蓬蘽果实有较高的营养价值和医疗保健功效,具较大的开发利用潜力.  相似文献

对地菍(Melastoma dodecandrum Lour)果实的营养成分分析表明:果实含水量为87.18%;总糖含量为3.28%,其中绝大多数为还原糖;每100 g维生素C为2.4 mg;粗蛋白为6.13%;氨基酸总量为9.97 mg/g.FW,其中至少含7种人体必需氨基酸,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的24.58%.矿质元素含量丰富,特别是Ca、Fe、Zn含量较高.种子油以不饱和脂肪酸为主,亚油酸含量高达83.62%.因此,地菍的果实具有一定的开发价值.  相似文献

用自动定氮仪、氨基酸自动分析仪分析测定苦瓜 (Momordica charantia L .) 5个品种 (当地栽培苦瓜、长白苦瓜、长白 1号苦瓜、 89- 1苦瓜、 92 - 2苦瓜 )的干物质含量、维生维 C含量、可溶性糖含量、蛋白质和氨基酸、矿物质含量及其种子的蛋白质含量。结果表明 ,苦瓜果实含干物质 6 %~ 7% ,品种间的差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;每 10 0 g嫩苦瓜中含维生素 C6 0~ 80 mg,可溶性糖 1.0 8~ 1.5 5 mg,品种间的差异都不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;苦瓜果实的蛋白质含量为 1.3%~ 1.8%、总氨基酸含量为 1.3%~ 1.5 % ,种子蛋白质含量高达 39%~4 5 % ,各种成分相对含量有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,不同品种之间存在蛋白质多态性变化。苦瓜种子的营养价值很高。  相似文献

【目的】研究棕榈花苞的营养价值,为其生物活性功能成分的提纯和活性探究提供基础数据,并为棕榈花苞资源的综合开发利用提供参考依据。【方法】以蓓蕾期棕榈花苞为原料,对棕榈花苞的基本营养成分及功能性成分进行测定,并同常见的可食用树花(桂花、槐花)的营养成分进行对比分析和评价。【结果】新鲜棕榈花苞中蛋白质含量达0.050 8 g/g,含粗纤维0.011 6 g/g、粗脂肪0.003 7 g/g、维生素C(VC)0.18 mg/g等,同时富含钙、钾等矿物质元素成分及17种氨基酸,其中人体必需氨基酸占全部氨基酸的25.82%,增香型氨基酸占38.49%,功能成分中含总酚12.664 mg/g、总黄酮11.032 mg/g、粗多糖4.605 mg/g。【结论】与其他森林蔬菜对比分析显示,棕榈花苞营养成分十分丰富,具有高蛋白、低脂肪的营养优点,功效成分含量很高,是一种宝贵的可食用森林资源,符合现代健康食品的要求,可进一步开发其营养保健价值。  相似文献

刺梨为蔷薇科落叶丛生的野生灌木.在它的果实中,含有众多的碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪以及人体需要的矿物质元素、维生素等成份,特别是维生素C含量可达2200mp/100g~2500mg/100g,是其它水果远不能与之相媲美的.但由于刺梨中丹宁等的含量较高,果肉比较酸涩,生食不宜上口,为此可以先将其加工成刺梨果汁,然后再用葡萄原酒1掺和成刺梨葡萄酒.  相似文献

对白花刺蔷薇的种子和果实形态与化学成分含量进行了研究测定。结果表明:①白花刺蔷薇果实红色,长1.5~2.5 cm,径0.8~1.0 cm,内含种子1~12粒不等,种子外包白色薄膜;种子近似卵形,种皮土黄色或褐色。种子尺寸为4.58 mm×2.21 mm,单粒质量12.82 mg。②白花刺蔷薇种子总糖质量分数为124.2mg/g,高于粗脂肪(71.0 mg/g)、灰分(16.5 mg/g)、可溶性糖(11.7 mg/g)、蛋白质(1.7 mg/g)、游离氨基酸(0.2 mg/g)等其他内含物含量。③白花刺蔷薇果实中总糖质量分数为44.6 mg/g,明显高于酒石酸(4.5 mg/g)、苹果酸(4.0 mg/g)、单宁(3.3 mg/g)、赖氨酸(4.1 mg/g)、色氨酸(1.8 mg/g)、游离氨基酸(0.4 mg/g)、蛋白质(1.2 mg/g)等内含物的含量;Vc的质量分数为2.723 mg/g,远远高于苹果、梨等同科水果;SOD含量1 482.33 U/g,是刺梨的3倍;同时还含有Ca,Mg,Mn等多种矿质元素,开发利用前景广阔。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
