目的探讨循证护理在急性心肌梗死后心律失常护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年3月收治的急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予循证护理,对比两组患者的护理效果与护理满意度。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间短于对照组,复窦率与护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者实施循证护理,患者住院时间短、复窦率高、提高了患者对护理的满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨循证护理对促进急性心肌梗死后并发心律失常患者的康复效果。方法:选取本院2010年1月-2011年8月期间住院就治的90例符合WHO标准的急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组和观察组各45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在实施常规护理的基础上给予指导临床护理的循证护理。比较两组患者护理后的平均卧床及住院时间、平均医疗费用、心功能分级、心律失常发生率、患者健康知识达标率以及患者满意程度等。结果:循证护理观察组患者的平均住院时间为(11.08±1.05)d、平均卧床时间为(2.98±0.76)d,平均住院费用为(5175.85±613.4)d,均明显低于常规护理对照组,观察组的心律失常发生率(12.22%)明显低于对照组,观察组健康知识达标率(95.56%)和患者满意度(95.56%)明显高于对照组,两组心功能分级比较差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死后并发心律失常的患者在给予循证护理后能够降低心律失常的发生率、改善心功能、缩短康复时间、提高患者满意程度,值得在临床上广泛推广及应用。  相似文献

目的:研究循证护理对老年急性心肌梗死后并发心律失常患者的护理效果。方法:选取我院于2018年1月至2019年7月期间收治的110例老年急性心肌梗死后并发心律失常患者作为主要研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理方式,患者55例,观察组实施循证护理方式,患者55例。对比两组患者的护理满意度、心功能级别以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的护理满意率明显高于对照组;观察组的心功能级别优于对照组;观察组的并发症发生率明显比对照组少,差距具有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:对老年急性心肌梗死后并发心律失常患者实施循证护理,有效地减少患者的并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广。  相似文献

目的:研究循证护理在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的应用。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年12月我院收治的74例急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者作为实验对象,根据双盲法将74例患者分成两组,其中应用常规护理设作对照组,应用循证护理设作观察组,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组心律失常发生率和住院时间均少于对照组,两组对比具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者实施循证护理可以降低心律失常发生率,缩短患者的住院时间,建议推广应用。  相似文献

目的 探讨循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者干预中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年10月-2023年10月医院收治的71例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者为研究对象,在组间基线特征匹配的原则上,按照随机数字表法分为对照组35例与观察组36例。对照组应用传统护理,观察组应用循证护理。比较两组患者的心功能参数、生活质量、心理状态。结果 护理干预前,两组患者心功能各项参数(早期峰值和流速比值、二尖瓣早期峰和晚期峰比值、左室收缩间期)、生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分、心境状态量表(POMS)各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者心功能各项参数、POMS各维度评分均降低,SF-36各维度评分升高,但观察组患者心功能各项参数、SF-36各维度评分及POMS各维度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 循证护理的实施,有助于改善患者心功能,缓解不良心理,提高生活质量。  相似文献

目的:探析循证护理应用于急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者的干预效果.方法:选取入院时间在2018年10月到2019年10月期间的98例急性心肌梗死后心律失常病例,将研究对象随机分为对照组(n=49)、观察组(n=49),对照组施以常规护理干预,观察组施以循证护理干预,对比两组患者的相关护理指标及护理满意率.结果:干预后观察组病例住院时长、治疗费用及Barthel指数等相关指标均优于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组病例心功能情况经评估对比,均显著优于对照组,具统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组病例护理效果满意度经评估为97.96%,显著高于对照组85.71%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者施以循证护理干预,对于改善患者病情具有显著的效果,有效提高护理满意率,改善心功能状况,缩短住院时间,值得临床中应用推广.  相似文献

