我们为某研究所设计制造了一台港池蛇形不规则波造波机,它是用于在实验水池中造出模拟规则波和不规则波波谱的专用设备。设备采用电液们眼系统。设备由18个电液伺服闭环控制系统并联而成。造波机液压系统如图1所示。系统包括18个伺服液压缸、18个电液伺服阀、18个位移传感器、9个滤油器、3个蓄能器和相当长的管道。压油和回油管道总管各长达50~80m,其中胶管各长达25m,压油和回油支管各6支,长3.sin,压油和回油分支管各18支,长lin。可见系统管道很长,而且管道布置也相当复杂。在造波机调试的过程中,系统管道曾产生强烈的噪声。用手… 相似文献

A comparative study of wear, friction, viscosity, lubricant degradation and exhaust emissions was carried out on a palm oil and a mineral oil-based commercial lubricating oil. The wear and friction test was at first conducted using a reciprocating universal wear machine followed by a two-stroke gasoline Yamaha portable generator set, ET 950. The test conditions for the bench test were: pressure, 3.0 MPa; sliding speed, 0.20 m s−1; sliding stroke, 80 mm; room temperature, 25°C. The test conditions for the actual engine were: constant load, 0.4 kW for wear of the piston ring but various loads for exhaust emissions and constant speed, 2800 rpm. Analysis of post bench test lubricating oils was performed using ISL viscometer, TAN/TBN analyzer and FT-IR spectroscopy to investigate viscosity, TAN value and the oxidation level, respectively. Exhaust emission analysis was also performed using a BOSCH exhaust gas analyzer. Experimental results demonstrated that the palm oil based lubricating oil exhibited better performance in terms of wears, and that the mineral oil based lubricating oil exhibited better performance in terms of friction. However, the palm oil based lubricant was the more effective in reducing the emmission levels of CO and hydrocarbon. 相似文献

The effect of two-phase flow on the performance of a range of single-phase flowmeters has been investigated experimentally using the National Standard Multiphase Flow facilities at NEL. The flowmeters tested were 2-inch and 4-inch positive displacement meters, venturi meters, helicoidal and flat-bladed turbine meters, 2-inch U-tube, 3-inch and 1.5-inch straight tube Coriolis meters and a 4-inch vortex shedding meter. The flowmeters were tested in oil flow with water and water flow with oil. The second component fractions were varied from 3% up to 15% by volume. The aim of the project was to quantify the effect of second-phase fluid components on the basic uncertainty of a range of single-phase. These tests have provided evidence of the suitability of particular flowmeters for two-component flow applications. Comparisons have been made between generic type and size of flowmeter. The oil-in-water and water-in-oil tests indicated that the uncertainty in the outputs of the flowmeters tested were generally within ±1% relative to the reference flowrates, although some errors as high as 5–10% were also observed. Most of the measurements from the turbine flowmeters and the positive displacement flowmeters were within ±0.4% of the reference flowrates. 相似文献

Oil whip induces self-excited vibration in fluid-handling machines and causes self-excited reverse precessional full annular rub, known as “dry whip”, which is a secondary phenomenon resulting from a primary cause, that is, “coexistence of oil whip and dry whip”. For predicting these instabilities, the clues are hidden in start-up vibration signals of these kinds of machines. This paper presents a method for predicting these kinds of instabilities. First, a Hilbert spectrum combining a full spectrum, which is named the “full Hilbert spectrum”, is developed to reveal the whole process. Next, the transient position of a shaft centerline combining an acceptance region is introduced to predict instability at an early stage. The results presented in this study amply demonstrate the transition from stability to instability and the behavior of fluid-induced instability and rub in rotor systems. By this finding, bearing designers can completely understand these instability phenomena existing in fluid-handling machines. As a result, the control parameter for designing controllable bearings can be obtained and the instability problems can be resolved. Consequently, these findings are worth noting. 相似文献