目的 分析并评价将循证护理应用于急性心肌梗死后心律失常病人的效果.方法 将我院自2011年12月至2013年4月期间收治的124例住院急性心肌梗死后心律失常病人随机分成观察组(循证护理组)与对照组(常规护理组),各为62例.对照组给予常规护理措施;观察组在常规护理的前提下,实施循证护理.对比分析两组病人各心功能指标、住院时间、卧床时间、医疗费用、对健康知识的达标率以及病人满意度.结果 对照组心率失常发生率(66.13%)显著高于观察组(11.29%),两组相比存在统计学意义(P <0.01);对照组健康知识达标率(70.97%)显著低于观察组(95.16%),两组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).两组病人心功能分级相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组病人的平均住院时间、平均卧床时间、平均住院费用均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组病人的满意度显著高于对照组,两组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 循证护理应用于急性心肌梗死后心律失常病人能够提高病人满意度,有利于病人的尽快康复.  相似文献

目的 观察早期康复护理在急性心肌梗死介入患者中的应用效果,为提高临床护理水平积累经验。方法 回顾性选取2020年7月—2021年7月在滕州市中心人民医院接受急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期康复护理。比较两组心功能指标、不良心血管事件发生率、生活质量评分及护理满意率。结果 观察组SV、LVEF、LVEDV、6MWD等心功能指标均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良心血管事件发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.062,P<0.05)。观察组WHO-QOL-BREF各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为97.73%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.221,P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理用于急性心肌梗死介入患者能够有效改善患者心脏功能指标,并降低不良心血管事件的发生风险,有利于患者生活质量和满意率的提高,值得临...  相似文献

目的探讨对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者进行预见性护理的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年4月在高唐县人民医院进行治疗的86例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者作为研究对象,所有患者根据入院治疗的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行预见性护理。对两组患者的心律失常复发率、住院时间以及患者的护理总满意率进行比较。结果观察组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组,心律失常复发率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中预见性护理对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者应用效果明显,能够缩短患者住院时间,减少患者心律失常复发率,提高患者护理总满意率,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

This article describes 10 specific strategies for preparing your medical practice for patients with disabilities, both inside and outside your office. It describes minimum standards for office doorways, sidewalk inclines, ramps, reception areas, and other adaptations medical offices need to make. The article also describes specific do and don't advice for communicating with patients with physical disabilities. It suggests strategies for preparing written materials for disabled patients, for communicating verbally, and for providing healthcare education. Parents of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can experience significant levels of stress in their parenting roles, however, little is known about the specific coping strategies used by these parents. This pilot study Investigated the coping strategies used by mothers of children with ADHD. A 34 item questionnaire was developed to identify maternal coping strategies. A cohort of 38 mothers of children with ADHD and a control group of 30 mothers of children without ADHD or any other disability/illness completed the questionnaire. Factor analysis of responses produced three factors: Aggressive/Confrontive Coping, Rational Coping, and Indirect Coping. These factors are similar to coping dimensions proposed by Folkman and Lazarus. Comparisons between the two groups of mothers revealed that mothers of children with ADHD used significantly more Indirect Coping.  相似文献

The measurement of customer satisfaction has become widespread in both healthcare and social care services, and is informative for performance monitoring and service development. Satisfaction with social care services is routinely measured with a single question on overall satisfaction with care, comprising part of the Adult Social Care Survey. The measurement of satisfaction has been problematised, and existing satisfaction measures are known to be under‐theorised. In this article, the process of making an evaluation of satisfaction with social care services is first informed by a literature review of the theoretical background, and second examined through qualitative interviews conducted in 2012–2013 with 82 service users and family carers in Hampshire, Portsmouth and Southampton. Participants in this study were from white British and South Asian backgrounds, and the influence of ethnicity in the process of satisfaction evaluation is discussed. The findings show that the majority of participants selected a positive satisfaction rating even though both positive and negative experiences with services were described in their narratives. It is recommended that surveys provide opportunity for service users and family carers to elaborate on their satisfaction ratings. This addition will provide more scope for services to review their strengths and weaknesses.  相似文献

The potential for the social worker-client relationship to contribute to therapeutic outcomes is not always apparent with clients who have schizophrenia. Their cognitive impairments often make it difficult for these clients to regulate interpersonal boundaries and for social workers to connect with them. Clinical practice is enhanced, however, by recognizing that severely impaired clients have the capacity and desire for relationships with service providers and others. The manner in which the clinical relationship ends is important for maintaining clinical gains and determining whether the client will risk investing in future relationships. The purpose of this article has been to sensitize social workers to the delicate nature of managing the endings of those relationships.  相似文献
